本发明涉及一种建筑涂料,尤指一种应用于外墙的乳胶涂料;乳胶涂料主要包括以下组份,其组份比例按重量份数计:丙烯酸酯类单体30-40份,已二异氰酸酯7-15份,乳化剂1-4份,有机硅6-12份,引发剂0.2-0.5份,缓冲剂0.2-0.4份,去离子水20-45份;本发明的乳胶涂料有机硅是在壳层聚合过程中通过活性有机硅单体与丙烯酸酯类单体、已二异氰酸酯单体共聚而被引入的,保证了两种树脂的相容性,使得树脂的优点得到充分的共同体现,得到的涂料不仅性能稳定,且耐沾污、耐洗刷以及耐水性能都有很大的提升。

本发明涉及一种建筑涂料,尤指一种应用于外墙的乳胶涂料。
背景技术
胶黏剂(adhesive)是指通过界面的黏附和内聚等作用,能使两种或两种以上的制件或材料连接在一起的天然的或合成的、有机的或无机的一类物质,统称为胶黏剂,又叫黏合剂,习惯上简称为胶。简而言之,胶黏剂就是通过黏合作用,能使被黏物结合在一起的物质。“胶黏剂”是通用的标准术语,亦包括其他一些胶水、胶泥、胶浆、胶膏等伴随着生产和生活水平的提高,普通分子结构的胶黏剂已经远不能满足人们在生产生活中的应用,这时高分子材料和纳米材料成为改善各种材料性能的有效途径,高分子类聚合物和纳米聚合物成为胶粘剂重要的研究方向。
建筑领域上,涂外墙是一种常规的处理方法,很多涂料都是采用乳胶涂料,传统的乳胶涂料存在稳定性不强,耐污、耐洗刷和耐水性能都不突出。
发明内容
为了满足人们对建筑装潢材料日益提高的要求,本发明旨在提供一种建筑涂料,尤指一种应用于外墙的乳胶涂料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种应用于外墙的乳胶涂料,所述的乳胶涂料主要包括以下组份,其组份比例按重量份数计:丙烯酸酯类单体30-40份,已二异氰酸酯7-15份,乳化剂1-4份,有机硅6-12份,引发剂0.2-0.5份,缓冲剂0.2-0.4份,去离子水20-45份。
一种应用于外墙的乳胶涂料,所述的乳胶涂料主要包括以下组份,其组份比例按重量份数计:丙烯酸酯类单体40份,已二异氰酸酯7份,乳化剂4份,有机硅6份,引发剂0.3份,缓冲剂0.4份,去离子水42.3份。
所述的乳化剂主要由烷基酚醚磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐、十二烷基硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成,三者采用的重量比为5:3:2。
所述的引发剂主要由过硫酸钾和过硫酸铵组成,两者采用的重量比为8:2。
所述的缓冲剂主要由碳酸氢钠和碳酸钠组成,两者采用的重量比为8:2。
所述的丙烯酸酯类单体主要由丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和丙烯酸甲酯组成,三者采用的重量比为6:3:1。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的乳胶涂料有机硅是在壳层聚合过程中通过活性有机硅单体与丙烯酸酯类单体、已二异氰酸酯单体共聚而被引入的,保证了两种树脂的相容性,使得树脂的优点得到充分的共同体现,得到的涂料不仅性能稳定,且耐沾污、耐洗刷以及耐水性能都有很大的提升。
