本发明提供一种韧性聚苯乙烯塑胶,其配方包括聚苯乙烯及助剂,所述聚苯乙烯为线性低密度聚苯乙烯,所述助剂包括韧性剂、增塑剂、填充剂、抗氧化剂、抗菌剂、分散剂以及胶粘剂,本发明的有益效果是:在聚苯乙烯塑胶中添加韧性剂,可以使聚苯乙烯塑胶变得柔韧不易断裂,增加聚苯乙烯塑胶的机械强度,另外,增塑剂、分散剂可以增加聚苯乙烯塑胶的塑性和光泽,填充剂可以增加塑胶的强度及耐冲击能力,抗氧化剂和抗菌剂可以增强塑胶的耐久性和洁净度,胶粘剂可以提高聚苯乙烯塑胶的粘性,使之方便与其他产品粘合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种韧性聚苯乙烯塑胶。
背景技术
聚苯乙烯电绝缘性较好,无色透明,透光率仅次于有机玻璃,着色性耐水性,化学稳定性良好,强度一般,但质脆,易产生应力脆裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机械性能高、塑性好、光泽好、粘合性强的韧性聚苯乙烯塑胶。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种韧性聚苯乙烯塑胶,其配方包括聚苯乙烯及助剂,所述聚苯乙烯为线性低密度聚苯乙烯,所述助剂包括韧性剂、增塑剂、填充剂、抗氧化剂、抗菌剂、分散剂以及胶粘剂,所述韧性剂为苯乙烯和丙二烯的共聚物,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,所述填充剂为钛酸酯偶联剂处理的氢氧化铝,所述抗氧化剂为亚磷酸酯,所述的抗菌剂为顺丁烯,所述分散剂为聚有机硅氧烷,所述粘胶剂为聚乙酸乙烯酯。
所述塑胶成分按质量配比为:聚苯乙烯占56-70%,韧性剂占5-8%,增塑剂占4-6%,填充剂5-9%,抗氧化剂3-6%,抗菌剂占1-2%,分散剂占5-8%,胶粘剂占3-7%。
所述塑胶成分按质量配比优选为:聚苯乙烯占63%,韧性剂占7%,增塑剂占5%,填充剂7%,抗氧化剂5%,抗菌剂占1%,分散剂占6%,胶粘剂占5%。
本发明的有益效果是:在聚苯乙烯塑胶中添加韧性剂,可以使聚苯乙烯塑胶变得柔韧不易断裂,增加聚苯乙烯塑胶的机械强度,另外,增塑剂、分散剂可以增加聚苯乙烯塑胶的塑性和光泽,填充剂可以增加塑胶的强度及耐冲击能力,抗氧化剂和抗菌剂可以增强塑胶的耐久性和洁净度,胶粘剂可以提高聚苯乙烯塑胶的粘性,使之方便与其他产品粘合。
