本发明提供一种改性增韧聚苯乙烯材料,包括聚苯乙烯、抗氧母料及辅助助剂,所述聚苯乙烯为线形聚苯乙烯,所述抗氧母料为聚苯乙烯母料,包括改性聚丙烯、纳米蒙脱土及增强改性剂,所述辅助助剂包括分散剂、增塑剂、增韧剂、粘剂。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的配方在聚苯乙烯中加入了增韧剂,可以使聚苯乙烯材料变得柔韧不易断裂,增加聚苯乙烯材料的机械强度,分散剂的选用有利于提高聚苯乙烯材料的光泽度,粘剂可以提高聚苯乙烯材料的粘性,使之方便和其他产品粘合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性增韧聚苯乙烯材料。
技术背景
由于聚苯乙烯材料属于难惰性表面材料,工业中贴合,需要使用专业聚苯乙烯胶水粘接。聚苯乙烯电绝缘性(尤其是高频绝缘性)优良,无色透明,透光率仅次于有机玻璃,着色性耐水性,化学稳定性良好,强度一般,但质脆,易产生应力脆裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机械性能高,塑性好,光泽好,粘合性强的增塑聚苯乙烯材料的配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种改性增韧聚苯乙烯材料,包括聚苯乙烯、抗氧母料及辅助助剂,所述聚苯乙烯为线形聚苯乙烯,所述抗氧母料为聚苯乙烯母料,包括改性聚丙烯、纳米蒙脱土及增强改性剂,所述辅助助剂包括分散剂、增塑剂、增韧剂、粘剂。
所述聚苯乙烯占原料百分比的65-77%,抗氧母料占原料百分比的10-19%,辅助助剂占原料百分比的11-20%。
所述泡沫材料的生产原料按质量配比为:聚苯乙烯占72%,抗氧母料占原料百分比的16%,辅助助剂占原料百分比的12%。

所述聚苯乙烯占原料百分比的65-77%,抗氧母料占原料百分比的10-19%,辅助助剂占原料百分比的11-20%。
所述泡沫材料的生产原料按质量配比为:聚苯乙烯占72%,抗氧母料占原料百分比的16%,辅助助剂占原料百分比的12%。
所述分散剂为三乙基磷酸酯,增塑剂为邻苯二甲二丁酯,增韧剂为N,N′-乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺,粘胶剂为聚乙酸乙烯酯。
本发明的配方在聚苯乙烯中加入了增韧剂,可以使聚苯乙烯材料变得柔韧不易断裂,增加聚苯乙烯材料的机械强度,分散剂的选用有利于提高聚苯乙烯材料的光泽度,粘剂可以提高聚苯乙烯材料的粘性,使之方便和其他产品粘合。

1.改性增韧聚苯乙烯材料,包括聚苯乙烯、抗氧母料及辅助助剂,其特征在于,所述聚苯乙烯为线形聚苯乙烯,所述抗氧母料为聚苯乙烯母料,包括改性聚丙烯、纳米蒙脱土及增强改性剂,所述辅助助剂包括分散剂、增塑剂、增韧剂、粘剂,所述泡沫材料的生产原料按质量配比为:聚苯乙烯占72%,抗氧母料占原料百分比的16%,辅助助剂占原料百分比的12%。
