本发明涉及一种纳米增强炉渣免烧砖,具体涉及利用一种利用废弃炉渣、再生骨料制备免烧砖。
背景技术
我国每年有大量的废弃炉渣,主要来源工厂、电厂等,对环境造成了极大的破坏。将废弃炉渣制备成免烧砖可以有效减轻环境的负担,同时也变废为宝、节约自然资源,同时由其制成的免烧砖性能优良保温、隔热。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种纳米增强炉渣免烧砖,工艺简单,对固体废弃物利用率高,所述免烧砖重量轻、强度较好、耐久性好,对能源消耗较小对环境无污染,同时又利用天然植物纤维使成本得到大幅降低。
本发明技术方案为:其原料(按重量比计)采用水泥21份、废弃炉渣56份、火山灰12份、可再分散乳胶粉10份、石膏3份、再生骨料15份、植物纤维12份、羟甲基纤维素3份、胶粉0.05份、水15份,所述胶粉由以下原料混合而得:纳米碳酸钠5重量份、纳米碳酸钙10重量份、五水偏硅酸钠25重量份;所述植物纤维为秸秆、木质纤维或稻草。所述再生骨料为通过破碎废弃建筑材料获得。其制备工艺可采用公知的现有技术。
本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明工艺简单,对固体废弃物利用率高,所述免烧砖重量轻、强度较好、耐久性好,对能源消耗较小对环境无污染,重量轻、且无污染,产品抗裂性、韧性较好。
具体实施方式
其原料(按重量比计)采用水泥21份、废弃炉渣56份、火山灰12份、可再分散乳胶粉10份、石膏3份、再生骨料15份、植物纤维12份、羟甲基纤维素3份、胶粉0.05份、水15份,所述胶粉由以下原料混合而得:纳米碳酸钠5重量份、纳米碳酸钙10重量份、五水偏硅酸钠25重量份;所述植物纤维为秸秆、木质纤维或稻草。
