Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布。
背景技术
现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料。而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料。混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点,每年有大量的高档优质混纺面料被开发出来。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。随着现代人生活质量的提高,同样他们对自己的穿着要求也愈来愈高,不再限于是服装的造型,款式,更注重服装的面料是否舒适,是否环保。以这些天然动植物材料为原料加工的服装人们称之为“生态服装”,如棉,麻,丝毛,皮之类新型低碳环保面料,它们以天然动植物为原材料并且经过病毒检测具有相应的标志。”与当今“环保风”和现代人返璞归真的内心需求结合,“生态服装”正逐渐成为时装领域的新潮流。它们不仅从款式和上体现花色设计环保意识,而且从面料到纽扣,拉链等附件也都采用无污染的天然原料;从原料生产到加工也完全从保护生态环境的角度出发,避免使用化学印染原料和树脂等破坏环境的物质。生态服装与绿色服装概念基本相同,但也稍稍有区别:“绿色服装”主要是绿色纺织品和生态服装。国际上已开发上市的“绿色纺织品”一般具有防臭,抗菌,消炎,抗紫外线,抗辐射,增湿等多种功能。这类产品在我国还属初创阶段,已经推出的主要以内衣为主,但由于这类纺织具有特定有益人体健康的功能,因而较受消费者的欢迎。从以上可以看出设计服装不论从面料还是款式出发,不仅考虑到是否舒适,时尚,更重要的是与环保相结合,低碳环保才是未来服装面料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有增加表面摩擦力,且吸水性好优点的静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布。
本发明的技术方案是:一种静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布,所述的静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布包括最上层的防静电层、中间层的纳米纤维和最下层的天然木质纤维组合而成,所述防静电层为聚碳酸酯,所述的防静电层占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的纳米纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的30%-40%,所述的天然木质纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的58%-61%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的防静电层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的防静电层占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的9%,所述的纳米纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的32%,所述的天然木质纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的59%。
本发明的一种静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布,具有增加表面摩擦力,且吸水性好的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布包括最上层的防静电层、中间层的纳米纤维和最下层的天然木质纤维组合而成,所述防静电层为聚碳酸酯,所述的防静电层占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的纳米纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的30%-40%,所述的天然木质纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的58%-61%。
进一步说明,所述的防静电层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,所述的防静电层占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的9%,所述的纳米纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的32%,所述的天然木质纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的59%。
进一步说明,聚碳酸酯主要优点1、具高强度及弹性系数、高冲击强度、使用温度范围广;2、高度透明性及自由染色性;3、成形收缩率低、尺寸安定性良好;4、耐疲劳性佳;5、耐候性佳;6、电气特性优;7、无味无臭对人体无害符合卫生安全。聚碳酸酯主要性能a、机械性能:强度高、耐疲劳性、尺寸稳定、蠕变也小(高温条件下也极少有变化);b、耐热老化性:增强后的UL温度指数达120~140℃(户外长期老化性也很好);c、耐溶剂性:无应力开裂;d、对水稳定性:高温下遇水易分解(高温高湿环境下使用需谨慎);e、电气性能:1、绝缘性能:优良(潮湿、高温也能保持电性能稳定,是制造电子、电气零件的理想材料);2、介电系数:3.0-3.2;3、耐电弧性:120s。
进一步说明,天然木质纤维是天然可再生木材经过化学处理、机械法加工得到的有机絮状纤维物质,无毒、无味、无污染、无放射性。广泛用于混凝土砂浆、石膏制品、木浆海棉、沥青道路等领域,对防止涂层开裂、提高保水性、提高生产的稳定性和施工的合宜性、增加强度、增强对表面的附着力等有良好的效果。由于纤维结构的毛细管作用,将系统内部的水分迅速地传输到浆料表面和界面,使得浆料内部的水分均匀分布明显减少结皮现象。并使得粘结强度和表面强度明显提高,这个机理也由于干燥过程中张力的减少而明显起到抗裂的作用。天然木质纤维尺寸稳定性和热稳定性在保温材料中起到了很好的保温抗裂作用。本发明提供一种静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布,具有增加表面摩擦力,且吸水性好的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布包括最上层的防静电层、中间层的纳米纤维和最下层的天然木质纤维组合而成,所述防静电层为聚碳酸酯,所述的防静电层占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的纳米纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的30%-40%,所述的天然木质纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的58%-61%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的防静电层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述的防静电层占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的9%,所述的纳米纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的32%,所述的天然木质纤维占静电纺丝纳米复合无纺布总体分量的59%。
