本发明涉及一种适用于塑料机箱的发丝纹咬花工艺,属于咬花成型技术领域。
背景技术
现如今市场上常见的机箱为了美观,选择采用一般咬花+喷UV外观,但是现有技术生产之后的产品,外观成本高,不良率高,实用耐磨性差。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于塑料机箱的发丝纹咬花工艺,通过改善发丝纹咬花的形成过程,提高产品的良品率。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种适用于塑料机箱的发丝纹咬花工艺,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
1)把模具铁材根据产品3D进行实际CNC加工;
2)对模具进行抛光;
3)根据所需生产的发丝花纹在模具上导入药水咬花;
4)对经过步骤3)操作后的模具进行注塑配模;
5)对成型后的产品进行外观喷漆;
6)对步骤5)操作后的产品进行印刷。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本工艺能够根据客户以及实际的需求,在模具上做独特的发丝纹咬花,在喷漆印刷后产品上体现出仿金属质感的外形结构。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
针对现有技术上存在的空缺,本工艺采用的是一种适用于小型机箱的特殊发丝纹咬花生产技术,其成本低,良率高,工艺简单,生产安全性高。
具体包括如下步骤:
1)把模具铁材根据产品3D进行实际CNC加工;
2)对模具进行抛光;
3)根据所需生产的发丝花纹在模具上导入药水咬花;
4)对经过步骤3)操作后的模具进行注塑配模;
5)对成型后的产品进行采用仿金属质感漆进行外观喷漆;
6)对步骤5)操作后的产品进行印刷。
随着消费者对智能计算机外观机箱类的电子产品需求将进一步加大,性价比和外观要求也越来越高,此工艺生产的产品在有良好外观的同时,产品的开发成本降低,零件的加工工艺和组装方式得到简化。
