Abstract

本发明涉及一种风管切割机气缸组压紧装置,包括两个气缸、压板和连接板,两个气缸固定在风管切割机的横梁上,一个气缸连接一个压板,压板连接在气缸的顶杆上,所述连接板的两端分别铰接在两个压板上。本发明能够保证压板同时压下,将物料压平,物料无翘角,切割出来的物料质量好。

一种风管切割机气缸组压紧装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种风管制造时用到的设备,尤其涉及一种安装在风管切割机上的气缸组压紧装置。
背景技术
风管制造时,需要将原料进行切割,现有风管切割机在切割时,需要将需要切割的物料压紧,现有的压紧装置采用两个气缸压紧,其存在的缺陷为:气缸的输出轴在输出的时候,有一定的延时性,两个气缸不一定能同时将推动压板压紧物料,导致物料压紧时翘角,不能将物料压平,刀具切割时就会受到影响,切割出来的物料质量差。
发明内容
为了克服现有风管切割机在压紧物料时存在的不能将物料压平而导致切割质量差的缺陷,本发明提供了一种风管切割机气缸组压紧装置,该压紧装置能够保证压板同时压下,将物料压平,物料无翘角,切割出来的物料质量好。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种风管切割机气缸组压紧装置,其特征在于:包括两个气缸、压板和连接板,两个气缸固定在风管切割机的横梁上,一个气缸连接一个压板,压板连接在气缸的顶杆上,所述连接板的两端分别铰接在两个压板上。
所述连接板有两块,所述压板上设置有凸起块,凸起块上设置有腰形孔,所述连接板上设置有腰形孔,所述连接块通过转轴穿过连接板和凸起块上的腰形孔连接在压板上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明包括两个气缸、压板和连接板,两个气缸固定在风管切割机的横梁上,一个气缸连接一个压板,压板连接在气缸的顶杆上,所述连接板的两端分别铰接在两个压板上。通过连接板的作用将两块压板连接在一起,在气缸压下时,即使不同步,在连接块的作用下,保证了两块压板同时压下,同时与物料接触,不会将物料压翘脚,保证物料压平,切割时就不会出现锯齿边等切割缺陷,切割质量得到了保证。通过连接块的作用保证了压板的同时压下,克服了由于气缸输出轴在输出的时候,有一定的延时性,两个气缸不一定能同时将推动压板压紧物料,导致物料压紧时翘角的缺陷。
本发明连接板有两块,所述压板上设置有凸起块,凸起块上设置有腰形孔,所述连接板上设置有腰形孔,所述连接块通过转轴穿过连接板和凸起块上的腰形孔连接在压板上。通过两块连接板和腰形孔的设置,保证了连接板能够及时的将力进行传递,保证两块压板能够同时压下。

实施例1
本实施例包括两个气缸3、压板4和连接板5,两个气缸3固定在风管切割机的横梁2上,横梁2安装在风管切割机的机架1上,横梁2能够在机架1上滑动,一个气缸3连接一个压板4,压板4连接在气缸3的顶杆上,所述连接板5的两端分别铰接在两个压板4上。通过连接板的作用将两块压板连接在一起,在气缸压下时,即使不同步,在连接块的作用下,保证了两块压板同时压下,同时与物料接触,不会将物料压翘脚,保证物料压平,切割时就不会出现锯齿边等切割缺陷,切割质量得到了保证。通过连接块的作用保证了压板的同时压下,克服了由于气缸输出轴在输出的时候,有一定的延时性,两个气缸不一定能同时将推动压板压紧物料,导致物料压紧时翘角的缺陷。
