本发明公开了一种厨房用切丝工具，包括盒体、第一排刀、第二排刀、限位转轴、挡砧。块状蔬菜放置进盒体内，通过挡砧稍加定位放置，旋转第一排刀，第一刀刃穿过栅缝将块状蔬菜切割成片状；保持第一排刀不动再旋转第二排刀，第二刀刃穿过栅缝与横槽，将片状切割成丝状。本发明方便快捷，结构简单，切丝效果显著，人人都可变大厨。

本发明涉及厨房用具领域，具体涉及一种厨房用切丝工具。
背景技术
厨房切丝工具为日常生活中常用工具，传统的切丝过程为厨师凭借刀工先切片再由片切丝，但对于刀工不好的普通人员，很难切出均匀粗细的细丝。市面上销售的切丝工具分为两种，一种为切丝模具刀类，此类切丝方法为凭借“井”字形模具刀刀刃切割物体，虽然操作简单，但对于硬质物体，模具刀难以对其进行切割；另一种为电动机械切丝机，此方法虽然能切割各种材料，但结构复杂，价格高昂，占地面积大，不合适普通家庭使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题，提供一种厨房用切丝工具，本发明方便快捷，结构简单，在厨房中能快速切丝。
为实现上述技术目的，达到上述技术效果，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种厨房用切丝工具，包括盒体、第一排刀、第二排刀、限位转轴、挡砧，其特征在于：所述的盒体上面与一侧面设有固定凸耳、栅缝；所述的固定凸耳上设有通孔、限位环槽；所述的栅缝为等间距通槽；所述的第一排刀与第二排刀上设有连接孔；所述的连接孔与限位转轴紧密配合分别将第一排刀、第二排刀固定于固定凸耳；所述的挡砧放置于盒体内，挡砧接触盒体未设有栅缝的内壁；所述的限位转轴上设有限位凸块，限位凸块在限位环槽中跟随限位转轴转动而起到运动限位作用；所述的第一排刀上设有第一刀身，第一刀身上设有第一刀刃、横槽；所述的第二排刀上设有第二刀身，第二刀身上设有第二刀刃；旋转第一排刀，第一刀刃穿过栅缝至挡砧，旋转第二排刀依次穿过侧面栅缝、横槽至挡砧。
进一步的，所述的第一排刀上还设有固定把手。
进一步的，所述的第二排刀上还设有支撑把手；所述的支撑把手上设有支撑块。
进一步的，所述的第一刀身与第二刀身的数量为一个或两个以上，第一刀身的数量不少于第二刀身数量。
进一步的，所述的横槽的数量与第二刀身的数量一致，横槽的宽度大于第二刀身的厚度。
进一步的，所述的挡砧上设有线槽，线槽深度为1mm以上，线槽的数量与第一刀身、第二刀身数量一致。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明提供一种厨房用切丝工具，包括盒体、第一排刀、第二排刀、限位转轴、挡砧。块状蔬菜放置进盒体内，通过挡砧稍加定位放置，旋转第一排刀，第一刀刃穿过栅缝将块状蔬菜切割成片状；保持第一排刀不动再旋转第二排刀，第二刀刃穿过栅缝与横槽，将片状切割成丝状。本发明方便快捷，结构简单，切丝效果显著。

参照图1-8所示，一种厨房用切丝工具，包括盒体1、第一排刀2、第二排刀3、限位转轴4、挡砧5，其特征在于：所述的盒体1上面与一侧面设有固定凸耳11、栅缝13；所述的固定凸耳11上设有通孔12、限位环槽14；所述的栅缝13为等间距通槽；所述的第一排刀2与第二排刀3上设有连接孔42；所述的连接孔42与限位转轴4紧密配合分别将第一排刀2、第二排刀3固定于固定凸耳11；所述的挡砧5放置于盒体1内，挡砧5接触盒体1未设有栅缝13的内壁；所述的限位转轴4上设有限位凸块41，限位凸块41在限位环槽14中跟随限位转轴4转动而起到运动限位作用；所述的第一排刀2上设有第一刀身21，第一刀身21上设有第一刀刃24、横槽25；所述的第二排刀3上设有第二刀身31，第二刀身31上设有第二刀刃34；旋转第一排刀2，第一刀刃24穿过栅缝13至挡砧5，旋转第二排刀3依次穿过侧面栅缝13、横槽25至挡砧5。块状蔬菜放置进盒体1内，通过挡砧5稍加定位放置，旋转第一排刀2，第一刀刃24穿过栅缝13将块状蔬菜切割成片状；保持第一排刀2不动，侧向放置，使第二排刀3向上，再旋转第二排刀3，第二刀刃34穿过栅缝13与横槽25，将片状切割成丝状。
进一步的，所述的第一排刀2上还设有固定把手23。如图3、图4，第一排刀2上设有固定把手23，以供使用者手握使用。
进一步的，所述的第二排刀3上还设有支撑把手33；所述的支撑把手33上设有支撑块35。如图5，第二排刀3上还设有支撑把手33，支撑把手33上设有支撑块35，支撑块35在使用第一排刀2切割时对第二排刀3起支撑作用，放置整体重心不稳而发生倾倒。
进一步的，所述的第一刀身21与第二刀身31的数量为一个或两个以上，第一刀身的数量不少于第二刀身数量。
进一步的，所述的横槽25的数量与第二刀身31的数量一致，横槽25的宽度大于第二刀身31的厚度。
进一步的，所述的挡砧5上设有线槽51，线槽深度为1mm以上，线槽的数量与第一刀身21、第二刀身31数量一致。如图1与图6，挡砧5倚靠盒体1内部，被切丝物体放置在挡砧5上，第一刀刃24切下时，切至挡砧5上停止，第二刀刃34切下时，切至挡砧5停止，挡砧5起砧板与保护盒体1的作用。
发明提供一种厨房用切丝工具，包括盒体、第一排刀、第二排刀、限位转轴、挡砧。块状蔬菜放置进盒体内，通过挡砧稍加定位放置，旋转第一排刀，第一刀刃穿过栅缝将块状蔬菜切割成片状；保持第一排刀不动再旋转第二排刀，第二刀刃穿过栅缝与横槽，将片状切割成丝状。本发明方便快捷，结构简单，切丝效果显著。

1.一种厨房用切丝工具，包括盒体（1）、第一排刀（2）、第二排刀（3）、限位转轴（4）、挡砧（5），其特征在于：所述的盒体（1）上面与一侧面设有固定凸耳（11）、栅缝（13）；所述的固定凸耳（11）上设有通孔（12）、限位环槽（14）；所述的栅缝（13）为等间距通槽；所述的第一排刀（2）与第二排刀（3）上设有连接孔（42）；所述的连接孔（42）与限位转轴（4）紧密配合分别将第一排刀（2）、第二排刀（3）固定于固定凸耳（11）；所述的挡砧（5）放置于盒体（1）内，挡砧（5）接触盒体（1）未设有栅缝（13）的内壁；所述的限位转轴（4）上设有限位凸块（41），限位凸块（41）在限位环槽（14）中跟随限位转轴（4）转动而起到运动限位作用；所述的第一排刀（2）上设有第一刀身（21），第一刀身（21）上设有第一刀刃（24）、横槽（25）；所述的第二排刀（3）上设有第二刀身（31），第二刀身（31）上设有第二刀刃（34）；旋转第一排刀（2），第一刀刃（24）穿过栅缝（13）至挡砧（5），旋转第二排刀（3）依次穿过侧面栅缝（13）、横槽（25）至挡砧（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房用切丝工具，其特征在于：所述的第一排刀（2）上还设有固定把手（23）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨房用切丝工具，其特征在于：所述的第二排刀（3）上还设有支撑把手（33）；所述的支撑把手（33）上设有支撑块（35）。
4.根据权利要求2至3其中之一所述的一种厨房用切丝工具，其特征在于：所述的第一刀身（21）与第二刀身（31）的数量为一个或两个以上，第一刀身的数量不少于第二刀身数量。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种厨房用切丝工具，其特征在于：所述的横槽（25）的数量与第二刀身（31）的数量一致，横槽（25）的宽度大于第二刀身（31）的厚度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种厨房用切丝工具，其特征在于：所述的挡砧（5）上设有线槽（51），线槽（51）深度为1mm以上。
