本发明涉及一种食品雪莲蜂巢蜜的配方和制备工艺,具体是一种雪莲蜂巢蜜的配方和制备工艺。
背景技术
巢蜜对细菌、真菌、病毒具有抑制和杀灭作用,能充分促进人体免疫功能提高,可有效缓解因各类鼻咽炎引起的鼻塞、流涕、头痛、头晕、咽喉不适,肠胃炎引起的酸痛等症状,辅助修复鼻粘膜、肠胃黏膜,帮助提升免疫力,食疗胜于药物治疗,深受广大鼻咽炎、肠胃炎患者的喜爱。
封盖巢蜜脾属于蜂蜜的成熟蜜和巢脾,内含蜂蜡、蜂蜜、蜂巢素等多种氨基酸、微量元素。
雪莲培养物,是在无菌条件下,将雪莲离体的植物器官、组织、细胞、胚胎或原生质体培养在人工配制的培养基上,在人工控制的条件下进行培养,使其组织或细胞增值进而按照需要进行培养,或使其脱分化产生愈伤组织,并再逐步分化出器官并长成完整的植株而生产的培养物。经系统研究表明,雪莲培养物不仅含有与天然雪莲相近的活性成分,且亦具有与之相当的多方面的药理活性。其主要药理作用镇痛、抗炎、抗风湿;抑制血小板聚集、降血脂、改善血液循环;对免疫系统具有调节作用;同时还有抗氧化、抗辐射、和抗疲劳等多方面的药效学作用。
蜂蜜中含各种微量维生素,尚含转化酶、过氧化氢酶、淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等酶类,镁、钙、钾、钠、硫、磷以及微量元素铁、铜、锰、镍等。有机酸中含有柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、甲酸、乙酸等。蜂蜜中的果糖和葡萄糖易被人体吸收。蜂蜜对某些慢性病还有一定的疗效。常服蜂蜜对于心脏病、高血压、肺病、眼病、肝脏病、痢疾、便秘、贫血、神经系统疾病、胃和十二指肠溃疡病等都有良好的辅助医疗作用。外用还可以治疗烫伤、滋润皮肤和防治冻伤。
现有新资源食品-雪莲培养物开发利用不足,及巢蜜脾制品品种单一,市面无此产品,综合以上因素,市场前景非常广泛。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种促进人体免疫功能提高,含有微量元素调节人体的营养均衡起到强身健体作用的食品雪莲蜂巢蜜。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种雪莲蜂巢蜜,其原料的配方为:
蜂蜜600g、封盖巢蜜脾1500g、雪莲培养物50g。
一种雪莲蜂巢蜜制备工艺,其步骤为:
(1)称取配方量的蜂蜜、雪莲培养物,备用;
(2)将成熟、封盖巢蜜脾除去杂质,洗净,称重,称取配方量后置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,第1次加水煎煮2小时后滤过,第2次加水煎煮1.5小时后滤过,合并两次滤液;减压浓缩至重量密度1.1-1.2浸膏;
(3)将步骤(1)、(2)所得物料混合;
(4)灌装;
(5)将灌装好的雪莲蜂巢蜜,在高压蒸气灭菌柜中0.2mpa压力下110℃灭菌15~30分钟;
(6)贴瓶签,检验入库。
优选地,在步骤(2)中,加水提取第1次加10倍重量水,第2次加8倍重量水;两次煎煮后均100目滤过,合并的滤液在-0.075~0.085Mpa、75℃的条件下减压浓缩。
本发明是在现有新资源食品-雪莲培养物的基础上所进行的研究,做出了一种新的——营养价值更高的蜂蜜制品,是现行市场中没有的新型食品,本产品不但能起到提高人体免疫、增强体质的效果,还能够为人体提供多种微量元素,是现行市场中没有的新型食品。
具体实施方式
本发明包括雪莲蜂巢蜜的配方和制备工艺。
一、本发明雪莲蜂巢蜜的配方为:
蜂蜜600g、封盖巢蜜脾1500g和雪莲培养物50g。
二、雪莲蜂巢蜜制备工艺为:
(1)称取配方量的蜂蜜、雪莲培养物,备用。
(2)将成熟、封盖巢蜜脾除去杂质,洗净,称重,称取配方量后置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,第1次加10倍重量水,温度(98±2℃)煎煮2小时后100目滤过;第2次加8倍重量水,温度(98±2℃)煎煮1.5小时后100目滤过,合并两次滤液。减压(-0.075~0.085Mpa、75℃)浓缩至重量密度1.1-1.2浸膏。
(3)将步骤(1)、(2)所得物料混合。
(4)灌装。
(5)将灌装好的雪莲蜂巢蜜,在高压蒸气灭菌柜中0.2mpa压力下(110℃)灭菌15~30分钟。
(6)贴瓶签,检验入库。

1.一种雪莲蜂巢蜜,其原料为:
蜂蜜、封盖巢蜜脾和雪莲培养物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雪莲蜂巢蜜,其原料的配方为:
蜂蜜600g、封盖巢蜜脾1500g、雪莲培养物50g。
3.一种雪莲蜂巢蜜制备工艺,其步骤为:
(1)称取配方量的蜂蜜、雪莲培养物,备用;
(2)将成熟、封盖巢蜜脾除去杂质,洗净,称重,称取配方量后置于多功能提取罐中,加水提取两次,第1次加水煎煮2小时后滤过,第2次加水煎煮1.5小时后滤过,合并两次滤液;减压浓缩至重量密度1.1-1.2浸膏;
(3)将步骤(1)、(2)所得物料混合;
(4)灌装;
(5)将灌装好的雪莲蜂巢蜜,在高压蒸气灭菌柜中0.2mpa压力下110℃灭菌15~30分钟;
(6)贴瓶签,检验入库。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备工艺,在步骤(2)中,加水提取第1次加10倍重量水,第2次加8倍重量水;两次煎煮后均100目滤过;合并的滤液在-0.075~0.085Mpa、75℃的条件下减压浓缩。
