Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种两部件表面间的间置厚度锲块,其间距是可变的。
背景技术
此类锲块已为人所知,在它们被制造时,它们针对每一种应用条件通常被专门设计成金属的,并且因此具有一次成型、与两部件间的空间相吻合的外形。
发明内容
本发明目的在于缓解这一缺陷。
为达到此目的,根据本发明的锲块特征在于它包含一组在间距变化方向上并列排列的切面,其中至少某一些切面是可剥离锲块的切面,其由间置的粘合剂层相互黏连的多层片层堆叠构成。
根据本发明的一个特征,该锲块特征在于两个相邻切面由一个自锲块上表面施加在厚度上的直至预定深度的切缝分割开。
根据本发明的另一个特征,该锲块特征在于这些切缝适于能够每次抓取由切缝界定的切面堆叠的上片层以便剥离该片层。
再根据本发明的另一特征,该锲块特征在于这些切缝依照切面并列方向,根据预定角度倾斜。
再根据本发明的另一特征,该锲块特征在于倾角涵盖在30°至90°之间,建议在45°至90°之间。
再根据本发明的另一特征,该锲块特征在于这些切缝通过铣削施加。
再根据本发明的另一特征,该锲块特征在于切面片层堆叠被放置在一个共同的基层上且切缝延伸至这一层。

具体实施方式
图1显示现有技术的一个锲块1,其被设计成能够间置在两个部件的表面之间,两个部件的表面之间的间距由一个端头至另一个端头逐步变化。这一锲块因此具有在其长度方向上以互补的方式逐步变化的厚度。该锲块为此专门应用而制造且因此不能被用于其他用途。
根据本发明的厚度锲块可缓解这一缺陷。
如图所示,它们的厚度与间距变化的两部件表面间的间置空间相匹配。为此,标记为2的根据本发明的一个锲块在锲块的纵向上包含一组并列排列的切面4,且每个切面4都构成一个由一组片层6堆叠构成的可剥离锲块,该片层通过间置一个粘合剂层7来相互黏连。这种粘合剂能够将各片层相互安装在一起以确定能够通过剥离一层或数层片层来保证对堆叠高度的调节。由此,相邻两片层的黏力大于保持堆叠的值,但小于剥离力。
如图上所见,片层4的不同堆叠是并列在一个连续的基层8上的,基层8由此构成了所有堆叠的共同基板。
不同堆叠6由自堆叠上表面延伸至基层8的切缝10相互分割。这一切缝的厚度被选定成能够有利于抓取片层从而每次能够剥离一个堆叠的上片层。这一切缝10可以依照锲块纵向根据涵盖在30至90°之间(推荐45至90°之间)的角度来定位。得益于这一倾角一个堆叠能够以相邻堆叠做支撑。关于切缝在锲块宽度方向上的定位,它与纵向垂直较有利,但并非必须。
如图2所示,根据本发明的配有可单独剥离的切面的一个锲块可更有利地自一个包含了延伸至整个锲块长度的一组片层堆叠的可剥离锲块获得。独立堆叠6随后通过自该锲块上表面至基层的切割,例如通过铣削或根据其他任何已知的切割方法来实现。
根据图5,根据本发明的锲块可以是弯曲的。为此,推荐的是独立堆叠6的分割切缝10应朝向相对基层8的所示方向倾斜。这一倾角所表现出来的优势在于它与弯曲部分朝向同样的方向。
关于各片层,它们能够用任何合适的材料实现,例如PET、玻璃或碳纤维,并且彼此之间用任何胶水或树脂相连接,例如氯丁橡胶、环氧化物、氰酸酯。片层的厚度将对应所要求的精度。它例如能够具有十分之一毫米的厚度。
当然如图所示以及所述的多种修改都能够适用于本发明。在刚刚描述过的例子中,各堆叠是顺着锲块的纵向并列排列的。我们也能够设计顺着宽边方向并列排列的堆叠。这些堆叠则由因此定向的切缝分割。本发明当然也同样适用包含长边方向和宽边方向并列排列堆叠的锲块。
Claims (9)
1.一种两部件表面间的间置厚度锲块,其间距是可变的,其特征在于:
所述间置厚度锲块包含一组在间距变化的方向上并列排列的切面,其中至少某些切面是可单独剥离的,由多个片层的堆叠(6)构成的可剥离锲块切面(4)在每个切面内部由间置的粘合剂层(7)相互黏连,可剥离锲块的两个可单独剥离的相邻切面(4)由自锲块上表面施加于该厚度的切缝(10)分割开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锲块,其特征在于,所述切缝(10)适于每次能够抓取由切缝界定的切面堆叠上片层来剥离该片层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锲块,其特征在于,所述切缝(10)朝向各切面(4)并列的方向倾斜。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的锲块,其特征在于,倾角(α)涵盖在30至90°之间,45至90°之间更合适。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的锲块,其特征在于,所述切缝由铣削产生。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的锲块,其特征在于,所述切面(4)各片层堆叠(6)被放置在一个共同的基层上(8)且其特征在于分割切面的切缝(10)延伸至所述基层(8)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的锲块,其特征在于,各片层(6)由一种材料如金属、PET、玻璃或碳纤维等实现。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的锲块,其特征在于,粘合剂是一种如氯丁橡胶粘合剂的柔性粘合剂。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的锲块,其特征在于,一个切面(4)堆叠的片层(6)具有的厚度自十分之一毫米开始。
