密封带通常用在包装机的对置钳口中的密封钳装置中,以向例如加热钳口提供光滑且均匀的反压力。该密封带或密封垫的精密形状是重要的,因为它会影响密封的质量。如果密封质量不好,则液体食品包装可能会泄漏且可能危及包装的无菌性。该密封带是经常定期更换的备件。因此,理想的是,这种更换简单,还便于正确安装密封带。
发明内容
在第一方面,本发明提供了用于密封钳装置的密封带,其包括接触表面和相对的底部表面,邻近于所述接触表面的第一部分和邻近于所述底部表面的第二部分,所述各部分被横截面较窄的腰部分离,所述密封带沿着从所述底部表面的中间垂直延伸的第一轴线对称,并且其中所述第一部分和第二部分之间的所述腰部被定位成相比于所述底部表面较靠近所述接触表面。另外的方面通过从属权利要求给出。
本发明还根据所述主权利要求提供了适于容纳密封带的对置钳口。在进一步的方面,本发明提供利用所述密封带的包括对置钳口和加热钳口的密封钳装置。

具体实施方式
本发明现在将参考所述附图详细地描述。在图1中,密封带10被以横截面示出。所述密封带10包括在图1中位于顶部的第一部分15,和在图1中位于底部的第二部分20。所述两部分在腰部25汇合,腰部25由第一倾斜壁50和第二倾斜壁60形成,在中心线A-A的各侧有第一倾斜壁50和第二倾斜壁60各自的一个。因此所述腰部25具有相对于所述第一部分15和所述第二部分20的邻近的周围部分的较窄的横截面。接触表面30在使用中朝向加热钳口200,参见图3。所述接触表面30具有弯曲的形状,如在横截面中看到的那样,该形状具有大约50毫米的恒定半径R。与所述接触表面30相对的底部表面40基本上是平的,并且该底部表面40将在使用中朝向对置钳口100,该底部表面40安装在对置钳口100内。倒角70相对于所述底部表面40以约45度的角度γ设置在所述底部表面40和所述第二倾斜壁60之间的角部。顶壁80设置在所述第一倾斜壁50和所述接触面30之间,该壁80与从所述底部表面40的中间垂直延伸的第一对称轴线A-A平行。第二条线B-B示出了所述接触表面30的顶部和所述底部表面40之间的中间位置。所述腰部25位于该线B-B以上一定距离D,使得所述密封带10围绕B-B线明显不对称。所述不对称应足够大以清晰地显示所述密封带是否被倒置安装。业已发现,D和所述密封带的总高度H之比应介于0.1和0.15之间,或介于0.12和0.13之间。所述腰部25与所述第二部分20的最大宽度W相比不应该过分缩小,并且该比例应该是在0.88和0.92之间,或者在0.89和0.91之间。
所述第一倾斜壁50与所述对称线A-A之间的角度α约为30度,并且所述第一倾斜壁50在所述接触表面30的方向上从所述腰部25向外倾斜。所述第二倾斜壁60与所述对称线A-A之间的角度β约为10度,并且所述第二倾斜壁60在所述底部表面40的方向上从所述腰部25向外倾斜。
所述密封带10的立体图在图2示出,并且可以看出,该横截面在整个密封带中是相同的。这意味着,该密封带例如可以通过使用具有与如图1所示的所述密封带10的外轮廓大致对应的内轮廓的喷嘴,以挤压的方式制造。尽管如此,也可以通过模制或研磨来制造所述密封带。该密封带10也可以在所述接触表面30的至少部分表面上具有离散的凹部300,例如凹坑。
所述密封带的典型高度通常大约为4毫米,宽度约为7.7毫米。所述密封带的长度因密封包装的尺寸不同而不同,但通常约为270-300毫米。
在图3中,对置钳口100和加热钳口200以横截面图被示出于非工作位置。对置钳口100包括凹槽110,该凹槽110具有与所述密封带10匹配的形状。所述凹槽110具有约束部,该约束部拟用于配合所述密封带10的腰部25以使其牢固地卡入定位。所述加热钳口200包括第一加热带210和第二加热带220,该第一加热带210突出于所述加热钳口200的表面之外,该第二加热带220被设置在所述加热钳口200的表面之下。这些加热带210、220通常是导体以在铝箔中感应电流,该电流通常存在于将进行热密封的包装材料内。
由于所述密封带10是围绕A-A线对称,所以可以在两个方向上安装所述密封带,而不会影响密封性能。然而由于密封带是围绕B-B线是不对称的,因此倒置安装该密封带是最难的。这能确保该密封带10安装在预期的方向上且密封性能不会受到损害。
在操作过程中,包装材料被放置在倒置钳口100和加热钳口200之间,且所述钳口100,200被压合在一起。电流被驱动通过所述加热带210,220,所述加热带210,220串联连接,并且在所述包装材料的铝箔中感应电流。该电流加热所述铝箔,所述铝箔进而加热周围的塑料材料直到其熔化。来自所述钳口100,200的压力熔解所述塑料材料,而当该材料冷却下来时密封就完成了。冷却回路通常包括在加热钳口中以加快这一过程。
虽然所述腰部25被描述为由两对倾斜壁50,60所限定,但所述腰部25可以是被限定于所述第一部分15和所述第二部分20之间的相似窄区域,而其中相邻的壁是平缓地弯曲的。
该密封带10可以由弹性材料制成,例如橡胶或橡胶状聚合物材料,或它们的组合。也可以使用更硬的材料,该材料具有相同的外部形状,但是该材料设置有挠曲的接触表面和侧面,例如通过配置内部中空空间而设置。发泡材料也是可行的,例如发泡聚合物或橡胶类材料。一种合适的材料是聚氨酯,其具有93±2肖氏A(ShoreA)的硬度和不超过30%的压缩形变(compressionset≤30%)。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于密封钳装置(100,200)的密封带(10),其包括接触表面(30)和相对的底部表面(40),邻近所述接触表面(30)的第一部分(15)和邻近所述底部表面(40)的第二部分(20),所述部分被横截面局部较窄的腰部(25)分离,所述密封带(10)沿从所述底部表面(40)的中间垂直延伸的第一轴线(A-A)对称,并且其中所述第一部分(15)和第二部分(20)之间的所述腰部(25)被定位成相比于所述底部表面(40)较靠近所述接触表面(30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封带(10),其中所述接触表面(30)的横截面的半径(R)介于40mm和60mm之间,所述接触表面(30)呈凸形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封带(10),其中第一倾斜壁(50)和第二倾斜壁(60)被设置在所述腰部(25)的每一侧上,并且其中所述第一倾斜壁(50)在所述接触表面(30)的方向上向外倾斜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封带(10),其中所述第一倾斜壁(50)相对于所述对称轴线(A-A)的角度(a)是30度。
5.根据任一前述权利要求所述的密封带(10),其中所述第二倾斜壁(60)相对于所述对称轴线(A-A)的角度(b)是10度。
6.根据任一前述权利要求所述的密封带(10),其中所述接触表面(30)至少部分地设置有离散的凹部(300)、或凹坑。
7.根据任一前述权利要求所述的密封带,其中所述密封带(10)的不对称性以D/H计算是介于0.10与0.15之间,或介于0.12和0.13之间,其中D是所述腰部(25)和线(B-B)之间的距离,该线平行于所述底部表面(40)且位于所述接触表面(30)的顶部和所述底部表面(40)的中间,而H是所述密封带从所述接触表面(30)的顶部到所述底部表面(40)所测得的总高度。
8.根据任一前述权利要求所述的密封带(10),其中所述腰部(25)的宽度和所述第二部分(20)的最大宽度(W)之间的比例介于0.88和0.92之间,或者介于0.89和0.91之间。
9.根据任一前述权利要求的密封带(10),其中所述密封带(10)由橡胶或橡胶状聚合物材料、或者发泡的聚合物、或具有挠曲的接触壁(30)的较硬的聚合物材料、或聚氨酯所制成。
10.被设置有槽(110)的对置钳口(100),所述槽(110)被配置为用于根据任一前述权利要求所述的密封带(10)。
11.密封钳装置,包括根据权利要求10所述的对置钳口(100)和加热钳口(200)。
