Abstract
本发明公开了一种光伏焊带的制造方法,其步骤包括:对铜基带进行预处理,除去铜基带表面的氧化层;在铜基带的一个表面上粘贴导电胶带;在导电胶带的外表面上覆盖保护离型纸;然后收料。由于工艺在常温下进行,导电胶带与铜基带不发生反应,较方便清洗,无残留,可显著减少能源消耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊带的生产方法,具体涉及一种应用于太阳能光伏组件连接导电的主栅焊带的制造方法,属于光伏焊带加工方法的技术领域。
背景技术
煤、石油、天然气等常规能源的持续使用带来了能源紧缺及酸雨、雾霾等一系列经济、社会、安全等问题。太阳能作为可持续、无污染、能够大规模利用的绿色能源,在近几年受到更多的重视,各国政府都在积极开发太阳能组件,而高品质、低成本的光伏组件已经成为行业的发展趋势。
光伏焊带为光伏组件的主要辅料之一,在太阳能电池板上起着连接硅片以及导电的作用。焊带产品内在的导电性、可焊性和伸长率对光伏组件的质量起着至关重要的作用。
随着光伏技术的不断发展,对于焊带的要求和选择也越来越高。目前的光伏焊带以进入锡炉涂锡的生产方式为主,在涂锡过程中铜会部分溶解于锡液中,造成锡液中的铜含量不断升高,降低焊带的可焊性,影响后续焊接效果。很多企业采用更换锡液、调整铜带速度等方式控制,又会造成能源消耗与资源浪费。
传统的电池组件使用涂锡铜带作为电池片主栅,并需要使用350℃左右的电烙铁对电池片进行局部加热焊接,会导致电池片发生完全变形,导致碎片或裂纹,影响组件可靠性,增加制造成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种生产成本低、效率高、不需要焊接的太阳能光伏组件连接导电的主栅焊带的制造方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种光伏焊带的制造方法,其步骤为:对铜基带进行预处理,除去表面的氧化层;在铜基带的一个表面上粘贴导电胶带;在焊带表面覆盖保护离型纸;然后收料。
所述的铜基带的宽度为0.5~6.0mm,厚度为0.05~0.30mm。
所述的导电胶带的宽度为0.5~6.0mm(与铜基带的宽度相同),厚度为0.001~0.01mm。
所述的保护离型纸的宽度为0.5~6.0mm(与铜基带的宽度相同),厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
所述的导电胶带,按照重量百分比,其原料由下述物质组成:丙烯酸树脂80~90%、导电填料10~20%。
所述的丙烯酸树脂,按质量百分含量,其组分包括:丙烯酸丁酯30~40%、丙烯酸甲酯0~5%、丙烯酸乙酯0~5%、丙烯酸0~5%、甲基丙烯酸0~3%、过硫酸钾0.35~0.45%、混合乳化剂2.5~3.5%、去离子水45~55%。
所述的混合乳化剂为非离子和阴离子型乳化剂的复配物。
所述的导电填料为银粉。
本发明最外层的保护离型纸与导电胶带不反应,仅起到隔离空气、保护光伏主栅的作用。在使用时去除最外层的保护离型纸,将主栅带贴于光伏组件上,与底部硅片密闭贴合;铜基带与光伏组件通过导电胶带连接,而不是通过焊料焊接连接。
有益效果:本发明不同于铜带进入锡炉涂锡的传统生产方式,采用在铜基带表面粘贴导电胶带的方法使光伏主栅与硅片基板结合,具有生产成本低、控制容易、可以批量生产的优点,同时生产的产品满足了光伏电池片对主栅带高导电性能的要求。

具体实施方式:
实施例
选取的铜基带的宽度为2.5mm,厚度为0.2mm,对铜基带进行预处理,除去表面的氧化层;在铜基带一个表面上粘贴导电胶带,导电胶带的宽度为2.5mm,厚度为0.1mm;在导电胶带的外表面覆盖保护离型纸,保护离型纸的宽度为2.5mm,厚度为0.25mm;收料。
其中的导电胶带,按照重量百分比,其原料由85%的丙烯酸树脂和15%的导电填料组成。
其中的丙烯酸树脂,按质量百分含量,其组分包括:丙烯酸丁酯30%、丙烯酸甲酯3.5%、丙烯酸乙酯3.5%、丙烯酸3%、甲基丙烯酸2%、过硫酸钾0.4%、混合乳化剂3%、去离子水54.6%。
上述的实施例仅例示性说明本发明创造的原理及其功效,以及部分运用的实施例,而非用于限制本发明;应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干调整和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种光伏焊带的制造方法,其步骤包括:对铜基带进行预处理,除去铜基带表面的氧化层;在铜基带的一个表面上粘贴导电胶带;在导电胶带的外表面上覆盖保护离型纸;然后收料;
所述的导电胶带,按照质量百分比,其由下述原料组成:丙烯酸树脂80~90%、导电填料10~20%;
所述的丙烯酸树脂,按质量百分含量,其组分包括:丙烯酸丁酯30~40%、丙烯酸甲酯0~5%、丙烯酸乙酯0~5%、丙烯酸0~5%、甲基丙烯酸0~3%、过硫酸钾0.35~0.45%、混合乳化剂2.5~3.5%、去离子水45~55%。
2.如权利要求1所述一种光伏焊带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的混合乳化剂为非离子和阴离子型乳化剂的复配物。
3.如权利要求1所述一种光伏焊带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的导电填料为银粉。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述一种光伏焊带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的铜基带的宽度为0.5~6.0mm,厚度为0.05~0.30mm。
5.如权利要求1、2或3所述一种光伏焊带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的导电胶带的宽度与铜基带的宽度相同,厚度为0.001~0.01mm。
6.如权利要求1、2或3所述一种光伏焊带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的保护离型纸的宽度与铜基带的宽度相同,厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
