[0002] 煤、石油、天然气等常规能源的持续使用带来了能源紧缺及酸雨、雾霾等环境恶化的一系列经济、社会、安全等问题。而太阳能作为可持续的、无污染的、能够大规模利用的绿色能源,在世界各地均受到人们的喜爱,各地政府都在积极开发太阳能组件,而高品质、低成本的光伏组件已成为行业的发展趋势。
[0003] 传统的太阳能电池组件采用涂锡铜带,通过高温焊接的方法对电池片进行连接导通,而焊接的温度高达330〜380°C,这种方式存在以下几点劣势:其一,高温下涂锡铜带的热膨胀系数与电池片的热膨胀系数不匹配,导致电池片有隐裂、碎片等情况发生,从而影响生产效率及产品质量;其二,高温焊接,生产能耗大,且高温易造成电池片出现隐裂、碎片,增加生产成本;其三,高温焊接,在手工线生产时容易烫伤操作人员,存在安全隐患。

[0015] 由于本实用新型采用导电胶带I代替原有的涂锡铜带,所以在生产过程中,可以采用低温自动焊接工艺代替传统的高温焊接工艺。
