本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种耐热电缆。
背景技术
电缆是一种导电媒介,广泛应用于石油化工,计算机、国防等各个领域。电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,不过电缆的内部导体以及外保护层结构多种多样,根据不同领域的特别需要会有所不同。
发明内容
为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种轻便,柔软,耐高温,的耐热电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐热电缆,它是由导体线芯、一根镀银铝合金金属软管以及四层外保护层组成,四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镀锡镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层以及镀锌镍带铠装聚烯烃护套层,导体线芯为镀锡铝合金导体线芯,设置两组,均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述镀锡铝合金导体线芯是由五根镀锡铝合金导体、一层聚酯纤维层、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、一根铝丝引流线以及一根镀银铝丝引流线组成,铝丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及镀锡镍带铠装层,镀银铝丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述镀银铝合金金属软管挤包在两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯之间并穿进两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层。
所述铝丝引流线以及镀银铝丝引流线横截面直径长为0.50㎜。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电缆防水耐高温,阻燃性强,抗拉性强,而且轻便,柔软。

如图1所示,一种耐热电缆,它是由导体线芯1、一根镀银铝合金金属软管2以及四层外保护层组成,四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3、镀锡镍带铠装层4、镍带屏蔽层5以及镀锌镍带铠装聚烯烃护套层6,导体线芯1为镀锡铝合金导体线芯,设置两组,均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3内部,所述镀锡铝合金导体线芯是由五根镀锡铝合金导体11、一层聚酯纤维层12、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层13、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14、一根铝丝引流线15以及一根镀银铝丝引流线16组成,铝丝引流线15穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3以及镀锡镍带铠装层4,镀银铝丝引流线16穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3,所述镀银铝合金金属软管2挤包在两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯之间并穿进两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14。
具体实施方式:所述铝丝引流线15以及镀银铝丝引流线16横截面直径长为0.50㎜。
进一步的,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3之外包裹一层镀锡镍带铠装层4,所述镀锡镍带铠装层4之外包裹一层镍带屏蔽层5,所述镍带屏蔽层5之外包裹一层镀锌镍带铠装聚烯烃护套层6。
所述聚酯纤维层12之外包裹一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层13,所述镀锌镍带屏蔽层13之外包裹一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14。

1.一种耐热电缆,它是由导体线芯、一根镀银铝合金金属软管以及四层外保护层组成,其特征在于:四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镀锡镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层以及镀锌镍带铠装聚烯烃护套层,导体线芯为镀锡铝合金导体线芯,设置两组,均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述镀锡铝合金导体线芯是由五根镀锡铝合金导体、一层聚酯纤维层、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、一根铝丝引流线以及一根镀银铝丝引流线组成,铝丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及镀锡镍带铠装层,镀银铝丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述镀银铝合金金属软管挤包在两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯之间并穿进两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热电缆,其特征在于:所述铝丝引流线以及镀银铝丝引流线横截面直径长为0.50㎜。
