本发明公开了一种消防耐热电线,它是由导体线芯、一根镀银铜金属软管以及四层外保护层组成。四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层以及镀锌镍带铠装聚烯烃护套层,导体线芯为镀锡铝合金导体线芯,设置两组,均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述镀锡铝合金导体线芯中的导体挤包五根,所述镀银铜金属软管挤包在两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯之间并穿进它们的最外层。该种电线防水耐高温,阻燃性强,抗拉性强,而且轻便,柔软。

本发明属于电线领域,尤其涉及一种消防耐热电线。
背景技术
电线是一种导电媒介,广泛应用于石油化工,计算机、国防等各个领域。电线通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电线,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,不过电线的内部导体以及外保护层结构多种多样,根据不同领域的特别需要会有所不同。
发明内容
为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种轻便,柔软,耐高温,的消防耐热电线。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种消防耐热电线,它是由导体线芯、一根镀银铜金属软管以及四层外保护层组成,四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层以及镀锌镍带铠装聚烯烃护套层,导体线芯为镀锡铝合金导体线芯,设置两组,均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述镀锡铝合金导体线芯是由五根镀锡铝合金导体、一层非磁性金属铠装层、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、一根镀镍铜丝引流线以及一根镀镍铝丝引流线组成,镀镍铜丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及镍带铠装层,镀镍铝丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述镀银铜金属软管挤包在两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯之间并穿进两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层。
所述镀镍铜丝引流线以及镀镍铝丝引流线横截面直径长为0.60㎜。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电线防水耐高温,阻燃性强,抗拉性强,而且轻便,柔软。

如图1所示,一种消防耐热电线,它是由导体线芯1、一根镀银铜金属软管2以及四层外保护层组成,四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3、镍带铠装层4、镍带屏蔽层5以及镀锌镍带铠装聚烯烃护套层6,导体线芯1为镀锡铝合金导体线芯,设置两组,均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3内部,所述镀锡铝合金导体线芯是由五根镀锡铝合金导体11、一层非磁性金属铠装层12、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层13、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14、一根镀镍铜丝引流线15以及一根镀镍铝丝引流线16组成,镀镍铜丝引流线15穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3以及镍带铠装层4,镀镍铝丝引流线16穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3,所述镀银铜金属软管2挤包在两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯之间并穿进两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14。
具体实施:所述镀镍铜丝引流线15以及镀镍铝丝引流线16横截面直径长为0.60㎜。
进一步的,所述聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层3之外包裹一层镍带铠装层4,所述镍带铠装层4之外包裹一层镍带屏蔽层5,所述镍带屏蔽层5之外包裹一层镀锌镍带铠装聚烯烃护套层6。
所述非磁性金属铠装层12之外包裹一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层13,所述镀锌镍带屏蔽层13之外包裹一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14。

1.一种消防耐热电线,它是由导体线芯、一根镀银铜金属软管以及四层外保护层组成,其特征在于:四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层以及镀锌镍带铠装聚烯烃护套层,导体线芯为镀锡铝合金导体线芯,设置两组,均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述镀锡铝合金导体线芯是由五根镀锡铝合金导体、一层非磁性金属铠装层、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、一根镀镍铜丝引流线以及一根镀镍铝丝引流线组成,镀镍铜丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及镍带铠装层,镀镍铝丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述镀银铜金属软管挤包在两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯之间并穿进两组镀锡铝合金导体线芯的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层。
