本发明公开了一种消防电线,它是由两种导体线芯、一根镀银铜金属软管以及四层外保护层组成。四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镀锡镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层以及氯磺化聚乙烯护套层,两种导体线芯分别为铝导体线芯以及镀银铝合金导体线芯,各设置两组,都均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述铝导体线芯中的导体挤包八根,所述镀银铝合金导体线芯中的导体挤包八根,所述镀银铜金属软管挤包在两组铝导体线芯之间并穿进它们的最外层。该种电线防水耐高温,阻燃性强,抗拉性强,而且轻便,柔软。

本发明属于电线领域,尤其涉及一种消防电线。
背景技术
电线是一种导电媒介,广泛应用于石油化工,计算机、国防等各个领域。电线通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电线,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,不过电线的内部导体以及外保护层结构多种多样,根据不同领域的特别需要会有所不同。
发明内容
为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明提供一种轻便,柔软,耐高温,的消防电线。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种消防电线,它是由两种导体线芯、一根镀银铜金属软管以及四层外保护层组成,四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镀锡镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层以及氯磺化聚乙烯护套层,两种导体线芯分别为铝导体线芯以及镀银铝合金导体线芯,各设置两组,都均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述铝导体线芯是由八根铝导体、一层氯丁橡胶护套层、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、一根镀银铝合金引流线以及一根镀锌铜丝引流线组成,镀银铝合金引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及镀锡镍带铠装层,镀锌铜丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述镀银铜金属软管挤包在两组铝导体线芯之间并穿进两组铝导体线芯的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层,所述镀银铝合金导体线芯是由八根镀银铝合金导体、一层镀锡铝带铠装层、铝带屏蔽层以及一根镀银铝丝引流线组成,所述镀银铝丝引流线位于铝带屏蔽层并穿出铝带屏蔽层于聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层中。
所述镀银铜金属软管外包裹一层丁腈绝缘层。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电线防水耐高温,阻燃性强,抗拉性强,而且轻便,柔软。

如图1所示,一种消防电线,它是由两种导体线芯、一根镀银铜金属软管2以及四层外保护层组成,四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层4、镀锡镍带铠装层5、镍带屏蔽层6以及氯磺化聚乙烯护套层7,两种导体线芯分别为铝导体线芯1以及镀银铝合金导体线芯3,各设置两组,都均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层4内部,所述铝导体线芯1是由八根铝导体11、一层氯丁橡胶护套层12、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层13、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14、一根镀银铝合金引流线15以及一根镀锌铜丝引流线16组成,镀银铝合金引流线15穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层4以及镀锡镍带铠装层5,镀锌铜丝引流线16穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层4,所述镀银铜金属软管2挤包在两组铝导体线芯1之间并穿进两组铝导体线芯1的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14,所述镀银铝合金导体线芯3是由八根镀银铝合金导体31、一层镀锡铝带铠装层32、铝带屏蔽层33以及一根镀银铝丝引流线34组成,所述镀银铝丝引流线34位于铝带屏蔽层33并穿出铝带屏蔽层33于聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层4中。

1.一种消防电线,它是由两种导体线芯、一根镀银铜金属软管以及四层外保护层组成,其特征在于:四层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镀锡镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层以及氯磺化聚乙烯护套层,两种导体线芯分别为铝导体线芯以及镀银铝合金导体线芯,各设置两组,都均匀挤包在聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层内部,所述铝导体线芯是由八根铝导体、一层氯丁橡胶护套层、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、一根镀银铝合金引流线以及一根镀锌铜丝引流线组成,镀银铝合金引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层以及镀锡镍带铠装层,镀锌铜丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层以及聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层,所述镀银铜金属软管挤包在两组铝导体线芯之间并穿进两组铝导体线芯的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层,所述镀银铝合金导体线芯是由八根镀银铝合金导体、一层镀锡铝带铠装层、铝带屏蔽层以及一根镀银铝丝引流线组成,所述镀银铝丝引流线位于铝带屏蔽层并穿出铝带屏蔽层于聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层中。
