本发明公开了一种镀银铝塑镍带聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆,它是由导体线芯以及六层外保护层组成。六层外保护层由内而外依次为聚酯纤维层、聚氯乙烯绝缘层、硅橡胶绝缘层、丁腈绝缘层、钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层以及氯磺化乙丙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有两组,两组导体线芯挤包在聚酯纤维层内部,每组导体线芯内部挤包二十三根镀锌铝合金导体以及一根铝合金丝引流丝。该种电缆防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电缆内的稳定性强,不易旋转,最高工作温度达120℃,适合石油化工领域使用,最低敷设温度为-15℃。

[0003]为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种防油,耐酸碱,线芯在电缆内的稳定性强,不易旋转的镀银铝塑镍带聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆。
[0004]本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种镀银铝塑镍带聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆,它是由导体线芯以及六层外保护层组成,六层外保护层由内而外依次为聚酯纤维层、聚氯乙烯绝缘层、硅橡胶绝缘层、丁腈绝缘层、钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层以及氯磺化乙丙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有两组,两组导体线芯挤包在聚酯纤维层内部,每组导体线芯是由二十三根镀锌铝合金导体、一根铝合金丝引流丝、镀银铜丝屏蔽层以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层组成,二十三根镀锌铝合金导体以及一根铝合金丝引流丝均匀挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部,两组导体线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层之间均匀安装有两根镀锌抗拉钢丝,镀锌抗拉钢丝穿过线芯于外,两组导体线芯之间安装一根镀锌铝金属软管,镀锌铝金属软管穿过线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层于内,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层以及硅橡胶绝缘层之间均匀安装有两根镀银镍丝引流线。

6、丁腈绝缘层7、钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层8以及氯磺化乙丙烯护套层9,所述导体线芯I设置有两组,两组导体线芯I挤包在聚酯纤维层4内部,每组导体线芯I是由二十三根镀锌铝合金导体11、一根铝合金丝引流丝12、镀银铜丝屏蔽层13以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层14组成,二十三根镀锌铝合金导体11以及一根铝合金丝引流丝12均匀挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层13内部,两组导体线芯I的镀银铜丝屏蔽层13以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层14之间均匀安装有两根镀锌抗拉钢丝2,镀锌抗拉钢丝2穿过线芯于外,两组导体线芯I之间安装两根镀锌铝金属软管3,镀锌铝金属软管3穿过线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层13于内,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层5以及硅橡胶绝缘层6之间均匀安装有两根镀银镍丝引流线1。

1.一种镀银铝塑镍带聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆,它是由导体线芯以及六层外保护层组成,其特征在于:六层外保护层由内而外依次为聚酯纤维层、聚氯乙烯绝缘层、硅橡胶绝缘层、丁腈绝缘层、钢带铠装乙丙烯护套层以及氯磺化乙丙烯护套层,所述导体线芯设置有两组,两组导体线芯挤包在聚酯纤维层内部,每组导体线芯是由二十三根镀锌铝合金导体、一根铝合金丝引流丝、镀银铜丝屏蔽层以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层组成,二十三根镀锌铝合金导体以及一根铝合金丝引流丝均匀挤包在镀银铜丝屏蔽层内部,两组导体线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层以及镀锌镍丝屏蔽层之间均匀安装有两根镀锌抗拉钢丝,镀锌抗拉钢丝穿过线芯于外,两组导体线芯之间安装一根镀锌铝金属软管,镀锌铝金属软管穿过线芯的镀银铜丝屏蔽层于内,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层以及硅橡胶绝缘层之间均匀安装有两根镀银镍丝引流线。
