本发明公开了一种消防耐高温铠装乙丙烯护套电缆,它是由两种导体线芯、一根铝合金金属软管以及五层外保护层组成。五层外保护层由内而外依次为聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层、镀锡镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层、氯磺化乙丙烯护套层以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,两种导体线芯分别为镀锡退火铝导体线芯以及镀银退火铜导体线芯,各设置两组,都均匀挤包在聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层内部,所述镀锡退火铝导体线芯中的导体挤包七根,所述镀银退火铜导体线芯中的导体挤包七根,所述铝合金金属软管挤包在两组镀锡退火铝导体线芯之间并穿进它们的最外层。该种电缆防水耐高温,阻燃性强,抗拉性强,而且轻便,柔软。

电缆是一种导电媒介,广泛应用于石油化工,计算机、国防等各个领域。电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,不过电缆的内部导体以及外保护层结构多种多样,根据不同领域的特别需要会有所不同。

为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种轻便,柔软,耐高温,的消防耐高温铠装乙丙烯护套电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种消防耐高温铠装乙丙烯护套电缆,它是由两种导体线芯、一根铝合金金属软管以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层、镀锡镍带铠装层、镍带屏蔽层、氯磺化乙丙烯护套层以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层,两种导体线芯分别为镀锡退火铝导体线芯以及镀银退火铜导体线芯,各设置两组,都均匀挤包在聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层内部,所述镀锡退火铝导体线芯是由七根镀锡退火铝导体、一层氯丁橡胶护套层、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、一根镍丝引流线以及一根镀锌铜丝引流线组成,镍丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层、聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层以及镀锡镍带铠装层,镀锌铜丝引流线穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层以及聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层,所述铝合金金属软管挤包在两组镀锡退火铝导体线芯之间并穿进两组镀锡退火铝导体线芯的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层,所述镀银退火铜导体线芯是由七根镀银退火铜导体、一层镀锡铝带铠装层、铝带屏蔽层以及一根铝丝引流线组成,所述铝丝引流线位于铝带屏蔽层并穿出铝带屏蔽层于聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层中。
所述铝合金金属软管外包裹一层丁腈绝缘层。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电缆防水耐高温,阻燃性强,抗拉性强,而且轻便,柔软。

如图1所示,一种消防耐高温铠装乙丙烯护套电缆,它是由两种导体线芯、一根铝合金金属软管2以及五层外保护层组成,五层外保护层由内而外依次为聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层4、镀锡镍带铠装层5、镍带屏蔽层6、氯磺化乙丙烯护套层7以及镀银铜带铠装乙丙烯护套层8,两种导体线芯分别为镀锡退火铝导体线芯1以及镀银退火铜导体线芯3,各设置两组,都均匀挤包在聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层4内部,所述镀锡退火铝导体线芯1是由七根镀锡退火铝导体11、一层氯丁橡胶护套层12、一层镀锌镍带屏蔽层13、一层低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14、一根镍丝引流线15以及一根镀锌铜丝引流线16组成,镍丝引流线15穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14、聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层4以及镀锡镍带铠装层5,镀锌铜丝引流线16穿进低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14以及聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层4,所述铝合金金属软管2挤包在两组镀锡退火铝导体线芯1之间并穿进两组镀锡退火铝导体线芯1的低烟无卤聚乙烯护套层14,所述镀银退火铜导体线芯3是由七根镀银退火铜导体31、一层镀锡铝带铠装层32、铝带屏蔽层33以及一根铝丝引流线34组成,所述铝丝引流线34位于铝带屏蔽层33并穿出铝带屏蔽层33于聚氯聚乙烯绝缘层4中。
