本发明公开了一种激光打印机空心磁芯,包括磁条,所述磁条的内部设有定位卡槽,且磁条通过定位卡槽与传动头固定套和支架头固定套连接,所述磁条的两端分别通过传动头固定套和支架头固定套与传动头和支架头固定。该激光打印机空心磁芯,挤出成型尺寸稳定性好,不存在注塑成型需要脱模造成成品大小头的情况,产品整体一致性好;线性取向稳定,磁场稳定;抽芯结构,节约材料;两端塑胶传动头定位稳定,可进行不间断生产,产品质量稳定;无胶头水口模式生产,不生产回收料,生产成本低;分离式组件,可对各两件更换和调整。

一种激光打印机空心磁芯
技术领域
本发明属于打印机磁芯技术领域,具体涉及一种激光打印机空心磁芯。
背景技术
目前磁芯成型的方式都是注塑成型,通过注塑机将磁性颗粒料融化成熔融状态,注入模具内通过磁场取向成型方式制作而成,存在注塑时间和冷却时间较长,取出后易变行弯曲等情况,实际产量不高,且合格率相对较低。为此提出一种激光打印机空心磁芯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种激光打印机空心磁芯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种激光打印机空心磁芯,包括磁条,所述磁条的内部设有定位卡槽,且磁条通过定位卡槽与传动头固定套和支架头固定套连接,所述磁条的两端分别通过传动头固定套和支架头固定套与传动头和支架头固定。
优选的,所述磁条通过挤压方式一体成型,且磁条通过挤压方式抽空成真空结构。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该激光打印机空心磁芯,挤出成型尺寸稳定性好,不存在注塑成型需要脱模造成成品大小头的情况,产品整体一致性好;线性取向稳定,磁场稳定;抽芯结构,节约材料;两端塑胶传动头定位稳定,可进行不间断生产,产品质量稳定;无胶头水口模式生产,不生产回收料,生产成本低;分离式组件,可对各两件更换和调整。

本发明提供了如图1-4所示的一种激光打印机空心磁芯,包括磁条2,所述磁条2通过挤压方式一体成型,且磁条2通过挤压方式抽空成真空结构,所述磁条2的内部设有定位卡槽4,且磁条2通过定位卡槽4与传动头固定套6和支架头固定套5连接,所述磁条2的两端分别通过传动头固定套6和支架头固定套5与传动头1和支架头3固定;该激光打印机空心磁芯,挤出成型尺寸稳定性好,不存在注塑成型需要脱模造成成品大小头的情况,产品整体一致性好;线性取向稳定,磁场稳定;抽芯结构,节约材料;两端塑胶传动头1定位稳定,可进行不间断生产,产品质量稳定;无胶头水口模式生产,不生产回收料,生产成本低;分离式组件,可对各两件更换和调整。。

1.一种激光打印机空心磁芯,包括磁条(2),其特征在于:所述磁条(2)的内部设有定位卡槽(4),且磁条(2)通过定位卡槽(4)与传动头固定套(6)和支架头固定套(5)连接,所述磁条(2)的两端分别通过传动头固定套(6)和支架头固定套(5)与传动头(1)和支架头(3)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种激光打印机空心磁芯,其特征在于:所述磁条(2)通过挤压方式一体成型,且磁条(2)通过挤压方式抽空成真空结构。
