Abstract

本发明公开了一种炉顶可开启的箱式合金烘烤炉系统,包括烘烤炉、烧嘴和料斗,烘烤炉包括搁料架、炉墙和炉顶,在炉墙的顶部平行布置有两根滑轨,炉顶包括两块开合式的炉盖,炉盖的两端分别安装有驱动炉盖沿着滑轨往复运动的驱动部件,烧嘴设置在炉盖上,在搁料架的下方设置有引风装置,在烘烤炉的上方设置有提升装置。本发明一方面避免了平车进料式结构占用场地大的矛盾,节省了进料平车建设的投资成本,另一方面大大的提高了换热的效率,增强了烘烤的效果,有效的保证了加热后的合金原料温度均匀、质量可靠,换热过程中高温气体的用量小,能耗低、运行成本低,适合在冶金、炼钢等行业推广使用。

Description

一种炉顶可开启的箱式合金烘烤炉系统
技术领域
本发明属于转炉炼钢设备技术领域,具体涉及一种垂直换热式合金烘烤炉系统。
背景技术
合金是炼钢用的重要原料,合金中的水分含量直接影响钢水质量和出钢温度,为此,合金材料需要进行烘烤后才从能使用,合金烘烤一方面的作用是为了去除水分,减少钢种水的氢含量,另一方面可减少加入钢水过程中钢水的降温,避免增加能耗,所以,合金烘烤工艺在钢的冶炼过程中得到非常普遍的应用。现在,大多数炼钢企业对合金烘烤都采用合金烘烤炉,合金烘烤炉的工作原理是,根据实际的生产工况,燃烧室内产生一定的温度、一定产量的高温混合气体,该气体通过输送通道,被送至合金烘烤炉内,高温气体在合金烘烤炉内与合金原料进行充分的换热,从而实现合金加热的目的。目前,合金烘烤炉系统常用的结构形式为,其烘烤炉为隧道式的结构,在炉体的侧面设置有升降炉门,炉体的底部设置有滑轨,滑轨上设置有输送料斗的平车,输送高温加热气体的烧嘴设置在炉体的侧面,上述的合金烘烤系统虽然基本能实现合金原料加热的效果,但是,该系统在实际的使用过程中发现,加热气体从炉体的侧面进入,高温气体在炉内的流动速度慢,穿透力较弱,容易让气体在炉内积聚,不仅不利于合金原料与加热气体的换热效果,而且加热气体积聚,容易让使用过程中存在安全隐患,使用过程不稳定,加热后的合金原料温度不均匀,烘烤的效果差,还有就是该烘烤装置采用平车送料,其装置的投资大,维护使用的成本高。因此,研制开发一种结构简单、经济实用、既能提高换热效率和烘烤效果,又能节约工厂用地和投资成本的垂直换热式合金烘烤炉系统是客观需要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供种一种结构简单、经济实用、既能提高换热效率和烘烤效果,又能节约工厂用地和投资成本的垂直换热式合金烘烤炉系统。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,包括烘烤炉、烧嘴和料斗,烘烤炉包括底部的搁料架、四周的炉墙和炉顶,在炉墙的顶部平行布置有两根滑轨,滑轨的两端通过支撑架固定在地基上,炉顶包括两块开合式的炉盖,炉盖的两端分别安装有驱动炉盖沿着滑轨往复运动的驱动部件,驱动部件包括分别安装在炉盖下方的一对主动车轮和一对被动车轮,在靠近主动车轮的炉盖上方安装有减速电机,减速电机通过链轮和传动链条分别与各自一侧的主动车轮连接,烧嘴设置在炉盖上,搁料架上加工有数个条形的透风孔,在搁料架的下方设置有引风装置,在烘烤炉的上方设置有提升装置。
本发明将侧面平车进料改为从炉顶进料,充分的利用了烘烤炉的有效空间,将烘烤炉的进料系统向空间方向发展,一方面避免了平车进料式结构占用场地大的矛盾,最大化的提高了土地的利用效率,另一方面节省进料平车建设的投资成本,为合金烘烤系统的建设和维护提供了强有力的技术支撑,同时,该系统采用上进下出的进风方式,加热气体从上往下流动,其流动的速度块,穿透力强,不仅能以较小的阻力穿透过合金原料,保证加热后的合金原料温度均匀、质量可靠,合金原料和加热气体的换热比较充分、换热的效率高,烘烤的效果显著,换热过程中高温气体的用量小,能耗低、运行成本低,而且加热气体的用量可按需要进行调整,完全能从根本上客服现有技术中采用侧壁进气加热而存在过热粘结或加热不均的问题,完全能保证炼钢工业的要求,适合在冶金、炼钢等行业推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明,但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制,基于本发明教导所作的任何变更或改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1~3所示,本发明包括烘烤炉、烧嘴8和料斗,烘烤炉包括底部的搁料架6、四周的炉墙5和炉顶,在炉墙5的顶部平行布置有两根滑轨2,滑轨2的两端通过支撑架9固定在地基上,炉顶包括两块开合式的炉盖4,炉盖4的两端分别安装有驱动炉盖4沿着滑轨往复运动的驱动部件3,驱动部件3包括分别安装在炉盖4下方的一对主动车轮31和一对被动车轮33,在靠近主动车轮31的炉盖4上方安装有减速电机32,减速电机32通过链轮和传动链条34分别与各自一侧的主动车轮31连接,烧嘴8设置在炉盖4上,搁料架6上加工有数个条形的透风13孔,在搁料架6的下方设置有引风装置,在烘烤炉的上方设置有提升装置1。
进一步的,所述引风装置包括风道15和与透风孔13相连通的两个漏斗状的出风口14,在出风口14的底部分别连接有延伸至烘烤炉两侧的高温风管12,高温风管12的端部设置有引风机10和烟囱,且在高温风管12的下方设置有排杂口,排杂口的底部设置有沉降室11,所述的引风装置结构简单。布置紧凑、排风的效果好,便于适时的控制和调节。
进一步的,所述搁料架6为浇注在地基上且与炉墙相连的20~30mm厚的钢板,其目的是经久耐用、使用方便。
优选地,所述减速电机32为摆线针轮减速机。
进一步的,所述滑轨2的两边对称设置有挡板7,一方面为了让炉盖4在往复运动的过程中运行平稳,另一方面避免炉盖4运行过程中脱轨,以保证运行安全。
优选地,所述炉墙5从内到外依次包括370mm厚的粘土砖、50mm厚的纤维毡、240mm厚的硅藻土耐火砖,所述炉盖4包括外层和内层,外层包括两块10mm厚的钢板和在两块钢板之间填充的120mm厚的硅酸铝纤维毡,内层为250mm厚的耐火浇注料。
本发明的工作过程中:首先,开启减速电机32,减速电机32反向动作,带动主动车轮31转动,主动车轮31转动的同时带动被动车轮33转动,从而炉顶上方的两块炉盖4在主动车轮31和被动车轮33的带动作用下沿着滑轨2相对运动,炉盖4运动至不遮住炉墙5时,减速电机32停止动作,即炉顶完全打开,此时,将装有合金原料的料斗通过提升装置1从炉顶上方提放到搁料架6上,料斗放置完毕后,减速电机32再次开始动作,减速电机32正转的同时,带动主动车轮31和被动车轮33转动,从而带动两块炉盖4相向运动,运动至两块炉盖4紧密结合时,减速电机32停止动作,即炉顶关闭,然后从炉盖4上的烧嘴8中通入高温加热气体,高温加热气体进入到炉体内,在引风机10的作用下,加热气体的流动速度快,在较小的阻力下就能够均匀的从合金中的缝隙中通过,从而达到加热合金原料的目的,经过换热后的高温气体则通过搁料架6上的透风孔13通过出风口14送入带高温风管12,进入高温风管12的气体在引风机10的作用下从烟囱排出,待合金原料加热到所需温度时,停止向烧嘴8内注入高温加热气体,待炉内的高温加热气体排放完毕后,按照上述的操作方法,打开炉顶,通过提升装置1提取炉内的料斗,再次装入新的料斗,即可再次进行合金原料的烘烤工作。

1.一种炉顶可开启的箱式合金烘烤炉系统,包括烘烤炉、烧嘴(8)和料斗,其特征在于:所述烘烤炉包括底部的搁料架(6)、四周的炉墙(5)和炉顶,在炉墙(5)的顶部平行布置有两根滑轨(2),滑轨(2)的两端通过支撑架(9)固定在地基上,炉顶包括两块开合式的炉盖(4),炉盖(4)的两端分别安装有驱动炉盖(4)沿着滑轨往复运动的驱动部件(3),所述驱动部件(3)包括分别安装在炉盖(4)下方的一对主动车轮(31)和一对被动车轮(33),在靠近主动车轮(31)的炉盖(4)上方安装有减速电机(32),减速电机(32)通过链轮和传动链条(34)分别与各自一侧的主动车轮(31)连接,所述烧嘴(8)设置在炉盖(4)上,搁料架(6)上加工有数个条形的透风(13)孔,在搁料架(6)的下方设置有引风装置,在烘烤炉的上方设置有提升装置(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉顶可开启的箱式合金烘烤炉系统,其特征在于:所述引风装置包括风道(15)和与透风孔(13)相连通的两个漏斗状的出风口(14),在出风口(14)的底部分别连接有延伸至烘烤炉两侧的高温风管(12),高温风管(12)的端部设置有引风机(10)和烟囱,且在高温风管(12)的下方设置有排杂口,排杂口的底部设置有沉降室(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉顶可开启的箱式合金烘烤炉系统,其特征在于:所述搁料架(6)为浇注在地基上且与炉墙相连的20~30mm厚的钢板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉顶可开启的箱式合金烘烤炉系统,其特征在于:所述减速电机(32)为摆线针轮减速机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉顶可开启的箱式合金烘烤炉系统,其特征在于:所述滑轨(2)的两边对称设置有挡板(7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉顶可开启的箱式合金烘烤炉系统,其特征在于:所述炉墙(5)从内到外依次包括370mm厚的粘土砖、50mm厚的纤维毡、240mm厚的硅藻土耐火砖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种炉顶可开启的箱式合金烘烤炉系统,其特征在于:所述炉盖(4)包括外层和内层,外层包括两块10mm厚的钢板和在两块钢板之间填充的120mm厚的硅酸铝纤维毡,内层为250mm厚的耐火浇注料。
