现有面料的抗菌、抗皱、阻燃、抗静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿丝面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、抗皱、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种仿丝面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在26质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、3.1质量份除虫菊酯、1.8质量份吡啶油酸汞、0.9质量份纳米级氢氧化镁混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2.6质量份脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、2.8质量份碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸酯、1.9质量份硼酸三(2,3-二溴)丙酯、0.7质量份褐煤蜡,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
