本发明公开了一种混纺面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)在35质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份钨酸钠、4.1质量份聚氧乙烯醚、1.2质量份二氧化硅、3.1质量份双苄基膦酸单乙酯混合,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入2.9质量份醇乙氧化物羧酸盐、3.7质量份月桂醇、0.8质量份二氧化钛、2.7质量份乙酸乙酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。本发明混纺面料的后整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的阻燃、抗菌、抗皱、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及混纺面料的后整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的阻燃、抗菌、抗皱、防静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混纺面料的后整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的阻燃、抗菌、抗皱、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种混纺面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在35质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份钨酸钠、4.1质量份聚氧乙烯醚、1.2质量份二氧化硅、3.1质量份双苄基膦酸单乙酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2.9质量份醇乙氧化物羧酸盐、3.7质量份月桂醇、0.8质量份二氧化钛、2.7质量份乙酸乙酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。

2)再同时缓慢加入2.9质量份醇乙氧化物羧酸盐、3.7质量份月桂醇、0.8质量份二氧化钛、2.7质量份乙酸乙酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。

3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
