本发明公开了一种肿瘤细胞生长促进添加剂;所述添加剂其组成成分及浓度为:丙酮酸钠11mg/ml,β巯基乙醇5mM,谷氨酰胺200mM,碳酸氢钠300mM,4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸500mM,胰岛素10ug/ml,黄体酮2uM,丁二胺6mM,硒酸钠3uM,人全铁转铁蛋白10mg/ml,重组人表皮细胞生长因子10ng/ml。上述肿瘤细胞生长促进添加剂其使用方法为:将上述添加剂稀释100倍后,作为最终使用浓度,直接添加到培养基上使用。本发明的肿瘤细胞生长促进添加剂及其使用方法,其能够应用在肿瘤细胞方面,促进肿瘤细胞生长,使用范围广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种肿瘤细胞培养添加剂,特别涉及一种肿瘤细胞生长促进添加剂及其使用方法,属于肿瘤细胞培养技术领域。
背景技术
目前恶性肿瘤治疗方案首选手术切除原发病灶,但是有些恶性肿瘤患者在就诊时已处于肿瘤晚期,无法行手术治疗,且手术切除原发灶后,肿瘤复发均影响了肿瘤治疗效果,降低了恶性肿瘤患者生存期,化疗治疗是提高肿瘤治疗效果,改善患者预后并延长患者生存期的重要手段之一,目前恶性肿瘤的化疗治疗主要是采取全身应用化疗药物,在应用化疗药物前,通过体外培养肿瘤组织原代细胞,从而筛选出敏感性化疗药物,指导临床制定化疗方案;另外肿瘤细胞培养也是研究癌变机理、抗癌药的敏感性、肿瘤细胞和癌分子生物学特性的重要手段;现有的培养过程比较缓慢,对于一些恶化速度比较快的肿瘤细胞其很难完成快速培养。

(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种肿瘤细胞生长促进添加剂及其使用方法,其能够应用在肿瘤细胞方面,促进肿瘤细胞生长,使用范围广泛。
(二)技术方案
本发明的肿瘤细胞生长促进添加剂,所述添加剂其组成成分及浓度为:丙酮酸钠11mg/ml,β巯基乙醇5mM,谷氨酰胺200mM,碳酸氢钠300mM,4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸500mM,胰岛素10ug/ml,黄体酮2uM,丁二胺6mM,硒酸钠3uM,人全铁转铁蛋白10mg/ml,重组人表皮细胞生长因子10ng/ml。
上述肿瘤细胞生长促进添加剂其使用方法为:将上述添加剂稀释100倍后,作为最终使用浓度,直接添加到培养基上使用。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的肿瘤细胞生长促进添加剂及其使用方法,其能够应用在肿瘤细胞方面,促进肿瘤细胞生长,使用范围广泛。

2.一种肿瘤细胞生长促进添加剂其使用方法,其特征在于,所述方法为:将上述添加剂稀释100倍后,作为最终使用浓度,直接添加到培养基上使用。
