本发明涉及一种低成本的高清洁汽油,该汽油是由以下重量份的各组分为原料制成:汽油67份,木质纤维素醇类混合物22份,6号抽提溶剂油5份,1,3‑二羟基丁烷2份,叔丁醇1.8份,1,2,3‑三甲基环戊烷0.4份,2,5‑二甲基己烷0.8份,助燃剂0.5份,抗氧剂0.5份。本发明首次将以秸秆为原料的木质纤维素采用生物酶转化的方法生产的纤维素醇类混合物为主要原料制作生产汽油,该汽油不仅具有极佳的清洁效果,还极大的降低了汽油的生产成本。

技术领域
本发明属于燃油技术领域,具体涉及一种低成本的高清洁汽油。
背景技术
目前中国面临着严重的能源短缺和环境污染的问题,中国政府正在局部几个省份内政策性鼓励燃料醇的生产和使用。但截至目前来说,中国还是主要以玉米和谷物作为生产燃料醇的原料,极大地造成了资源的浪费。但中国具有大量的潜在的低成本纤维素物质原料,可以极大地扩大燃料醇的产量,从而起到降低原料成本的目的。近20年来,由于技术的革命性进步,已使得纤维素醇类的生产成本降低了将近三分之一,因此,目前混醇汽油具有十分强劲的市场竞争力。
中国专利文献CN102977935B(申请号201210536005.7)公开了一种甲醇环保汽油及其制备方法,该汽油包括甲醇70-80%、提高热值剂10-15%、防冻剂0.5-1%、丙酮或者丁酮0.5-2%、增溶剂5-10%、添加剂0.5-1%、缓蚀剂0.5-1%、湿润剂0.5-1%。
中国专利文献CN103242913A(申请号201310168131.6)公开了一种M50清洁环保汽油,是由甲醇50%、硝酸铈0.5%、油酸0.5%、蓖麻油0.5%、异丙醇0.8%、正丁醇1%、乙醇1%、磷酸三丁酯1.5%、甲基叔丁基醚2%、冰片0.6%、硝基乙酸乙酯1.2%、磷酸铝0.2%、四氢呋喃1.2%、聚乙烯醇1.5%、丙酮0.8%、丁酮0.6%混合而成。
从上述公开的文献来看,现在多采用经纯化而成的各种醇类为原料生产汽油,成本较高,对粮食等资源的浪费也较为严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低成本的高清洁汽油,以秸秆为原料经预处理、酶解、发酵处理后制成混合醇类,并以该混合醇为主要原料生产汽油。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实施的:
一种低成本的高清洁汽油,由以下重量份的各组分为原料制成:
汽油67份;
木质纤维素醇类混合物22份;
6号抽提溶剂油5份;
1,3-二羟基丁烷2份;
叔丁醇1.8份;
1,2,3-三甲基环戊烷0.4份;
2,5-二甲基己烷0.8份;
助燃剂0.5份;
抗氧剂0.5份。
该低成本高清洁汽油所用的主要原料木质纤维素醇类混合物,是以秸秆为原料经预处理、酶解、发酵处理后制成的。该混合物的主要构成组分为纤维素乙醇、纤维素丁醇与丙酮,上述三种成分的重量比为29:19:1。
本技术方案中所用到的助燃剂及抗氧剂均自市场上直接购买获得。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明以秸秆为原料发酵生产木质纤维素醇类混合物,并将该混合物作为原料应用于汽油生产行业,极大地降低了汽油的生产成本;
(2)利用本技术生产的汽油的清洁性能要远远优于市售的普通汽油或其他加醇类汽油。

实施例1:
本发明是通过如下技术方案实施的:
低成本的高清洁汽油,由以下重量份的各组分为原料制成:
汽油67份;
木质纤维素醇类混合物22份;
6号抽提溶剂油5份;
1,3-二羟基丁烷2份;
叔丁醇1.8份;
1,2,3-三甲基环戊烷0.4份;
2,5-二甲基己烷0.8份;
助燃剂0.5份;
抗氧剂0.5份。
该低成本高清洁汽油所用的木质纤维素醇类混合物,是以秸秆为原料经预处理、酶解、发酵处理后制成的。该混合物的主要构成组分为纤维素乙醇、纤维素丁醇与丙酮,上述三种成分的重量比为29:19:1。
试验例1:
下面通过试验例进一步阐述本发明产品较好的清洁性能。
经对该汽油进行尾气排放测试,获得如下数据:
内容 HC(*10-6) NO(*10-6) CO(100%)
限值 115 1250 0.80
测量结果 6 125 0.02
实验结果表明,该汽油的尾气排放量极低,因此具有清洁环保的效果,不会造成环境的污染,是一种具有清洁功效的低成本汽油。

1.一种低成本的高清洁汽油,其特征在于,由以下重量份的各组分为原料制成:汽油67份,木质纤维素醇类混合物22份,6号抽提溶剂油5份,1,3-二羟基丁烷2份,叔丁醇1.8份,1,2,3-三甲基环戊烷0.4份,2,5-二甲基己烷0.8份,助燃剂0.5份,抗氧剂0.5份;所述木质纤维素醇类混合物是以秸秆为原料经预处理、酶解、发酵处理后制成,该混合物的主要构成组分为纤维素乙醇、纤维素丁醇与丙酮,上述三种成分的重量比为29:19:1。
