Abstract
本发明涉及一种甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂及其制备方法。所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂包括,包括以下重量份组分:甲醇80‑120份,乙二醇丁醚10‑20份,甲苯20‑30份,硝酸异辛酯15‑25份,聚异丁烯胺10‑20份,乙酸异戊脂10‑20份,甲基叔丁基醚10‑20份,苯并三唑5‑15份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯5‑10份。本发明提供的甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂含有甲醇,甲醇的燃烧性能好,燃烧充分,能够有效降低和减少有害气体排放,有利于环境保护和改善生态环境,是绿色环保燃料;甲醇汽油中添加本发明的添加剂后,其甲醇汽油具有很好的互溶性,体系均一、透明、低温物无相分离;启动性好,不受季节影响;动力性好、替代比高、经济性好。

技术领域
本发明属于资源与环境技术领域,尤其涉及一种甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在石油资源日益枯竭、全球石油储量日益下降的背景下,我国对燃油的需求量与日俱增,以及我国的石油产品,特别是机动车燃油的利用率普遍较低,这不仅造成了燃油的浪费,同时还导致由于机动车尾气污染物的产生的大气污染加剧的问题。
我国的汽油主要存在着烯烃含量高,大量的烯烃在发动机中燃烧时会产生发动机喷油器和进气阀上产生大量沉积物,使燃油喷油效率下降,进一步降低燃油利用率,并由于烯烃的聚合生成胶质会造成排放增加。燃油添加剂在发动机燃油中能够改善燃油的使用性能,降低排放的功效。所以开发出一种在汽车燃油中使用的多功能燃油添加剂,改善燃油使用性能,提高燃油使用率,降低汽车尾气污染物排放是很有必要的。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够降低油耗、减少尾气排放物污染的甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:甲醇80-120份,乙二醇丁醚10-20份,甲苯20-30份,硝酸异辛酯15-25份,聚异丁烯胺10-20份,乙酸异戊脂10-20份,甲基叔丁基醚10-20份,苯并三唑5-15份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯5-10份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步地,所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂包括以下重量份组分:80份甲醇,10份乙二醇丁醚,20份甲苯,15份硝酸异辛酯,10份聚异丁烯胺,10份乙酸异戊脂,10份甲基叔丁基醚,5份苯并三唑,5份对羟基苯甲酸甲酯。
进一步地,所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂包括以下重量份组分:120份甲醇,20份乙二醇丁醚,30份甲苯,25份硝酸异辛酯,20份聚异丁烯胺,20份乙酸异戊脂,20份甲基叔丁基醚,15份苯并三唑,10份对羟基苯甲酸甲酯。
进一步地,所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂包括以下重量份组分:100份甲醇,15份乙二醇丁醚,25份甲苯,20份硝酸异辛酯,15份聚异丁烯胺,15份乙酸异戊脂,15份甲基叔丁基醚,10份苯并三唑,8份对羟基苯甲酸甲酯。
本发明还提供了一种甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份配比称取以下组分:甲醇,乙二醇丁醚,甲苯,硝酸异辛酯,聚异丁烯胺,乙酸异戊脂,甲基叔丁基醚,苯并三唑,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯份,依次将上述组分混合均匀,并搅拌10-20分钟,即制成所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
本发明提供了一种甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂,包括以下重量份组分:甲醇80-120份,乙二醇丁醚10-20份,甲苯20-30份,硝酸异辛酯15-25份,聚异丁烯胺10-20份,乙酸异戊脂10-20份,甲基叔丁基醚10-20份,苯并三唑5-15份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯5-10份。
本发明提供的甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂含有甲醇,甲醇的燃烧性能好,燃烧充分,能够有效降低和减少有害气体排放,有利于环境保护和改善生态环境,是绿色环保燃料;本发明适合汽油使用,互溶性好,动力性、油耗低,并且本明提供的高效节油助燃剂原料易得,配方科学,性能优良,集节油、消烟、保养等功能于一体,使用方便,分散迅速均匀,使用效果显著。
本发明所提供的甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂能够改善燃油清净性、低温流动性、抗氧化性和防腐蚀性能,同时提高燃油燃烧性能,降低油耗,以及降低汽车尾气污染物采用上述组分及制备方法得到的多功能甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂无毒、无污染,能显著提高汽油辛烷值,降低排气有害物质含量,降低汽油油耗,减轻发动机磨损,延长发动机机使用寿命,改善抗爆性时所需的添加量少,减少环境污染。甲醇汽油中添加本发明的添加剂后,其甲醇汽油具有很好的互溶性,体系均一、透明、低温物无相分离;启动性好,不受季节影响;动力性好、替代比高、经济性好。同时该添加剂不含重金元素铅、锰,也不含硫,磷,卤族等在燃烧过程中对环境造成污染的元素,对发动机的损害较小,,基本对发动机没有不良影响,汽车的油泵使用寿命更长。
下面通过具体的实施例来进行介绍。
实施例1
按重量份称取以下组分:80份甲醇,10份乙二醇丁醚,20份甲苯,15份硝酸异辛酯,10份聚异丁烯胺,10份乙酸异戊脂,10份甲基叔丁基醚,5份苯并三唑,5份对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,依次将上述组分混合均匀,并搅拌10-20分钟,即制成所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂。
实施例2
按重量份称取以下组分:120份甲醇,20份乙二醇丁醚,30份甲苯,25份硝酸异辛酯,20份聚异丁烯胺,20份乙酸异戊脂,20份甲基叔丁基醚,15份苯并三唑,10份对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,依次将上述组分混合均匀,并搅拌10-20分钟,即制成所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂。
实施例3
按重量份称取以下组分:100份甲醇,15份乙二醇丁醚,25份甲苯,20份硝酸异辛酯,15份聚异丁烯胺,15份乙酸异戊脂,15份甲基叔丁基醚,10份苯并三唑,8份对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,依次将上述组分混合均匀,并搅拌10-20分钟,即制成所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂。
本发明提供的甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂含有甲醇,甲醇的燃烧性能好,燃烧充分,能够有效降低和减少有害气体排放,有利于环境保护和改善生态环境,是绿色环保燃料;本发明适合汽油使用,互溶性好,动力性、油耗低,并且本发明所提供的甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂能够改善燃油清净性、低温流动性、抗氧化性和防腐蚀性能,同时提高燃油燃烧性能,降低油耗,以及降低汽车尾气污染物采用上述组分及制备方法得到的多功能甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂无毒、无污染,能显著提高汽油辛烷值,降低排气有害物质含量,降低汽油油耗,减轻发动机磨损,延长发动机机使用寿命,改善抗爆性时所需的添加量少,减少环境污染。

1.一种甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:甲醇80-120份,乙二醇丁醚10-20份,甲苯20-30份,硝酸异辛酯15-25份,聚异丁烯胺10-20份,乙酸异戊脂10-20份,甲基叔丁基醚10-20份,苯并三唑5-15份,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:80份甲醇,10份乙二醇丁醚,20份甲苯,15份硝酸异辛酯,10份聚异丁烯胺,10份乙酸异戊脂,10份甲基叔丁基醚,5份苯并三唑,5份对羟基苯甲酸甲酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:120份甲醇,20份乙二醇丁醚,30份甲苯,25份硝酸异辛酯,20份聚异丁烯胺,20份乙酸异戊脂,20份甲基叔丁基醚,15份苯并三唑,10份对羟基苯甲酸甲酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:100份甲醇,15份乙二醇丁醚,25份甲苯,20份硝酸异辛酯,15份聚异丁烯胺,15份乙酸异戊脂,15份甲基叔丁基醚,10份苯并三唑,8份对羟基苯甲酸甲酯。
5.一种如权利要求1至4任一项所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按重量份配比称取以下组分:甲醇,乙二醇丁醚,甲苯,硝酸异辛酯,聚异丁烯胺,乙酸异戊脂,甲基叔丁基醚,苯并三唑,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯份,依次将上述组分混合均匀,并搅拌10-20分钟,即制成所述甲醇汽油燃料复合添加剂。
