Abstract

一种车载手机夹持装置，包括吸盘、柔性杆和夹持件，夹持件包括后板、底板、左板和右板。后板的后表面与吸盘之间通过柔性杆相连接。后板的前表面上设置有滑轨，左板上设置有位于滑轨内的滑杆。底板连接在后板的下部，底板与左板之间设置有左扭簧，左扭簧的一端固定在底板上，左扭簧的另一端固定在左板上。上述一种车载手机夹持装置，通过吸盘固定在车体的玻璃上，可以随时更换吸盘位置，夹持件和吸盘之间通过柔性杆相连接，驾驶人员可以弯折柔性杆，随意改变夹持件的位置，进而方便更换手机的位置。左板与底板之间设置有左扭簧，左板在左扭簧的作用下，能够夹持住手机，防止手机从夹持件中脱离。

一种车载手机夹持装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机夹持装置，具体涉及一种用于车内夹持手机的夹持装置。
背景技术
如今随着智能手机的普及，驾驶人员边开车边打电话的现象十分常见。在开车过程中打电话，需要将手机夹持在一定位置，防止手机移动，也是为了方便对手机进行操作，但是现有的手机夹持装置，手机固定在一定位置后，无法更换固定的位置，给驾驶人员带来了一定的不便。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中手机固定后无法调整固定位置的问题，本发明提供一种车载手机夹持装置。
一种车载手机夹持装置，包括吸盘、柔性杆和夹持件，所述夹持件包括后板、底板、左板和右板。所述后板的后表面与柔性杆的一端相连接；柔性杆的另一端与吸盘相连接。所述后板的前表面上设置有横向分布的滑轨，所述左板上设置有位于滑轨内的滑杆。所述底板连接在后板的下部，所述底板与左板之间设置有左扭簧，所述左扭簧的一端固定在底板上，左扭簧的另一端固定在左板上。
优选的，所述右板上还设置有位于滑轨内的滑杆，所述底板与右板之间设置有右扭簧，所述右扭簧的一端固定在底板上，右扭簧的另一端固定在右板上。所述右板连接有右扭簧，同样能够起到夹持手机的作用。
优选的，底板和后板之间通过合页连接在一起，所述后板与底板之间设置有后扭簧，所述后扭簧的一端固定在后板上，后扭簧的另一端固定在底板的底面。所述后板可以绕合页的中轴线转动，后扭簧的设置，可以抬起底板，起到支撑手机底部的作用。
优选的，所述左板和右板均设置有截面呈U形的卡槽。所述呈U形的卡槽，可以卡合住手机，防止手机从夹持件中脱离。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：
上述一种车载手机夹持装置，通过吸盘固定在车体的玻璃上，可以随时更换吸盘位置，所述夹持件和吸盘之间通过柔性杆相连接，驾驶人员可以弯折柔性杆，随意改变夹持件的位置，进而方便更换手机的位置。所述左板与底板之间设置有左扭簧，左板在左扭簧的作用下，能够夹持住手机，防止手机从夹持件中脱离。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图6对本发明进行详细说明。
一种车载手机夹持装置，包括吸盘1、柔性杆2和夹持件，所述夹持件包括后板3、底板6、左板4和右板5。所述后板3的后表面与柔性杆2的一端相连接；柔性杆2的另一端与吸盘1相连接。所述后板3的前表面上设置有横向分布的滑轨，所述左板4上设置有位于滑轨内的滑杆。所述底板6连接在后板3的下部，所述底板6与左板4之间设置有左扭簧7；所述左扭簧7的一端固定在底板6上，左扭簧7的另一端固定在左板4上。
进一步的，所述右板5上还设置有位于滑轨内的滑杆，所述底板6与右板5之间设置有右扭簧8，所述右扭簧8的一端固定在底板6上，右扭簧8的另一端固定在右板5上。所述右板5连接有右扭簧8，同样能够起到夹持手机的作用。
进一步的，底板6和后板3之间通过合页连接在一起，所述后板3与底板6之间设置有后扭簧9，所述后扭簧9的一端固定在后板3上，后扭簧9的另一端固定在底板6的底面。所述后板3可以绕合页的中轴线转动，后扭簧9的设置，可以抬起底板6，起到支撑手机底部的作用。
进一步的，所述左板4和右板5均设置有截面呈U形的卡槽。所述呈U形的卡槽，可以卡合住手机，防止手机从夹持件中脱离。
上述一种车载手机夹持装置，通过吸盘1固定在车体的玻璃上，可以随时更换吸盘1位置，所述夹持件和吸盘1之间通过柔性杆2相连接，驾驶人员可以弯折柔性杆2，随意改变夹持件的位置，进而方便更换手机位置。所述左板4与底板6之间设置有左扭簧7，将手机放置在底板6上部，左板4和右板5之间的位置，左板4在左扭簧7的作用下，能够夹持住手机，防止手机从夹持件中脱离。

1.一种车载手机夹持装置，其特征在于，包括吸盘、柔性杆和夹持件，所述夹持件包括后板、底板、左板和右板，所述后板的后表面与柔性杆的一端相连接；柔性杆的另一端与吸盘相连接；
所述后板的前表面上设置有横向分布的滑轨，所述左板上设置有位于滑轨内的滑杆；所述底板连接在后板的下部，所述底板与左板之间设置有左扭簧，所述左扭簧的一端固定在底板上，左扭簧的另一端固定在左板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种车载手机夹持装置，其特征在于，所述右板上设置有位于滑轨内的滑杆，所述底板与右板之间设置有右扭簧，所述右扭簧的一端固定在底板上，右扭簧的另一端固定在右板上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种车载手机夹持装置，其特征在于，所述右板固定在后板上，右板和后板整体成型。
4.如权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种车载手机夹持装置，其特征在于，底板和后板之间通过合页连接在一起，所述后板与底板之间设置有后扭簧，所述后扭簧的一端固定在后板上，后扭簧的另一端固定在底板的底面。
5.如权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种车载手机夹持装置，其特征在于，所述左板和右板均设置有截面呈U形的卡槽。
