Abstract
本发明公开了一种气动感应剪钳,包括两侧对称安装的A柱和B柱,A柱和B柱之间通过升降螺杆安装有升降台,升降台上方安装两个升降气缸,升降气缸上安装有滑座,滑座上安装有横移气缸和用于导正铝箔单管钢丝的钢丝导轮,滑座上方中间安装有感应开关,横移气缸上安装有气动剪刀头,感应开关与气动剪刀头相连,升降螺杆连接有手轮,用于控制升降螺杆旋转,通过旋转的升降螺杆升高或降低升降台高度。本发明取代了传统人工断管的方式。可以剪裁任意口径的铝箔单管。剪裁速度快,效率高,不伤单管,大大降低了生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及五金机械领域,具体地说,是一种气动感应剪钳。
背景技术
在工业通风中,铝箔单管是重要的通风管道之一,其耐高温,耐油、耐腐蚀、耐老化、耐震动,具有良好的阻燃性能,收缩性。铝箔单管适用于高压、中压、低压中央空调和通风系统及对噪音要求较高的场所,是吸收噪音于绝缘的完美结合。
目前铝箔单管种类繁多,已拥有各类型号尺寸满足市场需求。但铝箔单管的生产方方式依旧不变,在制作铝箔单管过程中,其中最重要的一道工序就是断管。断管是一道灵敏迅速的工序,工人必须先用刀片在单管上划一到缺口,然后迅速用剪线钳将铝箔单管内作为支撑的钢丝剪断。断管动作需熟练准确,否则会造成材料浪费,影响产品质量,降低生产效率。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种气动感应剪钳,取代了传统人工断管的方式。可以剪裁任意口径的铝箔单管。剪裁速度快,效率高,不伤单管,大大降低了生产成本。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种气动感应剪钳,包括两侧对称安装的 A柱和B柱,A柱和B柱之间通过升降螺杆安装有升降台,升降台上方安装两个升降气缸,升降气缸上安装有滑座,滑座上安装有横移气缸和用于导正铝箔单管钢丝的钢丝导轮,滑座上方中间安装有感应开关,横移气缸上安装有气动剪刀头,感应开关与气动剪刀头相连,升降螺杆连接有手轮,用于控制升降螺杆旋转,通过旋转的升降螺杆升高或降低升降台高度。
作为优选,所述横移气缸通过感应开关时,气动剪刀头剪裁一次。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种气动感应剪钳,包括两侧对称安装的A柱和B柱,A柱和B柱之间通过升降螺杆9安装有升降台1,升降台上方安装两个升降气缸2,升降气缸2上安装有滑座3,滑座3上安装有横移气缸4和用于导正铝箔单管钢丝的钢丝导轮6,滑座3上方中间安装有感应开关7,横移气缸上安装有气动剪刀头5,感应开关7与气动剪刀头5相连,升降螺杆9连接有手轮8,用于控制升降螺杆9旋转,通过旋转的升降螺杆升高或降低升降台高度。
所述横移气缸4通过感应开关7时,气动剪刀头5剪裁一次。
本具体实施使用时,根据不同口径的铝箔单管,转动手轮,带动升降螺杆,调整升降台高度,再将升降台左右固定于A、B柱。调整钢丝导轮位置,导正钢丝于气动剪钳。
启动气动感应剪钳,升降气缸伸升高滑座,气动剪刀头由B柱向A柱滑动,速度配合单管转圈速度。途径感应开关时,气动剪刀头剪切一次,延时1.5秒自动放开,同时升降气缸回缩,滑座下降,横移气缸向B柱归位。

1.一种气动感应剪钳,包括两侧对称安装的A柱和B柱,其特征在于,A柱和B柱之间通过升降螺杆(9)安装有升降台(1),升降台上方安装两个升降气缸(2),升降气缸(2)上安装有滑座(3),滑座(3)上安装有横移气缸(4)和用于导正铝箔单管钢丝的钢丝导轮(6),滑座(3)上方中间安装有感应开关(7),横移气缸上安装有气动剪刀头(5),感应开关(7)与气动剪刀头(5)相连,升降螺杆(9)连接有手轮(8),用于控制升降螺杆(9)旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动感应剪钳,其特征在于,所述横移气缸(4)通过感应开关(7)时,气动剪刀头(5)剪裁一次。
