本发明提供了一种剪板机的液压系统,包括一号油箱、与一号油箱相连的粗过滤器、与粗过滤器相连的液压泵、与液压泵相连的溢流阀和调速阀、与调速阀相连的换向阀、与换向阀相连的封闭工作缸油路、通过封闭工作缸油路串联连接的两个油缸、与两个油缸同时相连的滑块,所述的溢流阀上连有二号油箱。本发明的剪板机的液压系统设计独特,具有传动效率高、结构简单、可靠性高及易集成等特点。通过对剪板机液压系统的改进,提高了钢板剪切后的表面质量,剪切厚钢板时无肉眼可见的凹痕和变形,剪切精度也相应提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种剪板机的液压系统,属于机械设备领域。
背景技术
剪板机(英文名称:plateshears;guillotineshear)是用一个刀片相对另一刀片作往复直线运动剪切板材的机器。是借于运动的上刀片和固定的下刀片,采用合理的刀片间隙,对各种厚度的金属板材施加剪切力,使板材按所需要的尺寸断裂分离。剪板机属于锻压机械中的一种,主要作用就是金属加工行业。产品广泛适用于航空、轻工、冶金、化工、建筑、船舶、汽车、电力、电器、装潢等行业提供所需的专用机械和成套设备。
液压剪板机采用液压传动,使机器工作时平稳,噪声小,安全可靠,可以进行单次连续剪切,剪板厚度也较机械传动的厚,但是液压系统是利用液体作为中间介质来传递动力的,剪切力大时,油压也相应的高,对液压元件的精度、强度要求也高,制造成本也相应的较高,而且液压系统不可避免的存在,泄露问题,会造成污染,油温的变化会引起油液粘度变化,影响液压传动工作的平稳性,所以适应环境能力小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种剪板机的液压系统。
本发明的剪板机的液压系统,包括一号油箱、与一号油箱相连的粗过滤器、与粗过滤器相连的液压泵、与液压泵相连的溢流阀和调速阀、与调速阀相连的换向阀、与换向阀相连的封闭工作缸油路、通过封闭工作缸油路串联连接的两个油缸、与两个油缸同时相连的滑块,所述的溢流阀上连有二号油箱。
所述的换向阀为手动三位四通换向阀。
本发明的剪板机的液压系统设计独特,具有传动效率高、结构简单、可靠性高及易集成等特点。通过对剪板机液压系统的改进,提高了钢板剪切后的表面质量,剪切厚钢板时无肉眼可见的凹痕和变形,剪切精度也相应提高。
