Abstract
本发明公开了一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:桑黄10-20份、紫杉醇5-10份、葛仙米发酵粉5-10份、全蝎2-30份、熟三七50-100份、奶蓟草提取物5-15份、葡萄籽5-15份、蔓越莓5-10份、橄榄叶提取物5-15份、红枣叶提取物10-20份、玛咖粉1-5份、芹菜籽10-20份、甜菜根提取物5-15份、血橙提取物5-15份、独麦素6-10份、锁阳15-20份。本发明具有解毒散结、活血祛瘀、益气养阴,杀伤癌细胞、抑制癌细胞生长、控制病情发展、提高免疫功能的作用,采用天然成分、服用安全,无明显副作用,适合患者长期服用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药制剂领域,具体涉及一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物。
背景技术
肿瘤是一种常见病、多发病,是机体在各种致瘤因素作用下,局部组织的细胞在基因水平上失掉了对其生长的正常调控,导致异常增生而形成的新生物。肿瘤在中医学上相当于“癥瘕积聚”。肿瘤按其对人体的影响不同分为良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤,恶性肿瘤在病理学上又称为癌,因而癌属于肿瘤范畴。其由于分泌不成熟、生长较快,浸润破坏器官的结构和功能,并可发生转移,因而对机体的影响严重。中医治疗癌肿有其独特的疗效,是中医的特长。癌肿的中医治疗原则为,一是宣通气机,使郁热透发;二是疏导积滞,通利经脉,以畅流达邪;三是解毒治癌,以断致癌之源。
纵观全球1981至2002年期间所开发的抗癌药物,约60%直接或间接来自于天然产物,充分表明自然界是人类获取抗肿瘤药物的最重要的源泉。植物中广泛存在着具有抗肿瘤作用的活性成分,喜树碱、长春新碱和紫杉醇等的先后被发现,标志着天然抗癌药物研究所取得的重大进展,我国中药资源丰富,从传统的药用资源中寻找抗肿瘤药物是完全可行的。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物,具有解毒散结、活血祛瘀、益气养阴,杀伤癌细胞、抑制癌细胞生长、控制病情发展、提高免疫功能的作用。该药大多采用天然成分、服用安全,无明显副作用,经多年临床观察未见病人有不良反应,适合患者长期服用。因此其销售市场前景看好,将有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
桑黄10-20份、紫杉醇5-10份、葛仙米发酵粉5-10份、全蝎2-30份、熟三七50-100份、奶蓟草提取物5-15份、葡萄籽5-15份、蔓越莓5-10份、橄榄叶提取物5-15份、红枣叶提取物10-20份、玛咖粉1-5份、芹菜籽10-20份、甜菜根提取物5-15份、血橙提取物5-15份、独麦素6-10份、锁阳15-20份。
其中,所述奶蓟草提取物通过以下步骤制备:
将干燥的奶蓟草用闪式提取器处理,所得提取液先用武火加热,沸腾后用文火加热1-1.5h,中空纤维超滤膜过滤;药渣加15-25倍水煎煮两次,中空纤维超滤膜过滤,合并三次滤液,浓缩至1.5g/ml;缓慢加入90-100%有机溶剂,直至有机溶剂浓度为55-65%,冷藏8-9小时,2000-4000r/min离心15-25min后倒去上清液,沉淀用去离子水溶解至原体积,用有机溶剂沉淀2次,有机溶剂浓度分别为65-75%、75-85%;沉淀用去离子水溶解至原体积,加入1/6-1/5体积10-12%的三氯乙酸溶液,充分混匀后静置4-6h,2000-4000r/min离心15-25min后去沉淀得上清液,将所得上清液抽滤,烘干,得奶蓟草提取物。
其中,所述橄榄叶提取物通过以下步骤制备:
取50-70份橄榄叶置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.6-1.4MPa,爆破处理9-25min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.4-1.9MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.7-2.7min后,室温浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20,喷雾干燥浓缩液后,进行CO2超临界萃取,流体萃取压力为30-50MPa,萃取温度30-40℃,CO2流体流量为750-850L/h,萃取时间为3-5h,得橄榄叶提取物。
其中,所述红枣叶提取物通过以下步骤制备:
将粉碎的红枣树叶先用无水乙醇渗漉提取两次,每次24h,过滤,滤渣再用水提取两次,每次24h,合并四次所得的提取液并浓缩,得红枣叶提取物。
其中,所述甜菜根提取物通过以下步骤制备:
将甜菜根送入超声破碎器经超声破碎处理后置于高压釜中,加入粉体2-3倍的水,通入氮气至高压釜内压力为0.7-1.5MPa,处理8-25min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至高压釜内压力为1.5-2.5Mpa,浸提1-1.5h,得提取液,浓缩,得甜菜根提取物。
其中,所述葛仙米发酵粉通过以下步骤制备:
取40-60份葛仙米,清洗,用研磨机磨成粗粉,然后用85-90℃热水浸泡60-70min,捞出沥干后,加入10-15份常温纯净水,和匀,然后按照接种量1.5-1.7%的比例接种微生物发酵剂,保持温度25-35℃,发酵48-54小时后,高温灭活,低温烘干,研磨成细粉,得葛仙米发酵粉。
其中,所述微生物发酵剂由乳酸杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌按质量比1∶2∶1混合所得。
其中,所述有机溶剂为天然来源的松节油衍生物,松节油衍生物为蒎烯的异构、歧化产物。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
具有解毒散结、活血祛瘀、益气养阴,杀伤癌细胞、抑制癌细胞生长、控制病情发展、提高免疫功能的作用。该药大多采用天然成分、服用安全,无明显副作用,经多年临床观察未见病人有不良反应,适合患者长期服用。因此其销售市场前景看好,将有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下实施例中,所使用的奶蓟草提取物通过以下步骤制备:
将干燥的奶蓟草用闪式提取器处理,所得提取液先用武火加热,沸腾后用文火加热1-1.5h,中空纤维超滤膜过滤;药渣加15-25倍水煎煮两次,中空纤维超滤膜过滤,合并三次滤液,浓缩至1.5g/ml;缓慢加入90-100%有机溶剂,直至有机溶剂浓度为55-65%,冷藏8-9小时,2000-4000r/min离心15-25min后倒去上清液,沉淀用去离子水溶解至原体积,用有机溶剂沉淀2次,有机溶剂浓度分别为65-75%、75-85%;沉淀用去离子水溶解至原体积,加入1/6-1/5体积10-12%的三氯乙酸溶液,充分混匀后静置4-6h,2000-4000r/min离心15-25min后去沉淀得上清液,将所得上清液抽滤,烘干,得奶蓟草提取物,有机溶剂为天然来源的松节油衍生物,松节油衍生物为蒎烯的异构、歧化产物。
所使用的橄榄叶提取物通过以下步骤制备:
取50-70份橄榄叶置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.6-1.4MPa,爆破处理9-25min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.4-1.9MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.7-2.7min后,室温浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20,喷雾干燥浓缩液后,进行CO2超临界萃取,流体萃取压力为30-50MPa,萃取温度30-40℃,CO2流体流量为750-850L/h,萃取时间为3-5h,得橄榄叶提取物。
所使用的红枣叶提取物通过以下步骤制备:
将粉碎的红枣树叶先用无水乙醇渗漉提取两次,每次24h,过滤,滤渣再用水提取两次,每次24h,合并四次所得的提取液并浓缩,得红枣叶提取物。
所使用的甜菜根提取物通过以下步骤制备:

所使用的葛仙米发酵粉通过以下步骤制备:
取40-60份葛仙米,清洗,用研磨机磨成粗粉,然后用85-90℃热水浸泡60-70min,捞出沥干后,加入10-15份常温纯净水,和匀,然后按照接种量1.5-1.7%的比例接种微生物发酵剂,保持温度25-35℃,发酵48-54小时后,高温灭活,低温烘干,研磨成细粉,得葛仙米发酵粉,所述微生物发酵剂由乳酸杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌按质量比1∶2∶1混合所得。
所使用的其它药材均为市售。
实施例1
一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
桑黄10份、紫杉醇5份、葛仙米发酵粉5份、全蝎2份、熟三七50份、奶蓟草提取物5份、葡萄籽5份、蔓越莓5份、橄榄叶提取物5份、红枣叶提取物10份、玛咖粉1份、芹菜籽10份、甜菜根提取物5份、血橙提取物5份、独麦素6份、锁阳15份。
实施例2
桑黄20份、紫杉醇10份、葛仙米发酵粉10份、全蝎30份、熟三七100份、奶蓟草提取物15份、葡萄籽15份、蔓越莓10份、橄榄叶提取物15份、红枣叶提取物20份、玛咖粉5份、芹菜籽20份、甜菜根提取物15份、血橙提取物15份、独麦素10份、锁阳20份。
实施例3
桑黄15份、紫杉醇7.5份、葛仙米发酵粉7.5份、全蝎16份、熟三七75份、奶蓟草提取物10份、葡萄籽10份、蔓越莓7.5份、橄榄叶提取物10份、红枣叶提取物15份、玛咖粉3份、芹菜籽15份、甜菜根提取物10份、血橙提取物10份、独麦素8份、锁阳17.5份。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
桑黄10-20份、紫杉醇5-10份、葛仙米发酵粉5-10份、全蝎2-30份、熟三七50-100份、奶蓟草提取物5-15份、葡萄籽5-15份、蔓越莓5-10份、橄榄叶提取物5-15份、红枣叶提取物10-20份、玛咖粉1-5份、芹菜籽10-20份、甜菜根提取物5-15份、血橙提取物5-15份、独麦素6-10份、锁阳15-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述奶蓟草提取物通过以下步骤制备:
将干燥的奶蓟草用闪式提取器处理,所得提取液先用武火加热,沸腾后用文火加热1-1.5h,中空纤维超滤膜过滤;药渣加15-25倍水煎煮两次,中空纤维超滤膜过滤,合并三次滤液,浓缩至1.5g/ml;缓慢加入90-100%有机溶剂,直至有机溶剂浓度为55-65%,冷藏8-9小时,2000-4000r/min离心15-25min后倒去上清液,沉淀用去离子水溶解至原体积,用有机溶剂沉淀2次,有机溶剂浓度分别为65-75%、75-85%;沉淀用去离子水溶解至原体积,加入1/6-1/5体积10-12%的三氯乙酸溶液,充分混匀后静置4-6h,2000-4000r/min离心15-25min后去沉淀得上清液,将所得上清液抽滤,烘干,得奶蓟草提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述橄榄叶提取物通过以下步骤制备:
取50-70份橄榄叶置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.6-1.4MPa,爆破处理9-25min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.4-1.9MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.7-2.7min后,室温浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20,喷雾干燥浓缩液后,进行CO2超临界萃取,流体萃取压力为30-50MPa,萃取温度30-40℃,CO2流体流量为750-850L/h,萃取时间为3-5h,得橄榄叶提取物。

取40-60份葛仙米,清洗,用研磨机磨成粗粉,然后用85-90℃热水浸泡60-70min,捞出沥干后,加入10-15份常温纯净水,和匀,然后按照接种量1.5-1.7%的比例接种微生物发酵剂,保持温度25-35℃,发酵48-54小时后,高温灭活,低温烘干,研磨成细粉,得葛仙米发酵粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述微生物发酵剂由乳酸杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌按质量比1∶2∶1混合所得。
8.根据权利要求2所述一种内科抗肿瘤的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为天然来源的松节油衍生物,松节油衍生物为蒎烯的异构、歧化产物。
