背景技术
微循环障碍是血液理化性质的改变,使管腔狭窄,血液流速或减慢或血栓形成,使局部组织缺血缺氧甚至坏死,引起一系列临床症状,微循环畅通百病不生,微循环障碍是百病之源。
一旦人体的微循环发生障碍,其相应的组织系统或内脏器官就会受到影响而不能发挥正常功能,就容易导致人体的衰老、免疫功能的紊乱以及疾病的发生。正常情况下,微循环血流量与人体组织、器官代谢水平适应,使人体内各器官生理功能得以正常运行。因为人的毛细血管极细极长,而且其中的血液流速极慢,每秒只能流动0.41毫米。在这么长的血管中,经常有杂质混浊在血液中,如胆固醇、酒精、尼古丁、药物残渣、化学残留物等,它们不但使血管壁变厚,有时经常堵塞血管,造成血液运行不畅。因此,人体如果不注意保健预防,微循环很容易发生障碍,产生淤滞,新陈代谢不能正常进行,轻则造成机体功能退化,严重时就导致疾病的发生。

所述诺丽果提取物粉采用以下步骤提取而来:
(1)将诺丽果清洗干净;
(2)将诺丽果晾干;
(3)将晾干后的诺丽果粉碎;
(4)将粉碎后的诺丽果在60℃,萃取压力30mPa,萃取时间为1h,提取有效活性物质,得到诺丽果超临界提取物;
(5)将诺丽果超临界提取物采用分子蒸馏装置精制,得到诺丽果提取物;
(6)将诺丽果提取物喷雾干燥得到诺丽果提取物粉。
黄芪提取物的有效成分为黄芪甲苷和黄芪多糖,黄芪多糖具有降血脂,即降低胆固醇和甘油三酯、升高高密度脂蛋白的作用;能够预防和治疗心脑血管疾病,如动脉粥样硬化、冠状动脉病变、周围血管病变以及高脂血症等。黄芪甲苷具有显著降低血糖、糖化血红蛋白和尿蛋白的作用,可降低肾皮质和血清中的AGEs,显示黄芪甲苷具有抗氧化作用,并对醛糖还原酶有抑制作用,还有抑制系膜细胞增生、减轻肾脏肥大的作用。
所述干姜提取物的有效成分为姜酚类化合物,姜酚是姜中的主要辛辣之物,包括8类姜酚类化合物,其中6-姜酚的含量最高,生物活性最高。干姜提取物还具有改善局部循环的作用。
选取常年容易感冒的老年人患者50名,坚持服用本产品1个月后,跟踪调查半年,发现这50名患者在这半年内感冒患病率降低了79%;
选取常年容易咳嗽的儿童患者50名,坚持服用本产品1个月后,跟踪调查半年,发现这50名患者在这半年内咳嗽患病率降低了89%;
选取常年容易咳嗽的女性患者50名,坚持服用本产品1个月后,跟踪调查半年,发现这50名患者在这半年内咳嗽患病率降低了83%。
本产品无任何副作用,可以当作药服用,也可以当作食物食用,安全卫生,老少皆宜。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种药食两用防治微循环障碍的复方营养剂,其特征在于,包括按照以下质量百分比组成的物质:
大豆分离蛋白粉20%;浓缩乳清蛋白粉10%;壳寡糖6.5%;冬虫夏草菌丝体粉6.5%;葡聚糖15%;黄芪提取物6.5%;诺丽果提取物粉20%;虾青素2%;番茄红素2%;苹果多酚9%;干姜提取物1%;复合维生素0.5%;复合益生菌粉1%;
所述诺丽果提取物粉采用以下步骤提取而来:
(1)将诺丽果清洗干净;
(2)将诺丽果晾干;
(3)将晾干后的诺丽果粉碎;
(4)将粉碎后的诺丽果采用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取装置提取有效活性物质,得到诺丽果超临界提取物;
(5)将诺丽果超临界提取物采用分子蒸馏装置精制,得到诺丽果提取物;
(6)将诺丽果提取物喷雾干燥得到诺丽果提取物粉;
步骤(4)中采用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取装置提取有效活性物质的萃取条件是:萃取温度60℃,萃取压力30MPa,萃取时间为1h;
所述黄芪提取物的有效成分为黄芪甲苷和黄芪多糖;
所述干姜提取物的有效成分为姜酚类化合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的药食两用防治微循环障碍的复方营养剂,其特征在于,所述复合维生素包括维生素A、维生素B、维生素D和维生素E。
3.如权利要求1所述的药食两用防治微循环障碍的复方营养剂,其特征在于,所述复合益生菌粉包括以下九大益生菌群:乳双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、副干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌。
4.如权利要求1所述的药食两用防治微循环障碍的复方营养剂,其特征在于,所述营养剂为针剂、粉剂。
