Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明的各方面涉及以高的或低的输送速度生产热轧产品的轧机,更特别地,涉及一种改进的用于修剪这种产品的整个速度范围的前端和后端的切边剪。
背景技术
如此处所使用,仅通过示例而非限制,术语“高速”表示速度高于大约80m/s,术语“低速”表示速度低于大约79m/s。通常地,再次并非限制,直径范围在约4.0-9.9毫米之间的产品以高速生产,直径范围在约10.0-25.0毫米之间的产品以低速生产。
通常地,传统的高速切边剪使用一组切边刀修剪以高速或低速从轧机送出的产品整个范围的前端和后端,及使用一组破碎刀以破碎修剪的前端和后端成为更短的废料长度。枢转转辙输送产品至切边刀,单独的三通道输送导轨引导修剪的前端和后端至破碎刀同时使产品的主长度继续进行进一步的下游处理和/或加工。
当处理高速产品时使用一组切边刀和一组输送引导已被认为是明显地损坏了剪切性能。必要地,剪切刀之间的间距以及输送引导件的入口喇叭口和导槽之间的尺寸和间距必须足够的大以容纳更大的低速产品。剪切刀之间的宽松的间距需要转辙枢转大的角度,当输送相对柔软的高速产品时会存在问题。另外,加大的入口喇叭口和导槽没有为较小的高速产品提供足够的支撑和导引。
发明内容
根据下面更详细描述的本发明的示例性实施例,切边剪包括具有一组用于修剪高速产品的前端和后端的高速切边刀的修剪站,及横向设置的不同组的低速切边刀用于修剪低速产品的前端和后端。横向机构相对于该轧制线横向地转移修剪站以交替地定位一组或其它组的高速或低速切边刀组在轧制线上的工作位置。
每组切边刀可有利地包括通过没有切边刀的通过路径与连续可旋转的后端切边刀横向间隔的连续可旋转的前端切边刀。当一组切边刀被工作定位时,其通过路径与轧制线对齐。
根据本发明的一方面,在修剪站之前的转辙以下面的顺序枢转地引导产品穿过工作定位的切边刀组:
(a)至前端切边刀以用于产品前端;
(b)从前端切边刀至通过路径,允许产品沿着轧制线连续的运动;及
(c)从通过路径至后端切边刀以用于产品后端。
根据本发明的另一方面,破碎站沿着轧制线与修剪站串联设置。破碎站具有一组被构造和设置为破碎高速产品的前端和后端的高速破碎刀,及一组不同的被构造和设置为破碎低速产品的前端和后端的低速破碎刀。高速和低速破碎刀组分别与高速和低速切边刀组对齐。所述横向机构是可操作的以相对于轧制线横向地转移破碎站以交替地定位一组或其它组的高速或低速破碎刀组在轧制线上的工作位置。每个破碎刀可包括被没有破碎刀的通过路径与连续可旋转的后端破碎刀分隔的连续可旋转的前端破碎刀。
有利地,修剪站和破碎站可安装在共用底座上,横向机构用于相对于轧制线横向地转移所述底座。
根据本发明的再一方面,输送引导件设置在修剪站和破碎站之间的引导站。该输送引导件包括横向设置的高速和低速部分。高速部分包括被高速通过路径分隔的前端和后端高速引导路径。高速路径的尺寸能够提供有效地引导较小直径高速产品所需的紧密支撑和引导。低速部分类似地包括被低速通过路径分隔的前端和后端低速引导路径。低速部分是更宽松的比例以处理更大的低速产品。高速和低速输送引导部分可组合为单个单元,其与修剪站和破碎站一起可横向的转移。替代地,高速和低速引导部分可包括在引导站交替使用的独立的单元。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1-5,根据本发明的示例性实施例的切边剪主要描绘为10。切边剪包括在轴14上通过啮合齿轮16机械连接的第一组转子12。轴14是轴颈连接的用于在壳体22的侧壁20内的轴承18之间转动,轴14中的一个通过伸缩联接器24连接到驱动马达26。转子12支撑构造和设置为在修剪站“TS”可旋转地共同作用的切边刀。
第二对转子30支撑在轴32上,也通过啮合齿轮34机械连接。轴32是轴颈连接的用于在壳体侧壁20内的轴承36之间转动,轴中的一个通过伸缩联接器24由第二驱动马达38单独地驱动。转子30支撑构造和设置为沿轧制线“PL”与修剪站TS串联的破碎站“CS”可旋转地共同作用的破碎刀。
输送引导件42设置在修剪站TS和破碎站CS之间的引导站“GS”。
剪切壳体22支撑在底座44上。该底座通过横向机构46在横向于轧制线PL相反的方向上是可移动的,横向机构46可包括液压线性致动器或其它功能等同的装置。驱动马达26、38是静止的,底座44通过横向机构46移动时伸缩联接器24提供不间断的驱动连接。
转辙,其可以是管48的形式或限定引导件的其它路径,设置在修剪站TS的上游。转辙管48具有与轧制线PL对齐的入口端,并通过机构50围绕竖直轴线“A”可枢转的调节,机构50可包括齿条和马达驱动的小齿轮或其他功能上等同的装置。
如图6中所示,修剪站TS具有被高速通过路径52c横向分隔的切边刀52a、52b的高速组52,及被低速通过路径54c分隔的切边刀54a、54b的低速组54。
破碎站CS具有被高速通过路径58c分隔的高速破碎刀58a、58b的组58,及被低速通过路径60c分隔的低速破碎刀60a、60b的组60。
在引导站GS的输送引导件42具有横向设置的高速和低速部分62、64。高速部分62具有被高速通过路径62c分隔的高速前端和后端引导路径62a、62b。高速路径62a、62b和62c的尺寸为更小直径的高速产品提供紧密的支撑和引导。
低速部分64类似地具有被低速通过路径64c分隔的低速前端和后端引导路径64a、64b。低速路径64a、64b和64c是更宽松的比例以处理更大直径的低速产品。
在图6中,切边剪10被描绘为高速模式。底座44已被横向以将高速通过路径52c、62c和58c与轧制线PL对齐。在此模式中,转辙48是可操作的以初始引导高速前端至切边刀52a以修剪前端,其继续沿着引导路径62a至破碎刀58a。该转辙然后枢转以沿着通过路径52c、62c和58c引导主产品长度。当后端到达时,转辙进一步枢转以引导后端至高速切边刀52b。该修剪的后端继续沿着引导路径62b至破碎刀58b。

Claims (12)
1.一种切边剪,其用于修剪沿着轧制线由轧机输出的并以高速或低速行进的热轧产品的前端和后端,其取决于被轧产品的尺寸,所述设备包括:
修剪站,其具有构造和布置用于修剪高速产品的前端和后端的一组高速切边刀,以及从所述一组高速切边刀横向设置的并且构造和布置用于修剪低速产品的前端和后端的不同的一组低速切边刀;以及
横向机构,其用于相对于轧制线横向地移动所述修剪站,从而交替地使所述组的切边刀中的一组或另一组在轧制线上的工作位置上定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切边剪,其中所述组的切边刀的每组包括连续可旋转的前端切边刀,其与连续可旋转的后端切边刀横向隔开没有切边刀的通过路径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切边剪,其中切边刀工作定位的组具有其与轧制线对齐的通过路径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的切边剪,进一步包括用于以下面的顺序引导产品穿过工作定位的切边刀组的转辙装置:
(a)至前端切边刀以用于产品前端;
(b)从前端切边刀至通过路径,允许所述产品沿着轧制线连续的运动;以及
(c)从通过路径至后端切边刀以用于产品后端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的切边剪,进一步包括沿着轧制线与所述修剪站串联布置的破碎站,所述破碎站具有被构造和布置用于破碎高速产品的前端和后端的一组高速破碎刀,以及被构造和布置用于破碎低速产品的前端和后端的不同的一组低速破碎刀,所述组的高速和低速破碎刀分别与所述组的高速和低速切边刀对齐,并且其中所述横向机构是可操作的以相对于轧制线横向地转移所述破碎站,从而交替地使所述组的高速或低速切边刀中的一组或另一组在轧制线上的工作位置上定位。
6.根据权利要求5所述的切边剪,其中所述组的破碎刀的每组包括连续可旋转的前端破碎刀,其与连续可旋转的后端破碎刀横向隔开没有破碎刀的通过路径。
7.根据权利要求6所述的切边剪,进一步包括在所述修剪站和所述破碎站之间定位的引导站的输送引导件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的切边剪,其中所述输送引导件具有横向设置的高速和低速部分,所述高速部分具有被高速通过路径分隔的前端和后端高速引导路径,所述低速部分具有被低速通过路径分隔的前端和后端低速引导路径,所述高速路径的尺寸能够为高速产品提供紧密的支撑和引导,并且所述低速路径与所述高速路径相比有更宽松的比例以处理所述低速产品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的切边剪,其中所述高速和低速输送引导部分组合为单个单元,其与所述切边和破碎站一起横向可移动。
10.根据权利要求8所述的切边剪,其中所述高速和低速输送引导部分包括分开的单元,其在所述引导站可被交替地使用。
11.根据权利要求5所述的切边剪,其中所述切边站和所述破碎站被支撑在共用底座上,并且其中所述横向装置用于相对于轧制线横向地移动所述底座。
12.一种切边剪,其用于修剪沿着轧制线由轧机输出的并以高速或低速行进的热轧产品的前端和后端,其取决于被轧产品的尺寸,所述设备包括:
修剪站,其具有横向设置的高速和低速切边刀的组,每组切边刀包括被通过路径与后端切边刀横向间隔的前端切边刀;
横向机构,其用于相对于轧制线横向地移动所述修剪站,从而交替地使所述组的高速或低速切边刀中的一组或另一组在工作位置上定位,在工作位置处其通过路径与轧制线对齐;以及
转辙装置,其用于以下面的顺序引导产品穿过工作定位的切边刀组:
