发明内容
目的在于,更简单地、尤其更成本有利地构造离合器装置并且减小安装空间需求。
该目的通过如下文所述的技术方案来实现。
本发明提供一种离合器装置,包括保持元件,其中,该保持元件相对于另一构件经由密封件径向密封并且能够轴向移位,其特征在于,该密封件至少区段地在相对所述另一构件的一侧在轴向上下沉地引入在该保持元件中的凹部中,使得与当它们被分开地考虑时、单纯地在该区段中的保持元件和密封件的厚度之和相比较,在该区段中该保持元件和其内埋入的密封件的总结构的厚度更小,以减小所述保持元件与所述另一构件的轴向间距。

具体实施方式
该双离合器装置优选湿式运行地构造,这意味着在离合器壳体内部可引入流体。
如图1所示,该双离合器装置10通过驱动元件12间接地或者直接地与驱动机器连接。在此,通过第一离合器组件16的第一摩擦装置14可在第一离合器输入部18和第一离合器输出部20之间选择性地形成转矩传递。该第一离合器输出部20在此能够与作用地连接在之后的变速器的第一变速器输入轴连接。此外,在与第一离合器输入部18抗扭转连接的第二离合器输入部24和第二离合器输出部26之间的转矩传递通过第二离合器组件22的第二摩擦装置28选择性地实现。所述第二离合器输出部26能够与第二变速器输入轴连接。
所述第一变速器输入轴能够接收在所述第二变速器输入轴的径向内部。
该双离合器装置10包括保持元件30,该保持元件30为第一操作元件32的部分,其中,该保持元件30相对于另一构件34经由密封件36密封并且能够移位。

第二离合器组件22具有第二操作元件42,该第二操作元件经由密封元件44在轴向上能移动地接收在支撑元件上。在此,该第二操作元件42形成第二压力室46的部分,该第二压力室用于以流体压力加载来使第二操作元件42移位,从而经由第二摩擦装置28在第二离合器输入部24和第二离合器输出部26之间实现转矩传递。

Claims (7)

1.离合器装置,包括保持元件(30),其中,该保持元件(30)相对于另一构件(34)经由密封件(36)径向密封并且能够轴向移位,其特征在于,该密封件(36)至少区段地在相对所述另一构件的一侧在轴向上下沉地引入在该保持元件(30)中的凹部(38)中,使得与当它们被分开地考虑时、单纯地在该区段中的保持元件和密封件的厚度之和相比较,在该区段中该保持元件(30)和其内埋入的密封件(36)的总结构的厚度更小,以减小所述保持元件与所述另一构件的轴向间距。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器装置,其中,所述保持元件(30)为一操作元件(32)的部分或者设置在该操作元件上,其中,该操作元件(32)能在轴向上移位,用于在离合器输入部(18)和离合器输出部(20)之间形成转矩传递。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离合器装置,其中,所述操作元件(32)的移位通过在配属于该操作元件(32)的操作压力室(40)中的压力加载来实现,其中,所述密封件(36)设置用于至少区段地密封该操作压力室(40)。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的离合器装置,其中,所述密封件(36)具有承载件元件,并且,该承载件元件构造为止挡元件,用于限制所述保持元件(30)的最大可移位性。
5.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的离合器装置,其中,所述离合器装置湿式运行地构造。
6.双离合器装置(10),包括:
-第一离合器装置(16),其具有第一离合器输入部(18)、第一操作元件(32)和能与第一变速器输入轴连接的第一离合器输出部(20);
-第二离合器装置(22),其具有第二离合器输入部(18)、第二操作元件(42)和能与第二变速器输入轴连接的第二离合器输出部(26),
其中,所述第一或者第二离合器装置(16,22)中的至少一个根据上述权利要求之一构造。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双离合器装置,其中,所述双离合器装置湿式运行地构造。
