本发明提供一种亚麻纤维绕线装置,它包括有机架、绕线轴,其中,绕线轴通过轴承安装在机架上,绕线轴底部设有转盘,转盘底部装配有绕线齿盘和脱线齿盘,脱线齿盘由脱线电机带动旋转;绕线齿盘外侧的转盘底部设有呈螺旋形分布的三条轨道,绕线梁通过滑块活动装配在轨道上,绕线梁外端设有绕线柱,绕线梁内端一侧侧壁上设有齿条,齿条与绕线齿盘相啮合;机架顶板上设有长度计数器。本方案具有结构简单、操作方便、自动化程度高、使用效果好的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及绕线技术领域,尤其是指一种亚麻纤维绕线装置。
背景技术
亚麻纤维是世界上最古老的纺织纤维,亚麻纤维制成的织物的用途很广泛,可以用作服装面料、装饰织物、桌布、床上用品和汽车用品等产业用品。随着新品种、新技术、新纺纱方法、新织造方法及新的整理工艺的出现,亚麻制品产业的发展势头越来越好。亚麻具有抗菌保健、凉爽透气、抗紫外线等作用,属于天然环保型织线,而且可以完全自然降解,深受消费者的欢迎。在纺纱过程中,对纤维进行收集捆扎是不可缺少的环节,现有的亚麻纤维的收集方式一般只需要用工人手动堆积后再进行扎捆,不仅效率低下,而且亚麻纤维也易被工人吸入影响工人的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、操作方便、自动化程度高、使用效果好的亚麻纤维绕线装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种亚麻纤维绕线装置,它包括有机架、绕线电机、绕线轴,其中,绕线轴通过轴承安装在机架上,绕线轴上端穿过机架顶板与传动齿轮相连接,传动齿轮通过传动皮带与安装在机架一侧的绕线电机相连接;绕线轴底部设有圆形的转盘,转盘底部中心活动装配有双层齿轮,下层齿轮为绕线齿盘,上层齿轮为脱线齿盘,绕线齿盘的直径大于脱线齿盘直径,脱线齿盘与脱线轮啮合,脱线轮由安装在转盘上的脱线电机带动旋转;绕线齿盘外侧的转盘底部设有呈螺旋形分布的三条轨道,轨道下部向两侧延伸形成滑道,绕线梁通过滑块活动装配在滑道上,滑道上设有滑槽,滑槽两端设有限位板,滑块内设有滚轮,滚轮位于滑槽内;绕线梁外端底部设有垂直向下的绕线柱,绕线梁内端一侧侧壁上设有齿条,齿条与绕线齿盘相啮合;绕线齿盘的盘面上设有限位块,绕线梁上设有与限位块相配合的限位感应器;机架顶板上设有长度计数器。
所述的绕线柱为圆柱形,垂直固定在绕线梁外端底部。
所述的脱线齿盘、脱线轮上设有相互配合的感应组件,该感应组件与脱线电机连接,并控制脱线电机。
本发明在采用上述方案后,亚麻纤维线进入机架后绕在线柱上,通过绕线电机带动绕线轴旋转,通过线柱进行绕线,当收集到设定长度时,通过切线机构将线切断,脱线电机旋转通过脱线轮带动脱线齿盘旋转,绕线齿盘同步旋转,通过齿条带动绕线梁沿轨道滑动回缩,使线柱之间的距离缩小,绕好的线圈失去支撑下落至滑板上进行捆扎。本方案具有结构简单、操作方便、自动化程度高、使用效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:参见附图1和附图2,本实施例所述的一种亚麻纤维绕线装置包括有机架1、绕线电机2、绕线轴3,其中,绕线轴3通过轴承安装在机架1上,绕线轴3上端穿过机架1顶板与传动齿轮4相连接,传动齿轮4通过传动皮带5与安装在机架1一侧的绕线电机2相连接;绕线轴3底部设有圆形的转盘6,转盘6底部中心活动装配有双层齿轮,下层齿轮为绕线齿盘12,上层齿轮为脱线齿盘13,绕线齿盘12的直径大于脱线齿盘13直径,脱线齿盘13与脱线轮14啮合,所述的脱线齿盘13、脱线轮14上设有相互配合的感应组件,该感应组件与脱线电机15连接,并控制脱线电机15,脱线轮14由安装在转盘6上的脱线电机15带动旋转;绕线齿盘12外侧的转盘6底部设有呈螺旋形分布的三条轨道7,轨道7下部向两侧延伸形成滑道8,绕线梁9通过滑块10活动装配在滑道8上,滑道8上设有滑槽21,滑槽21两端设有限位板,滑块10内设有滚轮11,滚轮11位于滑槽21内;绕线梁9外端底部设有垂直向下的绕线柱16,所述的绕线柱16为圆柱形,垂直固定在绕线梁9外端底部,绕线梁9内端一侧侧壁上设有齿条17,齿条17与绕线齿盘12相啮合;绕线齿盘12的盘面上设有限位块18,绕线梁9上设有与限位块18相配合的限位感应器19;机架1顶板上设有长度计数器20。本实施例的亚麻纤维线进入机架后绕在线柱上,通过绕线电机带动绕线轴旋转,通过线柱进行绕线,当收集到设定长度时,通过切线机构将线切断,脱线电机旋转通过脱线轮带动脱线齿盘旋转,绕线齿盘同步旋转,通过齿条带动绕线梁沿轨道滑动回缩,使线柱之间的距离缩小,绕好的线圈失去支撑下落至滑板上进行捆扎。

1.一种亚麻纤维绕线装置,其特征在于:它包括有机架(1)、绕线电机(2)、绕线轴(3),其中,绕线轴(3)通过轴承安装在机架(1)上,绕线轴(3)上端穿过机架(1)顶板与传动齿轮(4)相连接,传动齿轮(4)通过传动皮带(5)与安装在机架(1)一侧的绕线电机(2)相连接;绕线轴(3)底部设有圆形的转盘(6),转盘(6)底部中心活动装配有双层齿轮,下层齿轮为绕线齿盘(12),上层齿轮为脱线齿盘(13),绕线齿盘(12)的直径大于脱线齿盘(13)直径,脱线齿盘(13)与脱线轮(14)啮合,脱线轮(14)由安装在转盘(6)上的脱线电机(15)带动旋转;脱线齿盘(13)、脱线轮(14)上设有相互配合的感应组件,该感应组件与脱线电机(15)连接,并控制脱线电机(15);绕线齿盘(12)外侧的转盘(6)底部设有呈螺旋形分布的三条轨道(7),轨道(7)下部向两侧延伸形成滑道(8),绕线梁(9)通过滑块(10)活动装配在滑道(8)上,滑道(8)上设有滑槽(21),滑槽(21)两端设有限位板,滑块(10)内设有滚轮(11),滚轮(11)位于滑槽(21)内;绕线梁(9)外端底部设有垂直向下的绕线柱(16),绕线柱(16)为圆柱形,垂直固定在绕线梁(9)外端底部;绕线梁(9)内端一侧侧壁上设有齿条(17),齿条(17)与绕线齿盘(12)相啮合;绕线齿盘(12)的盘面上设有限位块(18),绕线梁(9)上设有与限位块(18)相配合的限位感应器(19);机架(1)顶板上设有长度计数器(20);
上述绕线装置的使用方法为:亚麻纤维线进入机架后绕在绕 线柱上,通过绕线电机带动绕线轴旋转,通过绕 线柱进行绕线,当收集到设定长度时,通过切线机构将线切断,脱线电机旋转通过脱线轮带动脱线齿盘旋转,绕线齿盘同步旋转,通过齿条带动绕线梁沿轨道滑动回缩,使绕 线柱之间的距离缩小,绕好的线圈失去支撑下落至滑板上进行捆扎。
