Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of human body skin disease prevention and treatment, in particular to a plant extract composition with human body skin disease control activity.
Background
Malassezia (Pityrosporum), also known as Pityrosporum, is mycologically classified as a hyphomycete, belonging to the order Basidiomycota-Basidiomycetes. The malassezia furfur contains lipase, which exists in a cell wall and/or a cell membrane system rich in glucan in a mosaic mode, decomposes lipid into fatty acid to provide necessary nutrient sources through self metabolism, so that the malassezia furfur is mainly parasitic on abundant parts of sebaceous glands of a human body, such as chest, back, head, face, neck and the like, and is a conditional pathogen. The high risk group comprises newborn with cardiopulmonary disease, severe gastrointestinal disease patients, children with low immunity and adults.
Malassezia spp is a conditionally pathogenic fungus on the skin surface of human bodies and other warm-blooded animals, and diseases related to the malassezia spp comprise pityriasis versicolor, Malassezia spp folliculitis, seborrheic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis and the like, and the treatment of the malassezia spp is also increasingly emphasized due to the fact that the malassezia spp relates to a large number of diseases.
In recent years, infections caused by dermatophytes and other fungi have increased dramatically. More than 40 species of dermatophytes are currently found, of which more than 30 species are pathogenic. The dermatophytes which often cause infection mainly comprise trichophyton rubrum, trichophyton mentagrophytes, microsporum canis and the like. Trichophyton rubrum (Trichophyton rubrum) belongs to mitosporic fungi, is one of the most common parent pathogenic dermatophytes, and is also one of the main pathogenic bacteria of superficial mycosis. It is distributed worldwide and is also the most common dermatophyte in China. Trichophyton rubrum can cause skin and hair infections; and often cause chronic refractory infections of the foot and nails. Clinically, more than half of tinea corporis and more than 90% of tinea cruris and tinea manus and pedis are caused by trichophyton rubrum. The clinical positive rate of the isolation culture of the strain can reach 67 percent, and the peak of infection attack is in spring and summer.
Candida albicans is a unicellular fungus. Round or oval, positive gram staining. The germinated seeds are called blastospores. The spore extends into a germ tube and does not separate from the parent body, and long pseudohypha is formed. Candida albicans conditioned pathogenic bacteria usually exist on the body surface and in the cavity of a human body, when normal flora is disordered or the resistance is reduced, the Candida albicans can invade a plurality of parts of the human body, such as skin, mucosa, lung, intestine, kidney and brain, and cause skin mucosa infection (common thrush, vulvitis and vaginitis), visceral infection, central nervous system infection and the like, and the mucosal infection is the most frequently thrush.
At present, aiming at the three common skin pathogenic bacteria, the three common skin pathogenic bacteria are mostly treated by pure western medicines, the types of the medicines are limited, and the medicines are easy to repeat, so that the development of a safe and effective pure plant preparation becomes a research hotspot in the aspect of treatment.
