技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,尤其是涉及一种糖果。
背景技术
葛根为藤本植物野葛的块根,素来有野人参之称,其主要成分是淀粉,此外还含有约12%的黄酮类化合物,包括大豆(黄豆)甙、大豆甙元、葛根素等10余种;并含有胡萝卜甙、氨基酸、香豆素类等。葛根供药用,葛根提取类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质——洗胰清糖素,具有降血糖、血脂、抗炎等作用。葛根有解表退热、生津止渴、止泻的功能,并能改善高血压糖尿病病人的项强、头晕、头痛等症状,有效成分为黄豆甙元、黄甙及葛根素等。在生活节奏快捷的今天,人们越来越追求保健,在药物用品上也越来越多的追求便利,因此,这给葛根的研究开发提供了方向。
安徽池州地理条件优越,气候宜人,非常适合野生葛根的生长,品质好且量大,九华山的野生葛根全国出名。葛根在以往的使用一般都是入药或是制作葛根粉,入药不可能作为日常食品长期食用,而葛根粉必须冲泡之后才能饮用,受条件的影响较大。市面上一些葛根的产品添加剂比较多,完全没有吃不出葛根原有的清香,不仅口感差,而且会破坏葛根原有的营养价值,多吃可能反而对身体产生危害。现在缺少一种含有葛根的食品,不仅要是纯天然的绿色食品,不添加任何添加剂,而且还得让人们不受外部条件限制,可以随时食用,以满足人们越来越高的食用葛根来养生保健的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种不含任何化学添加剂的纯天然的绿色食品糖果,使人们可以非常方便快捷的食用葛根。
本发明的技术方案:
一种糖果,包含外糖体和夹心,所述夹心为块状的熟的葛根的根茎,外糖体为冷却变硬的硬质麦芽糖,麦芽糖包裹着葛根。
所述外糖体表面附着着熟的芝麻粒。
所述块状葛根为长条状,边长为0.4-1cm,长度为1.5-10cm。
所述外糖体与夹心组成密封实心的结构。
所述外糖体外层包裹糖纸,形成单个独立包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明不仅解决了葛根条虽然可以直接食用但是口感欠佳致使人们不愿意持续食用或是放弃食用,而且糖果中不添加任何化学成分的添加剂,保证了纯天然的绿色食品的营养价值的同时保证了原汁原味;另一主要原料麦芽糖属双糖类,味甜有健脾胃、润肺止咳的功效,与葛根的药用价值相辅相成,多吃有益于身体健康。本发明为纯天然绿色食品,不添加任何添加剂,原汁原味的同时保证了葛根的食用的营养价值,单个包装,随时随地即开即食,其制作过程简单易操作且成本低,适合量产,值得推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1:
一种糖果,包含外糖体1和夹心2,所述夹心2为块状的熟的葛根的根茎,外糖体1为冷却变硬的硬质麦芽糖,麦芽糖包裹着葛根。所述外糖体1表面附着着熟的芝麻粒。所述块状葛根为长条状,边长为0.4-1cm,长度为1.5-10cm。所述外糖体1与夹心2组成密封实心的结构。所述外糖体1外层包裹糖纸,形成单个独立包装。
(1)将芝麻用清水淘洗,去除皮屑等杂质用清水浸泡一昼夜,沥去水置于容器内用杵舂捣,再用水冲淘去尽其表皮,炒熟后备用;
(2)取原料葛根洗净晾干,将晾干后的葛根放入切条机中切条,对条状的葛根进行筛选,选取长度为8cm的葛根条,一起放入低温烘焙机中进行低温烘焙,烘焙时间2个小时,将烘焙完成的葛根条放置在一起,待用;
(3)取一张耐高温油布置于案板之上,在油布上洒一层薄薄的芝麻层,以芝麻铺满油布为宜,待用;
(4)称取3kg的麦芽糖放入直径80cm的铁锅中,加少量水,用大火烹煮,期间不断搅拌,待锅内麦芽糖变稠,改用小火熬煮,且期间不断搅拌;
(5)称取600g的葛根条,放入到锅内,随麦芽糖一起用小火熬煮,期间不断搅拌,一起熬煮的时间控制为5分钟,用钳子等工具将锅内的葛根条一根根捞出放置在油布的芝麻层上,然后将芝麻从上方洒下,芝麻附着在葛根糖外层的麦芽糖上,至麦芽糖表层布满芝麻为止。
(6)放置冷却,待麦芽糖完全冷却变硬之后,即得本发明葛根糖,用糖纸将条状葛根糖一一包裹起来。
本发明不仅解决了葛根条虽然可以直接食用但是口感欠佳致使人们不愿意持续食用或是放弃食用,而且糖果中不添加任何化学成分的添加剂,保证了纯天然的绿色食品的营养价值的同时保证了原汁原味;另一主要原料麦芽糖属双糖类,味甜有健脾胃、润肺止咳的功效,与葛根的药用价值相辅相成,多吃有益于身体健康。本发明为纯天然绿色食品,不添加任何添加剂,原汁原味的同时保证了葛根的食用的营养价值,单个包装,随时随地即开即食,其制作过程简单易操作且成本低,适合量产,值得推广。

1.一种糖果,包含外糖体(1)和夹心(2),其特征在于,所述夹心(2)为块状的熟的葛根的根茎,外糖体(1)为冷却变硬的硬质麦芽糖,麦芽糖包裹着葛根。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种糖果,其特征在于:所述外糖体(1)表面附着着熟的芝麻粒。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种糖果,其特征在于:所述块状葛根为长条状,边长为0.4-1cm,长度为1.5-10cm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种糖果,其特征在于:所述外糖体(1)与夹心(2)组成密封实心的结构。
