思密达在防治蔬菜病害中的新用途
技术领域
本发明涉及农药,具体涉及思密达在防治蔬菜病害中的新用途,属农业技术领域。
技术背景
思密达由蒙脱石、香兰素、葡萄糖、糖精钠制成,对消化道内的病毒、病菌及其产生的毒素有强大的固定、抑制作用;对消化道粘膜有覆盖能力,并通过与粘液糖蛋白相互结合,从质和量两方面修复、提高粘膜屏障对攻击因子的防御功能。用于治疗腹泻效果好,使用安全,无明显不良反应。
草莓白粉病,黄瓜炭疽病,番茄晚疫病,防治不及时造成品质降低,产量下降,严重者甚至绝收,给菜农带来巨大的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供思密达在防治蔬菜病害中的新用途,用于防治蔬菜的病害高效、无毒、环保、安全、无药残、成本低。
思密达在防治蔬菜病害中的新用途通过以下技术方案实现:
思密达在防治蔬菜病害中的新用途,其特征在于:用于防治草莓白粉病,黄瓜炭疽病,番茄晚疫病。
本发明对草莓白粉病,黄瓜炭疽病,番茄晚疫病有较好的防治效果;病害无毒、环保、安全,无农残担忧。
下面通过具体实施方式进一步说明本发明,而非对本发明的限制。
具体实施方式
实施例1:用思密达防治草莓白粉病
(1)制备思密达稀释液:思密达100g,加水至300kg,浸泡1小时,搅拌均匀。
(2)用思密达防治草莓白粉病
选择播种时间相同,长势和肥水条件基本一致的同1田块,设2个处理:①思密达稀释液;②空白对照为清水。小区面积12平方米(3×4),小区随机排列,4次重复。于草莓发病初期第1次施药,隔7d一次,共2次。每次施药使用喷雾器均匀喷雾,使叶片正反面上充分接触药液;空白对照:取水使用利喷雾器均匀喷雾,使叶片正反面上充分接触清水。
田间药效:施药前、施药后7d分别进行病情调查。每小区按5点取样法取样,每点调查5株。记载发病情况,计算病情指数和防治效果。
结果表明,思密达对草莓白粉病有较好的防效,1次用药后7d防效为65.7%,2次用药后7d防效为73.4%。
实施例2:用思密达防治黄瓜炭疽病
(1)制备思密达乳剂
取思密达6kg,加水至100kg,搅拌均匀,用胶体磨处理成蒙脱石颗粒的平均粒径为10μm乳剂。
(3)用思密达乳剂防治黄瓜炭疽病
试验方法:选择播种时间相同,长势和肥水条件基本一致的同1田块,设2个处理,每处理4次重复,每小区种植黄瓜100株,随机区组排列。处理①思密达乳剂处理:用思密达乳剂100g加水至48公斤(8000倍),喷液量以药液在叶面饱和无下滴为限。处理②清水处理:与处理①相同的时间,采取相同的喷液方式。施药时间为移栽成活后第一次用药,以后每隔7天用药1次,连续用药3次,每次药后开始调查,共调查4次。每小区5点取样,每点定株调查10株所有叶片,计算病指、防治效果,对最后一次防效进行统计分析。其显著性检测采用DMRT法,显著水平为5%。病情分级标准采用9级分级。
田间药效:第一次药后7天防效为70.9%、第二次药后7天防效为89.7%;第三次药后7天防效为94.6%。对最后一次施药后7天防效进行方差分析,结果表明:2个处理间差异达到显著水平,重复间差异不显著。
实施例3:用思密达制成乳剂治疗番茄晚疫病
(1)制备思密达乳剂
取思密达10kg,加水至100kg,搅拌均匀,用胶体磨处理成固体颗粒的平均粒径为10μm的乳剂。
(2)用于治疗番茄的晚疫病
选择番茄品种、播种时间相同,长势和肥水条件基本一致,番茄发病初期的同1田块,设2个处理,每处理4次重复,随机排列,小区面积12m2,①思密达乳剂处理:在番茄晚疫病发病初期,每亩用蒙脱石乳剂100g加水60公斤(6000倍),于番茄发病初期第1次施药,每隔7d施一次药,共施3次。每次施药使用利农牌HD400背负式喷雾器均匀喷雾,使番茄叶片正反面上充分接触药液;②清水处理:取水使用利农牌HD400背负式喷雾器均匀喷雾,使番茄叶片正反面上充分接触清水。
田间药效:施药前、施药后7d分别进行病情调查。每小区5点取样,每点2株,按9级分级标准调查全部叶片,记载发病情况,计算病情指数和防治效果。分级标准及药效计算方法同实施例1的方法。
结果,思密达乳剂对番茄晚疫病有较好的防效,1次用药后7d防效为68.2%,2次用药后7d防效为86.3%,3次用药后7d防效为93.9%。
