所述第1涂层是将25至35重量份的聚氨酯合成树脂、丙烯酸类树脂溶液或环氧类树脂溶液,10至20重量份的PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠,40至52重量份的聚氨酯稀释剂及甲苯,2至4重量份的固化剂涂布于所述柔性片材上而形成的。
所述固化剂是使用甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯聚氨酯合成树脂固化剂或二亚乙基三胺、一硫化四甲基秋兰姆、丙烯酸类或环氧类固化剂。
所述第1涂层中使用具有10至500μm范围直径的PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠。
所述第1涂层还包含二氧化硅固化剂。
所述第2涂层是将以8至12重量份的有机硅隔离剂、40至55重量份的己烷、20至25重量份的甲苯及0.08至0.18重量份的铂催化剂混合的溶液涂布于所述第1涂层上并进行干燥而形成的。
所述第2涂层是在所述第1涂层上通过空气喷涂方式或辊涂方式涂布而形成的。
所述第2涂层是在10至35℃的温度下自然干燥1小时30分钟至2小时30分钟而形成的。

所述第1涂层或第2涂层还包含油成分,所述油成分选自硅油、石蜡油、甲鱼油或汽油中的任意一个。
所述第1涂层或第2涂层是通过空气喷涂方式或辊涂方式涂布而形成的。
所述PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠具有10至500μm范围的直径。
所述第2涂层是混合所述铂催化剂和醋酸型硅酮胶或脱醋酸型硅酮胶而使用的。
发明效果
本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,粘贴于墙壁或电线杆、街灯、信号灯等公共设施或个人设施,而能够防止擅自粘贴非法广告纸等。
并且,本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,涂布于设施的表面或印刷物上面,能够降低粘合力的同时,并且,即使是粘附了利用粘合剂的广告纸等时,也无需刮刀等机械性的工具,不残留粘合剂成分,轻松地清除广告纸等。
并且,本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,具有电绝缘特性,因此,使用于街灯或信号灯时,也能够防止因漏电而发生事故而发生事故。
应当理解本发明的技术思想的实施例能够提供未具体提及的各种效果。

图1为将根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材的一部分进行分解的附图;图2为在根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材的第1涂层上形成的微细凹凸粒子的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图片。
根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,粘贴于墙壁或电线杆、街灯、信号灯等公共设施或个人设施,能够防止擅自粘贴非法广告纸等,本发明中所述广告纸包括利用粘合剂的宣传单、贴纸等在室外构造物非法粘贴的各种粘贴物。
参照图1及图2,根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,包括柔性片材(4)、保护层(3)、第1涂层(2)、第2涂层(1)、粘合剂层(5)及隔离纸层(6)。
所述柔性片材(4)是使用合成树脂材质的PVC、柔性织物(FLEXFabric)、PP、PET等柔性的合成树脂材质,具有沿着被粘接柔性片材(4)的对象物的表面以曲线、圆形或既定范围的角度容易地弯折的弯曲性能。所述柔性片材(4)以具有弯曲性能的片材或薄膜构成。
所述保护层(3)位于所述柔性片材(4)的一侧上部,用于保护柔性片材(4)的表面免受太阳放射的紫外线的伤害。即,所述保护层(3)涂布于柔性片材(4)的表面,能够防止所述柔性片材(4)被太阳放射的紫外线而发生褪色及变色。
所述保护层(3)可使用对于所述柔性片材(4)具有防紫外线功能的防紫外线油墨,所述防紫外线油墨可通过数位印刷、丝网印刷或各种印刷、涂布方式在所述柔性片材(4)上面进行印刷或涂布。
所述第1涂层(2)为无色透明的,涂布于所述保护层(3)上面,能够降低与广告纸的粘接性。所述第1涂层(2)形成微细凹凸表面,因此,无需刮刀等机械性的工具,也能够轻易地分离粘贴在根据本发明的涂层片材上的广告纸等。所述第1涂层(2)可通过空气喷涂方式或辊涂方式涂布于所述保护层(3)上面而形成。
所述第1涂层(2)包含:25至35重量份的聚氨酯合成树脂、丙烯酰胺类树脂溶液或环氧类树脂溶液,10至20重量份的具有10至500μm范围的各种直径的PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠,40至52重量份的作为用于稀释的有机溶剂而使用的聚氨酯稀释剂及甲苯,2至4重量份的用于提高硬度或促进固化的固化剂。所述固化剂可使用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI(toluened-isocyanate))、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)聚氨酯合成树脂固化剂或二亚乙基三胺(DETA(Diethylenetriamine))、一硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TET(Tramethylthiurammonosulfide))、丙烯酰胺类或环氧类固化剂。
根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材中,形成所述第1涂层(2)的组合物还可包含二氧化硅固化剂。所述二氧化硅固化剂可在周围温度较低的冬季使用,在外部温度为-1至-20℃范围时添加,以便增进所述第1涂料组合物的硬化速度及干燥速度。本发明中可包含4至8重量份的所述二氧化硅固化剂。
所述第2涂层(1)被涂布于所述第1涂层(2)上面,涂布所述第1涂层(2)并进行干燥后形成。所述第2涂层(1)可通过空气喷涂方式或辊涂方式涂布于所述第1涂层(2)上,并形成薄膜而增强隔离效果,并且,能够防止广告纸的粘合剂附着。
所述第2涂层(1)包含8至12重量份的有机硅隔离剂(Siliconereleaseagent)、40至55重量份的乙烷(Hexane)、20至25重量份的甲苯,并且,为了促进硬化,包含0.08至0.18重量份的铂催化剂(Platinumcatalyst)。
本发明中所述第2涂层(1)还可包含醋酸型硅酮胶或脱醋酸型硅酮胶,以便促进硬化。本发明中作为促进硬化的物质使用了铂催化剂,但,为了稍微更快硬化,也可混合铂催化剂和醋酸型硅酮胶或脱醋酸型硅酮胶使用。
所述醋酸型硅酮胶为醋酸材质的硅酮胶,具有酸性,固化速度较快,价格低廉,并且,对于玻璃或陶瓷材质的粘合力较强。并且,所述脱醋酸型硅酮胶为在硅酮胶内未混合醋酸成分,主要对于镜子或铝窗框、树木、石材的粘合力较好,干燥速度相比醋酸型稍慢,但比醋酸型能够持续维持粘合力。
根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,第1涂层(2)中包含PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠,第2涂层(1)中包含有机硅隔离剂,并且,所述第1涂层(2)及第2涂层(1)在固化时具有绝缘性能,因此,根据本发明制造的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,即使适用于街灯或信号灯,也能够防止发生漏电事故。
所述第1涂层(2)及第2涂层(1)还可包含油,以便增强与广告纸的隔离性。
所述油可选择硅油,石蜡油,甲鱼油或汽油,在混合所述第1涂料溶液及第2涂料溶液时,可再添加所述油,以便更加增强第1涂料溶液及第2涂料溶液的隔离性。
所述粘合剂层(5)位于所述柔性片材(4)另一侧下部,是为了在墙壁或电线杆、街灯、信号灯等构造物固定粘贴所述柔性片材(4)而形成。所述粘合剂层(5)为了坚固地粘贴于墙壁或电线杆、街灯、信号灯等构造物,具有10N/cm以上的粘合强度。本发明中所述粘合剂层(5)是使用合成无纺布的两面胶或丙烯单体的胶带。
所述隔离纸层(6)位于所述粘合剂层(5)的另一侧的下部,用于防止所述粘合剂层(5)受到外部污染,并保护维持粘合力。所述隔离纸层(6)可进行表面加工,以便容易地从所述粘合剂层(5)剥离。
以下,参照附图更详细地说明根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材的制造方法。
首先,作业者准备柔性片材(4)。所述柔性片材(4)可为PVC,柔性织物(FLEXFabric),PP,PET等柔性的合成树脂材质,具有沿着被粘接柔性片材(4)的对象物的表面以曲线、圆形或既定范围的角度容易地弯折的弯曲性能。
其次,在所述柔性片材(4)一侧上部形成保护层(3)。所述保护层(3)涂布于柔性片材(4)的表面,用于防止所述柔性片材(4)受到太阳放射的紫外线而发生褪色及变色,所述保护层(3)可涂布防紫外线油墨而形成。作业者可通过数位印刷、丝网印刷或各种印刷、涂布方式在所述柔性片材(4)上面印刷或涂布所述防紫外线油墨而形成保护层(3)。
其次,在所述保护层(3)上形成第1涂层(2)。所第1涂层(2)是将以聚氨酯合成树脂、丙烯酰胺类树脂溶液或环氧类树脂溶液25至35重量份,直径为10至500μm范围内的PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠粒子10至20重量份,聚氨酯稀释剂及甲苯40至52重量份,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI(toluened-isocyanate))、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯((MDI)聚氨酯合成树脂固化剂或二亚乙基三胺(DETA),一硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TET(Tetramethylthiurammonosulfide))、丙烯酰胺类或环氧类2至4重量份的固化剂的比率混合的组合物通过空气喷涂方式或辊涂方式涂布之后,在10至35℃的温度下自然干燥1小时30分钟至2小时30分钟。此时,所述的组合物将发生硬化而形成如图1所示的微细大小的凹凸或凸起。
在此,在周围气温较低的冬季,作业者可在形成所述第1涂层(2)的组合物再添加二氧化硅固化剂。
然后,形成第1涂层(2)后在所述第1涂层(2)上形成上形成第2涂层(1)。所述第2涂层(1)是将以8至12重量份的有机硅隔离剂,40至55重量份的己烷,20至25重量份的甲苯及0.08至0.18重量份的铂催化剂的比率混合的组合物通过空气喷涂方式或辊涂方式涂布于所述第1涂层(2)上,之后在10至35℃的温度下自然干燥1小时30分钟至2小时30分钟。所述第2涂层(1)涂布于第1涂层(2)上而形成薄膜,此类第2涂层(1)能够增强隔离效果,并且,能够防止广告纸的粘合剂的粘合。
并且,对于根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材的制造方法,为了快速固化而使用铂催化剂的情况为一例进行了说明,但,也可在所述铂催化剂中混合醋酸型硅酮胶或脱醋酸型硅酮胶使用而促进固化。
其次,在所述柔性片材(4)的一侧上部依次涂布保护层(3)、第1涂层(2)及第2涂层(1)后,在柔性片材(4)的另一侧依次层叠粘合剂层(5)及隔离纸层(6),所述粘合剂层(5)用于粘贴固定于墙壁或电线杆、街灯、信号灯等构造物,所述隔离纸层(6)用于防止所述粘合剂层(5)受到外部污染,保护维持粘合力,由此,能够完成根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材。
并且,根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材的制造方法,可添加油制造,以便增强所述第1涂层(2)及第2涂层(1)与广告纸的隔离性。所述油可选自硅油,石蜡油,甲鱼油或汽油,并且,为了充分的混合,使用搅拌机将所述第1涂层(2)组合物或第2涂层组合物和所述油强制搅拌5分钟至15分钟,以作为形成第1涂层(2)或第2涂层(1)的组合物而使用。
并且,根据本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,说明了将所述第1涂层(2)及第2涂层(1)涂布层叠于形成有所述保护层(3)的柔性片材(4)上而制造的一例,但,也可在设施物的表面涂布层叠所述第1涂层(2)及第2涂层(1)而制造本发明的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材。即,所述设施物可包括墙壁或电线杆、街灯、信号灯等构造物,并且,将所述第1涂层(2)及第2涂层(1)涂布于所述设施物上,而能够防止在所述设施物上擅自粘贴非法广告纸等。
以上,参照附图说明了本发明的优选一实施例,但,本发明的技术领域的技术人员应当理解本发明在不变更其技术思想或必要特征的前提下,可以其他具体形态实施。因此,应当理解以上说明的一实施例在所有方面是示例性的,而非限定性的。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,包括:
柔性片材,由合成树脂材质形成;
保护层,位于所述柔性片材的一侧的上部,用于防止因受到太阳放射的紫外线而发生褪色、变色;
第1涂层,位于所述保护层的上部,形成有微细凹凸或凸起;
第2涂层,位于所述第1涂层之上,并在所述第1涂层上以薄膜状形成;
粘合剂层,位于所述柔性片材的另一侧的下部,用于固定粘合所述柔性片材;及
隔离纸层,位于所述粘合剂层下部,用于防止所述粘合剂层受到外部污染,并保护维持粘合力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述保护层是在所述柔性片材上通过数位印刷或丝网印刷防紫外线油墨而形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第1涂层是将25至35重量份的聚氨酯合成树脂、丙烯酸类树脂溶液或环氧类树脂溶液,10至20重量份的PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠,40至52重量份的聚氨酯稀释剂及甲苯,2至4重量份的固化剂涂布于所述柔性片材上而形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述固化剂是使用甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯聚氨酯合成树脂固化剂或二亚乙基三胺、一硫化四甲基秋兰姆、丙烯酸类或环氧类固化剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第1涂层中使用具有10至500μm范围直径的PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第1涂层还包含二氧化硅固化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第2涂层是将以8至12重量份的有机硅隔离剂、40至55重量份的己烷、20至25重量份的甲苯及0.08至0.18重量份的铂催化剂进行混合的溶液涂布于所述第1涂层上并进行干燥而形成的。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第2涂层是在所述第1涂层上通过空气喷涂方式或辊涂方式涂布而形成的。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第2涂层是在10至35℃的温度下自然干燥1小时30分钟至2小时30分钟而形成的。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第1涂层或第2涂层还包含油成分。
11.根据权利要求10所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述油成分选自硅油、石蜡油、甲鱼油或汽油中的任意一个。
12.根据权利要求7所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第2涂层是混合所述铂催化剂和醋酸型硅酮胶或脱醋酸型硅酮胶而使用的。
13.一种用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,包括:
第1涂层,涂布于设施物的上部,形成有微细凹凸或凸起;及
第2涂层,涂布于所述第1涂层上,在所述第1涂层上以薄膜状形成,
其中,所述第1涂层是将25至35重量份的聚氨酯合成树脂、丙烯酸类树脂溶液或环氧类树脂溶液,10至20重量份的PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠,40至52重量份的聚氨酯稀释剂及甲苯,2至4重量份的固化剂涂布于所述设施物上并进行干燥而形成的,
所述第2涂层是将以8至12重量份的有机硅隔离剂,40至55重量份的己烷,20至25重量份的甲苯及0.08至0.18重量份的铂催化剂进行混合的溶液涂布于所述第1涂层上面之后进行干燥而形成的。
14.根据权利要求13所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第1涂层或第2涂层还包含油成分,
所述油成分选自硅油、石蜡油、甲鱼油或汽油中的任意一个。
15.根据权利要求13所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述第1涂层或第2涂层是通过空气喷涂方式或辊涂方式涂布而形成的。
16.根据权利要求13所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
所述PE-热塑性树脂、酚醛树脂、密胺树脂、环氧树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂颗粒或玻璃珠具有10至500μm范围的直径。
17.根据权利要求13所述的用于防止粘附广告纸的涂层片材,其特征在于,
