本发明公开一种变速器挂档助力机构,包括挂档软轴,所述挂档软轴与用于控制三位四通阀的操纵杆相连,所述三位四通阀的进气口与气源相连,且三位四通阀的第一出气口与助力气缸的有杆腔相连,三位四通阀的第二出气口与助力气缸的无杆腔相连,所述助力气缸的活塞杆与挂档臂转动连接。所述一种变速器挂档助力机构可轻松、方便的实现挂档,从而有效的减轻了驾驶员的工作强度,提高了驾驶员的操纵舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及变速器,尤其涉及一种变速器挂档助力机构。
背景技术
国内重型车辆大部分采用机械式变速器,其操纵方式分为软轴操纵和硬杆操纵,软轴操纵与硬杆操纵相比布置上更为方便,已在国内各厂家广泛使用。机械式变速器的选档行程小,操纵上不存在承重的问题,但对于软轴操纵的机械式变速器而言,变速器型号、变速器布置位置、软轴长度都会影响到变速器挂档操纵的轻便性和舒适性;当变速器布置位置与驾驶室距离较远或弯曲较多时,变速器挂档阻力较大,驾驶员操纵尤为困难,因此,急需解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种变速器挂档助力机构,以解决变速器布置位置与驾驶室距离较远或弯曲较多时,变速器挂档阻力较大,驾驶员操纵尤为困难的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种变速器挂档助力机构,包括挂档软轴,所述挂档软轴与用于控制三位四通阀的操纵杆相连,所述三位四通阀的进气口与气源相连,且三位四通阀的第一出气口与助力气缸的有杆腔相连,三位四通阀的第二出气口与助力气缸的无杆腔相连,所述助力气缸的活塞杆与挂档臂转动连接。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述助力气缸的活塞杆通过销轴与挂档臂转动连接。
本发明中,助力气缸由三位四通阀随动控制。
本发明的有益效果为,所述一种变速器挂档助力机构可轻松、方便的实现挂档,从而有效的减轻了驾驶员的工作强度,提高了驾驶员的操纵舒适性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。可以理解的是,此处所描述的实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,而非对本发明的限定。
请参照图1所示,图1为本发明一种变速器挂档助力机构的结构示意图。
于本实施例中,一种变速器挂档助力机构,包括挂档软轴1,所述挂档软轴1与用于控制三位四通阀3的操纵杆2相连,所述三位四通阀3的进气口4与气源相连,且三位四通阀3的第一出气口5与助力气缸6的有杆腔7相连,三位四通阀3的第二出气口8与助力气缸6的无杆腔9相连,所述助力气缸6的活塞杆通过销轴与挂档臂10转动连接。
当驾驶员向前拉动挂档软轴1时,操纵杆2往前移动2mm左右,三位四通阀3的进气口4进入的气体由第一出气口5进入助力气缸6的有杆腔7,进而带动助力气缸6的活塞杆回缩,从而带动与活塞杆转动连接的挂档臂10后移;当驾驶员向后推挂档软轴1时,操纵杆2往后移动2mm左右,三位四通阀3的进气口4进入的气体由第二出气口8进入助力气缸6的无杆腔9,进而带动助力气缸6的活塞杆伸出,从而带动与活塞杆转动连接的挂档臂10前移。
通过采用上述变速器挂档助力机构,可轻松、方便的实现挂档,从而有效的减轻了驾驶员的工作强度,提高了驾驶员的操纵舒适性。

1.一种变速器挂档助力机构,其特征在于:包括挂档软轴,所述挂档软轴与用于控制三位四通阀的操纵杆相连,所述三位四通阀的进气口与气源相连,且三位四通阀的第一出气口与助力气缸的有杆腔相连,三位四通阀的第二出气口与助力气缸的无杆腔相连,所述助力气缸的活塞杆与挂档臂转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速器挂档助力机构,其特征在于:所述助力气缸的活塞杆通过销轴与挂档臂转动连接。
