Abstract

本发明属于发电机组技术领域,涉及一种发电机组布置结构,包括底盘,所述底盘上固定机架底座托架,在机架底座托架一端布置发动机,在机架底座托架另一端布置发电机,发动机的输出端与发电机的输入端相连,发电机一侧布置蓄电池,另一侧布置消声器,在机架底座托架表面沿长度方向布置导风板,导风板将消声器与发电机间隔开,发动机的出气口与消声器的进气口之间通过消声器连接管相连接;所述导风板靠近发动机一端朝向外侧凸起、形成容纳腔体,发动机侧部置于容纳腔体中。该结构的发电机组能有效提高消声器及发电机组内部各个部件的冷却效果,同时能够有效降低发电机组的噪音。

发电机组布置结构
技术领域
本发明属于发电机组技术领域,涉及一种发电机组布置结构。
背景技术
封闭式发电机组以其灵活方便、使用便利的特点,广受欢迎。发电机组内部主要包括发动机、发电机与消声器,现有的发电机组由于消声器布置的不合理导致发电机组在运行时,存在噪声大的问题,且消声器的冷却效果较差。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种发电机组布置结构,该结构的发电机组能有效提高消声器及发电机组内部各个部件的冷却效果,同时能够有效降低发电机组的噪音。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种发电机组布置结构,其特征在于:包括底盘,所述底盘上固定机架底座托架,在机架底座托架一端布置发动机,在机架底座托架另一端布置发电机,发动机的输出端与发电机的输入端相连,发电机一侧布置蓄电池,另一侧布置消声器,在机架底座托架表面沿长度方向布置导风板,导风板将消声器与发电机间隔开,发动机的出气口与消声器的进气口之间通过消声器连接管相连接;所述导风板靠近发动机一端朝向外侧凸起、形成容纳腔体,发动机侧部置于容纳腔体中,导风板靠近发电机一端朝向发电机一侧凸起、形成消声器容纳腔,消声器置于消声器容纳腔中;所述发动机的扇叶外侧设置风扇罩,风扇罩上设置风扇罩出风口,风扇罩出风口与导风板上的进风口相连通。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述消声器连接管穿过导风板与消声器的进气口相连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述底盘上开设有通风口。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明产品结构简单合理,在发电机组的机架底座托架上固定导风板,导风板将消声器与发电机及发动机相间隔,导风板与发电机组壳体之间形成隔热腔,消声器置于隔热腔中,通过发动机部位的气流对消声器进行冷却,达到有效降低消声器表面温度的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1~3中,包括底盘1、机架底座托架2、发电机3、发动机4、风扇罩5、风扇罩出风口6、空气滤清器7、消声器连接管8、导风板9、进风口9-1、消声器10、蓄电池11、通风口12等。
如图1~3所示,本发明是一种发电机组布置结构,包括底盘1,所述底盘1上固定机架底座托架2,在机架底座托架2一端布置发动机4,在机架底座托架2另一端布置发电机3,发动机4的输出端与发电机3的输入端相连,发电机3一侧布置蓄电池11,另一侧布置消声器10,在机架底座托架2表面沿长度方向布置导风板9,导风板9将消声器10与发电机3间隔开,发动机4的出气口与消声器10的进气口之间通过消声器连接管8相连接;所述导风板9靠近发动机4一端朝向外侧凸起、形成容纳腔体,发动机4侧部置于容纳腔体中,导风板9靠近发电机3一端朝向发电机3一侧凸起、形成消声器容纳腔,消声器10置于消声器容纳腔中;所述发动机4的扇叶外侧设置风扇罩5,风扇罩5上设置风扇罩出风口6,风扇罩出风口6与导风板9上的进风口9-1相连通。本发明产品中的发动机的进气口连接空气滤清器7。
消声器连接管8穿过导风板9与消声器10的进气口相连接。
底盘1上开设有通风口12,通风口12有效增强发电机组的进气效果,进一步提高发电机组工作时的稳定状况。
本发明产品中的发动机4为双缸发动机,双缸发动机两个缸体上的出气口均连接于消声器10的进气口上。
本发明的工作过程如下:本发明产品在组装好后,导风板9与发电机组壳体之间形成隔热腔,发动机4启动、进行工作后,发动机叶片反转吸风,风力经由发动机作用后,一部分空气从风扇罩出风口6经由导风板9的进风口9-1进入隔热腔中,对消声器10进行冷却作业。本发明产品中的消声器10为两级半消声器,即采用两个一级消声器相互串联,然后再串联一个半级消声器,达到较好的消声效果。

1.一种发电机组布置结构,其特征在于:包括底盘(1),所述底盘(1)上固定机架底座托架(2),在机架底座托架(2)一端布置发动机(4),在机架底座托架(2)另一端布置发电机(3),发动机(4)的输出端与发电机(3)的输入端相连,发电机(3)一侧布置蓄电池(11),另一侧布置消声器(10),在机架底座托架(2)表面沿长度方向布置导风板(9),导风板(9)将消声器(10)与发电机(3)间隔开,发动机(4)的出气口与消声器(10)的进气口之间通过消声器连接管(8)相连接;所述导风板(9)靠近发动机(4)一端朝向外侧凸起、形成容纳腔体,发动机(4)侧部置于容纳腔体中,导风板(9)靠近发电机(3)一端朝向发电机(3)一侧凸起、形成消声器容纳腔,消声器(10)置于消声器容纳腔中;所述发动机(4)的扇叶外侧设置风扇罩(5),风扇罩(5)上设置风扇罩出风口(6),风扇罩出风口(6)与导风板(9)上的进风口(9-1)相连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的发电机组布置结构,其特征在于:所述消声器连接管(8)穿过导风板(9)与消声器(10)的进气口相连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的发电机组布置结构,其特征在于:所述底盘(1)上开设有通风口(12)。
