Abstract

一种棉麻混纺用活性染料配方及其制作方法。按照重量百分比该配方由以下成分组成:57%-65%染料,0.1%-1%的平平加O,0.4%-0.6%湿摩擦牢度增进剂,1%-5%固色剂,0.1%-1%蓖麻油酸丁酯的硫酸酯,0.1%-2%六偏磷酸钠,0.5%-1%磷酸三丁酯,2%纯碱,20%氯化钠和余量的去离子水。按配方所示组分混合放入高速混合机或转动式混合机混炼,然后经口径为1mm的造粒机挤出得到湿颗粒,用干燥机干燥后再经筛分得到多面体颗粒。本发明的有益效果该染料有效的提高了棉麻混纺织品的湿摩擦牢度和固色率。

一种棉麻混纺用活性染料配方及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种活性染料配方,特别是一种棉麻混纺用活性染料配方,本发明还涉及这种棉麻混纺用活性染料配方的制作方法。
背景技术
棉,麻纤维素纤维含量高,是天然环保的纺织原料,制成衣服穿着舒适亲肤。而棉麻混纺织物是由70%棉+30%麻混纺而成,兼具棉麻两种布料的优质特性,更因其裁剪成衣后穿着挺拔、易洗快干的特点而备受人们青睐,成为首选的服饰用料。棉麻混纺织品在纺好后需要经过练漂、碱缩、上蜡、染色、印花、整理几个步骤才能成为缝纫原料。在染色工艺中,可用于棉麻混纺织物纤维素纤维染色的染料有直接染料、还原染料、硫化染料、活性染料等。其中活性染料染色的机理是分子中含有能与纤维分子中羟基、氨基等发生反应形成共价键的活性基团,通过与纤维素形成共价键而使纤维着色。因其匀染性好、色系齐全、色泽鲜艳、工艺适应性强、使用简便、成本低而被广泛应用到工业生产中。
中国发明专利说明书CN104452340A公开了一种染料配方,通过在染料中加入阳离子表面改性剂,使纤维表面呈“疏水”状态,提高了各类染料的坚牢度,适用性较强。中国发明专利说明书CN103725039A公开了一种活性染料配方,该活性染料配方由二氟一氯嘧啶型染料、乙烯砜型染料、α-溴代丙烯酰胺型染料三种活性染料,匀染剂,固色剂和其他助剂混合而成,染色后色泽鲜艳、产品坚牢度较高。
现有技术存在的缺点是:棉麻混纺织物多是在碱性条件下轧染的,而部分阳离子表面改性剂在碱性介质中,其活性离子会游离出来而失去表面活性,进而会影响织物的固色率。且麻纤维结晶度高,分子结构不同于普通纤维素纤维,其染色加工得色量低,色泽不够鲜艳,水洗后染料易从纤维内向纤维外扩散而褪色。现有技术中色牢度和湿摩擦牢度低的特点给棉麻混纺工艺的常规染色带来了一定的限制。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有优良的固色率和良好的湿摩擦牢度的棉麻混纺用活性染料配方及其制作方法。
为此,本发明提供了一种棉麻混纺用活性染料配方,按照重量百分比该配方由以下成分组成:

进一步的,所述的染料为双一氯均三嗪型双活性基活性染料,所述的固色剂为胺盐或高分子季铵盐,所述的湿摩擦牢度增进剂为聚乙烯乳液或氨基有机硅柔软剂。
在上述活性染料配方中,平平加O是匀染剂,它能提高棉麻混纺织物的染色牢度,显色更鲜艳均匀;蓖麻油酸丁酯的硫酸酯为渗透剂,它有利于提高织物的耐磨性,并具有使织物平滑的效果;六偏磷酸钠为软水剂;磷酸三丁酯为消泡剂。
本发明还提供了一种棉麻混纺用活性染料配方的制作方法:把双一氯均三嗪活性染料滤饼和匀染剂平平加O、渗透剂蓖麻油酸丁酯的硫酸酯、软水剂六偏磷酸钠、消泡剂磷酸三丁酯、纯碱、固色剂、湿摩擦增进剂等助剂和去离子水用高速混合机或转动式混合机混炼,然后经口径为1mm的造粒机挤出得到湿颗粒,用干燥机干燥后再经筛分得到多面体颗粒。该制作方法实用简便,适用于工业生产。
本发明通过添加双活性基团的活性染料有效的提高了棉麻混纺织品的湿摩擦牢度以及固色率,并且在其他助剂的配合下其牢度能在现有技术基础上提高0.5级。

6.一种如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的棉麻混纺用活性染料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:把双一氯均三嗪活性染料滤饼和匀染剂平平加O、渗透剂蓖麻油酸丁酯的硫酸酯、软水剂六偏磷酸钠、消泡剂磷酸三丁酯、纯碱、固色剂、湿摩擦增进剂等助剂和去离子水用高速混合机或转动式混合机混炼,然后经口径为1mm的造粒机挤出得到湿颗粒,最后用干燥机干燥后再经筛分得到多面体颗粒。
