背景技术:
智能汽车座椅面料需要具有舒适性、安全性和装饰性的特点,面料对于性能要求较高,智能汽车座椅的面料一般为纺织布料、人造皮革和真皮等,然而现有的智能汽车座椅面料中的纺织面料一般使用普通的纺织面料,仅能简单的满足普通装饰的需求,而对于高端智能汽车来说则需要更多功能特点的面料来进行搭配,本专利提供的一种面料具有防静电、抗菌、保温、易清洗、耐磨耐脏等特点。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有较强防静电能力、具有杀菌因子可以保持面料安全卫生,方便清洗并具有耐磨、耐脏、保温等功能的智能汽车座椅用纺织面料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种智能汽车座椅用纺织面料,按以下方法步骤进行加工:
1)制备基础丝,按质量分数计,将高粘PET30-40份、纺丝油剂3-5份、聚氯乙烯20-25份、聚碳酸酯20-25份、润滑剂10-15份、防开裂颜料10-15份、腐蚀抑制剂5-8份、碳纤维10-20份、玻璃纤维10-20份、毛圈纱10-15份、石墨20-25份、羊毛20-25份混合制成基础丝;
2)将基础丝进行处理浸泡,浸泡时用浸泡液浸泡10-18小时后取出摊晾,摊晾5-6小时后用烘干机用60-70℃温度进行初次烘干;
3)烘干后用处理液进行喷洒浸湿,浸湿后放入到紫外线杀菌箱中进行杀菌,杀菌20-40分钟后取出再次进行烘干,烘干机温度设定在30-40℃,烘干1-2小时;
4)杀菌后将基础丝进编织机进行编织,编织时采用20%POY与80%基础丝共同编织;
5)编织完成后进入牵伸机中进行牵伸;
6)面料编织、牵伸完成后再次用浸泡液进行浸泡,二次浸泡的时间为1-2小时,浸泡时浸泡液浓度为75-80%;
7)浸泡完成后将面料摊凉、烘干,收集整理装箱;
所述步骤2)和步骤6)中的浸泡液采用全氟羧酸10-15份、草酸尿素5-8份、三乙醇胺2-5份、硅酸钠2-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-5份、椰油10-15份、茶籽粉8-10份和水100-200份混合搅拌制备而成,制备时采用85-90℃的环境进行搅拌并保持恒温30-40分钟后即可使用;
所述步骤3)中处理液采用纳米氧化锌10-15份、纳米二氧化钛5-8份,粘合剂3-5份、氨基磺酸1-2份、防水剂5-8份和抗氧化剂5-8份混合搅拌制备而成,制备时采用85-90℃的环境进行搅拌并保持恒温30-40分钟后即可使用;
所述浸泡液具有减小面料的浸入油脂的能力,具有防油的效果,便于面料的清洗,并且能够使面料具有更好的阻燃效果,在高温下或者燃烧下产生的有害物质较少,首先对基础丝进行浸泡,然后在面料编织完成后再次进行二次浸泡能够使浸泡液中的成分充分被面料吸收,增加面料的整体功能和特有的效用;
而且在基础丝的制备中,玻璃纤维、碳纤维、羊毛、石墨等的加入不仅能够增加后期面料的使用舒适度还能增加面料的抗静电能力、增加面料韧性耐磨、保温等特性;
本发明的有益效果是提供一种较强防静电能力、具有杀菌因子可以保持面料安全卫生,方便清洗并具有耐磨、耐脏功能的一种智能汽车座椅用纺织面料。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体示例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:
一种智能汽车座椅用纺织面料,按以下方法步骤进行加工:
1)制备基础丝,按质量分数计,将高粘PET30份、纺丝油剂3份、聚氯乙烯20份、聚碳酸酯20份、润滑剂10份、防开裂颜料10份、腐蚀抑制剂5份、碳纤维10份、玻璃纤维10份、毛圈纱10份、石墨20份、羊毛20份混合制成基础丝;
2)制备浸泡液:将全氟羧酸10份、草酸尿素5份、三乙醇胺2份、硅酸钠2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2份、椰油10份、茶籽粉8份和水100份混合搅拌制备而成,制备时采用85℃的环境进行搅拌并保持恒温30分钟后即可使用;
3)将基础丝进行处理浸泡,浸泡时用浸泡液浸泡10小时后取出摊晾,摊晾5小时后用烘干机用60℃温度进行初次烘干;
4)制备处理液:纳米氧化锌10份、纳米二氧化钛5份,粘合剂3份、氨基磺酸1份、防水剂5份和抗氧化剂5份混合搅拌制备而成,制备时采用85℃的环境进行搅拌并保持恒温30分钟后即可使用;
5)烘干后用处理液进行喷洒浸湿,浸湿后放入到紫外线杀菌箱中进行杀菌,杀菌20分钟后取出再次进行烘干,烘干机温度设定在30℃,烘干1小时;
6)杀菌后将基础丝进编织机进行编织,编织时采用20%POY与80%基础丝共同编织;
7)编织完成后进入牵伸机中进行牵伸;
8)面料编织、牵伸完成后再次用浸泡液进行浸泡,二次浸泡的时间为1小时,浸泡时浸泡液浓度为75%;
9)浸泡完成后将面料摊凉、烘干,收集整理装箱。
实施例2
一种智能汽车座椅用纺织面料,按以下方法步骤进行加工:
1)制备基础丝,按质量分数计,将高粘PET40份、纺丝油剂5份、聚氯乙烯25份、聚碳酸酯25份、润滑剂15份、防开裂颜料15份、腐蚀抑制剂8份、碳纤维20份、玻璃纤维20份、毛圈纱15份、石墨25份、羊毛25份混合制成基础丝;
2)制备浸泡液:将全氟羧酸15份、草酸尿素8份、三乙醇胺5份、硅酸钠5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份、椰油15份、茶籽粉10份和水200份混合搅拌制备而成,制备时采用90℃的环境进行搅拌并保持恒40分钟后即可使用;
3)将基础丝进行处理浸泡,浸泡时用浸泡液浸泡18小时后取出摊晾,摊晾6小时后用烘干机用70℃温度进行初次烘干;
4)制备处理液:纳米氧化锌15份、纳米二氧化钛8份,粘合剂5份、氨基磺酸2份、防水剂8份和抗氧化剂8份混合搅拌制备而成,制备时采用90℃的环境进行搅拌并保持恒温40分钟后即可使用;
5)烘干后用处理液进行喷洒浸湿,浸湿后放入到紫外线杀菌箱中进行杀菌,杀菌40分钟后取出再次进行烘干,烘干机温度设定在40℃,烘干2小时;
6)杀菌后将基础丝进编织机进行编织,编织时采用20%POY与80%基础丝共同编织;
7)编织完成后进入牵伸机中进行牵伸;
8)面料编织、牵伸完成后再次用浸泡液进行浸泡,二次浸泡的时间为2小时,浸泡时浸泡液浓度为80%;
9)浸泡完成后将面料摊凉、烘干,收集整理装箱。

1.一种智能汽车座椅用纺织面料,其特征在于:由以下组分加工生产而成:高粘PET30-40份、纺丝油剂3-5份、聚氯乙烯20-25份、聚碳酸酯20-25份、润滑剂10-15份、防开裂颜料10-15份、腐蚀抑制剂5-8份、碳纤维10-20份、玻璃纤维10-20份、毛圈纱10-15份、石墨20-25份、羊毛20-25份。
2.一种智能汽车座椅用纺织面料,其特征在于:按以下方法步骤制备而成:
1)制备基础丝,按质量分数计,将高粘PET30-40份、纺丝油剂3-5份、聚氯乙烯20-25份、聚碳酸酯20-25份、润滑剂10-15份、防开裂颜料10-15份、腐蚀抑制剂5-8份、碳纤维10-20份、玻璃纤维10-20份、毛圈纱10-15份、石墨20-25份、羊毛20-25份混合制成基础丝;
2)制备浸泡液:将全氟羧酸10-15份、草酸尿素5-8份、三乙醇胺2-5份、硅酸钠2-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-5份、椰油10-15份、茶籽粉8-10份和水100-200份混合搅拌制备而成,制备时采用85-90℃的环境进行搅拌并保持恒温30-40分钟后即可使用;
3)将基础丝进行处理浸泡,浸泡时用浸泡液浸泡10-18小时后取出摊晾,摊晾5-6小时后用烘干机用60-70℃温度进行初次烘干;
4)制备处理液:将纳米氧化锌10-15份、纳米二氧化钛5-8份,粘合剂3-5份、氨基磺酸1-2份、防水剂5-8份和抗氧化剂5-8份混合搅拌制备而成,制备时采用85-90℃的环境进行搅拌并保持恒温30-40分钟后即可使用;
5)烘干后用处理液进行喷洒浸湿,浸湿后放入到紫外线杀菌箱中进行杀菌,杀菌20-40分钟后取出再次进行烘干,烘干机温度设定在30-40℃,烘干1-2小时;
6)杀菌后将基础丝进编织机进行编织,编织时采用20%POY与80%基础丝共同编织;
7)编织完成后进入牵伸机中进行牵伸;
8)面料编织、牵伸完成后再次用浸泡液进行浸泡,二次浸泡的时间为1-2小时,浸泡时浸泡液浓度为75-80%;
9)浸泡完成后将面料摊凉、烘干,收集整理装箱。
