Abstract
本发明公开了一种应用在橡胶上的高耐候弹性涂料,包括如下质量分数比例的成分:A组分:56%、B组分:28%、C组分:16%,所述的A组分有如下质量百分比的原料组成:改性聚酯多元醇树脂30-50%、分散剂0.5-1.5%、颜料3-35%、硫酸钡3-35%、乙酸正丁酯10-20%、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5-10%、防沉剂0.2-1%、催化剂0.05-1%、消泡剂0.2-0.8%、流平剂0.2-1%。本发明给橡胶表面提供一层防腐涂料,使其表面光滑、光泽丰满度极佳、色泽艳丽、耐酸、耐碱、耐黄变、耐沾污,并且具有极佳的耐磨性和耐高低温性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油漆涂料,具体的是一种应用在橡胶表面的高耐候弹性装饰涂料。
背景技术
由于橡胶的耐候性(比如防紫外线)和防化学腐蚀性能(耐酸性、耐碱性、耐油性等)比较差,装饰性(光泽,颜色等)不够好。这样,在橡胶上具有优良附着力,并且高耐候、高延伸率、高温不发粘、低温有弹性、耐磨性、耐化学性良好的用于橡胶表面防腐的弹性漆顺势而出。
发明内容
本发明针对以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种应用在橡胶上的高耐候弹性涂料,该应用在橡胶上的高耐候弹性涂料具有保护和装饰橡胶的弹性涂料制备及其涂装方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:应用在橡胶上的高耐候弹性涂料,其特征在于:包括如下质量分数比例的成分:
A组分:56%
B组分:28%
C组分:16%
所述的A组分有如下质量百分比的原料组成:
所述的B组分有如下质量百分比的原料组成:
异氰酸酯加合物100%
所述的C组分有如下质量百分比的原料组成:
乙酸正丁酯80%
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20%
应用在橡胶上的高耐候弹性涂料的制备艺及其喷涂方法,其特征包括以下具体步骤:
(1)A组分制备:
在阴凉干燥的室温环境下,按照上述比例加入改性丙烯酸多元醇树脂,然后在300r/min的搅拌状态下加入分散剂,1000r/min搅拌5min,然后在300r/min的搅拌下依次按比例组份加入余料,再1500r/min搅拌20min至均匀。将搅拌均匀的组分一进行研磨至细度≤15μm,最后气泵过滤机过滤、包装,A组分涂料制备完成。
(2)B组分直接过滤、包装
(3)C组分制备:
按比例将乙酸正丁酯和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯加入然后300r/min搅拌10min,过滤、包装即得C组分。
(4)涂料的喷涂施工:按照A:B:C=100:50:30的比例进行混合均匀,熟化十分钟。将橡胶素材表面用120目砂纸打磨至表面具有一定粗超度,然后用组分3把橡胶底材表面擦拭干净,然后将混合熟化好的涂料进行喷涂施工。喷涂厚度为50-70μm。于常温或者30℃下流平15-20min,最后放入100-120℃烤箱中烘烤40min即可。
本发明给橡胶表面提供一层防腐涂料,使其表面光滑、光泽丰满度极佳、色泽艳丽、耐酸、耐碱、耐黄变、耐沾污,并且具有极佳的耐磨性和耐高低温性能。涂层在严酷的环境中长久保护橡胶底材,多年后仍然亮丽如新。
本发明用于橡胶上面涂装的弹性涂料技术性能测试结果如下:
由上述数据表明本发明对于一些需要保护延长其使用寿命以及特殊颜色装饰的橡胶制品具有非常重要的意义。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明;
实施例1:应用在橡胶上的高耐候弹性涂料,包括如下质量百分比的原料:
A组分:
B组分:
异氰酸酯加合物100%
C组分:
乙酸正丁酯80%
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20%
按照上述的组分比例进行涂料制备及喷涂,具体步骤如下:
(2)A组分制备:

实施例3:应用在橡胶上的高耐候弹性涂料,包括如下质量百分比的原料:

一种异氰酸酯加合物100%

丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20%
其中实施例2和实施例3的涂料制备,喷涂方式都与实施例1相同。
Claims (2)
1.一种应用在橡胶上的高耐候弹性涂料,其特征在于:包括如下质量分数比例的成分:
A组分:56%
B组分:28%
C组分:16%
所述的A组分有如下质量百分比的原料组成:
所述的B组分有如下质量百分比的原料组成:
异氰酸酯加合物100%
所述的C组分有如下质量百分比的原料组成:
乙酸正丁酯80%
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20%。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述应用在橡胶上的高耐候弹性涂料的制备艺及其喷涂方法,其特征包括以下具体步骤:
(1)A组分制备:
在阴凉干燥的室温环境下,按照上述比例加入改性丙烯酸多元醇树脂,然后在300r/min的搅拌状态下加入分散剂,1000r/min搅拌5min,然后在300r/min的搅拌下依次按比例组份加入余料,再1500r/min搅拌20min至均匀。将搅拌均匀的组分一进行研磨至细度≤15μm,最后气泵过滤机过滤、包装,A组分涂料制备完成。
