本发明公开了一种用于制备立体花纹珠光装饰板的原料及其制备方法,是由以下重量百分比的物质组成的,液体聚合树脂30-90%,颜料1-10%,填料1-50%,反光颗粒1-30%,助剂1-50%。本发明利用上述原料采用一次浇注的方式即可制造出具有立体花纹珠光效果的装饰板。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种立体花纹珠光装饰板的制造方法,所生产的立体花纹珠光装饰板主要应用于装饰使用。
背景技术
目前,作为装饰房间使用的含有珠光的装饰板材多为油漆涂料饰面、宝丽板、pvc贴面板、pet贴面、uv板、人造石、石英石等材料,但是这种装饰板材的缺点在于它们的颜色都是均匀统一的,花纹是打印的图案或者配合一些珠光粉作为装饰,没有立体的珠光层次的花纹效果,缺乏立体效果,不能满足用户对装饰表面的独特设计要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决立体效果好立体花纹珠光装饰板的制造方法。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种用于制备立体花纹珠光装饰板的原料,是由以下重量百分比的物质组成的,
液体聚合树脂30-90%
颜料1-10%
填料1-50%
反光颗粒1-30%
助剂1-50%。
为了进一步优化设计方案,所述助剂中流变助剂为0.1-5%。
为了进一步优化设计方案,所述颜料包括两种或两种以上不同比重的色母或色浆,所述填料包括碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硅酸钙、三氧化二铝、二氧化硅中两种或两种以上不同比重的物质。
为了进一步优化设计方案,所述反光颗粒包括珠光粉、贝壳粉、pvc颗粒粉、玻璃微珠粉、铝银浆、铜金粉一种或几种的组合。
为了进一步优化设计方案,所述液体聚合树脂为甲基丙烯酸甲脂、水晶树脂、聚合树脂、丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂中的一种。
本发明的另一个方面是提供了一种立体花纹珠光装饰板的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(a)将含有反光颗粒、颜料、填料和助剂的液体聚合树脂均匀涂布在背衬板上;
(b)静置分层;
(c)在液体聚合树脂上制作花纹。
为了进一步优化设计方案,所述液体聚合树脂的浇注粘度控制在10-2000厘泊。
为了进一步优化设计方案,所述静置的时间为30-120分钟。
有益效果:本发明采用一次浇注的方式即可制备立体感好的装饰板,同时采用不同比重的颜料和填料,在静置时可以分层层降,形成具有层次感的花纹;由于还加入了流变助剂,建立三维结构,形成的假塑性和触变性流动性,在花纹制作过程使液体聚合树脂的作用区域触变性流动,改变了珠光的排列产生珠光堆积从而形成花纹,花纹的四周有折射的效果。

实施例6立体花纹珠光装饰板的制备方法
(a)将含有反光颗粒、流变助剂、填料、颜料和其他助剂的液体聚合树脂均匀涂布在背衬板上;所述液体聚合树脂的浇注粘度为100厘泊;
(b)静置50分钟;
(c)在液体聚合树脂上制作花纹。
在上述实施例中,所述液体聚合树脂的浇注粘度一般可控制在10-2000厘泊;一般静置的时间可以设定为30-120分钟,静置分层后可利用模具或者手工在液体聚合树脂上制作几何线条,几何图案,波浪线条,不规则线条及图案等,花纹是通过外力改变原来反光颗粒的均匀分层排列,使反光颗粒堆积和排列不均匀,使得被挤压凸起的部分反光颗粒会堆积,在视觉上给人较强的立体感。
本发明所述制备的装饰板可以贴合在密度板,多层板,塑料板,亚克力板,铝板,铝蜂窝板,pvc板,酚醛防火板或者地板等材料上作为墙面,吊顶,门,橱柜,地板,展览展示,家具装饰等的表面作为装饰。

5.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备立体花纹珠光装饰板的原料,其特征在于:所述液体聚合树脂为甲基丙烯酸甲脂、水晶树脂、聚合树脂、丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂中的一种。
6.一种立体花纹珠光装饰板的制备方法,采用权利要求1中的原料制备,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(a)将含有反光颗粒、颜料、填料和其他助剂的液体聚合树脂均匀涂布在背衬板上;
(b)静置分层;
(c)在液体聚合树脂上制作花纹。
7.根据权利要求6所述的立体花纹珠光装饰板制造方法,其特征在于:所述液体聚合树脂的浇注粘度控制在10-2000厘泊。
