Abstract

本发明涉及一种高强度铝镁质修补料及其制备方法,包含组分按重量百分数计为:高铝质颗粒料70~80%,高铝质细粉10~15%,镁砂细粉5~10%,铝基粘结剂1~5%,外加剂0.5~1.0%。本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,加入的铝基粘结剂,提高了修补料的常温和高温强度,抗冲击性,抗剥落性,粘结剂颗粒表面活性因子则改善了修补料粘结性能,其粘附性上的加强给施工带来了便利,表面气密性的优势可提高其抗渗性。

高强度铝镁质修补料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度铝镁质修补料及其制备方法,属于耐火材料制备技术领域。
背景技术
钢包在使用过程中,由于钢水和渣的流动以及内衬不同部位使用条件的不同,往往不可避免地会出现局部蚀损较为严重的现象,而整个钢包内衬的绝大部分仍有富余。为了避免内衬因局部蚀损导致钢包内衬的整体更换,实现同步蚀损的目的,提高钢包使用寿命,降低耗材等,开发内衬修补料来弥补局部熔损势在必行。
经过大量技术人员多年来的不断研究,修补料在耐材节省用量和钢包寿命延长上都做出了巨大贡献,成为了耐材制品使用中不可缺少一部分。由于修补料的施工简单,仅仅是涂抹而未经过振打等强化处理,而且一般加水量都比较大,所以修补料的粘附强度不够好,显气孔率很大,很难提高它的抗侵蚀性和抗冲击性。
铝基粘结剂是一种独特的复合粘结剂,该粘结剂为高强度,高温粘结配制而成,低温固化。其在高温下能够保持高粘结强度,随着温度的升高,粘结强度也一定程度上的提高,有极好的耐化学性腐蚀和抗冲击性,缩变率低,扭曲变形率较小。在修补料中加入此粘结剂可有效地减少脱落、散裂、断裂以及热冲击对修补料的影响,可提高修补料表面气密性,更容易使物料黏附在金属壁上,有效的保护好耐火材料,提高熔炉的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中修补料的粘附前度不好,显气孔率较大,抗侵蚀性和抗冲击性较差的问题,提供了一种高强度铝镁质修补料及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种高强度铝镁质修补料,包含组分按重量百分数计为:高铝质颗粒料 70~80%,高铝质细粉10~15%,镁砂细粉 5~10%,铝基粘结剂 1~5%,外加剂0.5~1.0%。
进一步的,所述高铝质颗粒是回收刚玉料或高铝矾土,其Al2O3的质量百分比为75~90%,粒度1~3mm。
进一步的,所述高铝质细粉是白刚玉细粉、棕刚玉细粉或板状刚玉细粉中的一种,其Al2O3的质量百分数为90~99%,粒度为200~325目。
进一步的,所述镁砂细粉中MgO的质量百分比为92~96%,粒度小于180目。
进一步的,所述铝基粘结剂为氧化铝溶胶干粉或酸化拟薄水铝石。
进一步的,所述氧化铝溶胶干粉的制备方法:取一定量的氧化铝溶胶,加入去阳离子水稀释至Al2O3质量分数为1.0~1.5%,然后在130~140℃条件下烘干即得到氧化铝溶胶干粉。
进一步的,所述外加剂为六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、木质磺酸钙、木质磺酸钠等中的一种或几种混合物。
进一步的, 所述酸化拟薄水铝石的制备方法为:称取一定量的拟薄水铝石,加入去阳离子水打浆25~35min,再加入拟薄水铝石质量0.25~0.40倍的稀盐酸 1~2h,稀盐酸的浓度为3.0×10-4~4.0×10-4mol/L,缓慢升温至60~70℃并保温老化1~2h,最后130~140℃烘干即可得酸化拟薄水铝石。
高强度铝镁质修补料的制备方法,首先按配比将外加剂和粘结剂混合,将高铝质颗粒料、高铝质细粉以及镁砂细粉加入至搅拌机混合均匀,然后加入外加剂和粘结剂的混合物并搅拌2~3min,即可得一种高强度铝镁质修补料。
进一步的,所述搅拌机的转速为58~62r/min。
氧化铝溶胶和酸化拟薄水铝石均属于氧化铝基粘结剂,它们均由Al、O、H、Cl四种元素组成,具有相同的化学式[Al2(OH)хCl6-х]у,氧化铝溶胶中的铝的形态主要为Al13聚集体,含有少量的六配位铝,而且Al13聚集体粒径较小,容易填充气孔;而酸化拟薄水铝石的结构为HO-Al-O链之间排列形成的层状结构,含有大量的六配位铝。它们的粘结性能都与表面的羟基有关,其随着温度的升高,均逐渐转变为γ- Al2O3,而γ- Al2O3具有吸附性,1100~1200℃之间转变成α- Al2O3,有利于提高材料的高温性能。
本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,加入的铝基粘结剂,提高了修补料的常温和高温强度,抗冲击性,抗剥落性,粘结剂颗粒表面活性因子则改善了修补料粘结性能,其粘附性上的加强给施工带来了便利,表面气密性的优势可提高其抗渗性。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例一:
一种高强度铝镁质修补料,组分按重量百分比计为:高铝矾土72.5%、白刚玉细粉12%、镁砂细粉10%、木质磺酸钠0.05%、木质磺酸钙0.45%、酸化拟薄水铝石5%。
高铝矾土中Al2O3的质量百分数为88%,其中粒度1~3mm的百分比为55%,粒度0~1mm的百分比为22.5%,白刚玉细粉中Al2O3的质量百分数为92%,粒度为200目,镁砂细粉中MgO的质量百分数为96%,粒度大于180目的细粉有7%,粒度小于180目的细粉有93%。氧化铝溶胶干粉的制备方法:取一定量的氧化铝溶胶,加入去阳离子水稀释至Al2O3质量分数为1.0%,然后在130℃条件下烘干即得到氧化铝溶胶干粉。酸化拟薄水铝石的制备方法为:称取一定量的拟薄水铝石,加入去阳离子水打浆25min,再加入拟薄水铝石质量0.25倍的稀盐酸 1h,稀盐酸的浓度为3.0×10-4mol/L,缓慢升温至60℃并保温老化2h,最后130℃烘干即可得酸化拟薄水铝石。

实施例二:
一种高强度铝镁质修补料,其组分按重量百分比计为:回收刚玉料77%、白刚玉细粉10%、镁砂细粉8%、三聚磷酸钠0.2%、木质磺酸钙0.8%、氧化铝溶胶4%。
回收刚玉料是经过去除原有表面杂质,然后在破碎成3mm的颗粒料,其中Al2O3的质量百分数为81%,其中粒度1~3mm的百分比为61%,粒度0~1mm的百分比为16%,白刚玉细粉中Al2O3的质量百分数为99%,粒度为325目,镁砂细粉中MgO的质量百分数为97.5%,粒度大于180目的细粉有7%,粒度小于180目的细粉有93%。氧化铝溶胶干粉的制备方法:取一定量的氧化铝溶胶,加入去阳离子水稀释至Al2O3质量分数为1.5%,然后在140℃条件下烘干即得到氧化铝溶胶干粉。酸化拟薄水铝石的制备方法为:称取一定量的拟薄水铝石,加入去阳离子水打浆35min,再加入拟薄水铝石质量0.40倍的稀盐酸 2h,稀盐酸的浓度为4.0×10-4mol/L,缓慢升温至70℃并保温老化1h,最后130℃烘干即可得酸化拟薄水铝石。
高强度铝镁质修补料的制备方法,首先按配比将外加剂和粘结剂混合,将回收刚玉料、白刚玉细粉以及镁砂细粉加入至搅拌机混合均匀,然后加入外加剂和粘结剂的混合物并搅拌3min,即可得一种高强度铝镁质修补料。
将实施例二制备的高强度铝镁质修补料中缓缓加入10%水,一直到在拌料机中形成一团一团的泥料后涂抹在墙壁或者竖起的铁板上,可发现泥料能够在墙壁和铁板上悬挂而不掉下来,而且与试验表面粘附很紧,经过一定的时间后表面已硬化,等表面完成干燥硬化后未发现有开裂现象,经测试气孔体密都比以往较好。
实施例三:一种高强度铝镁质修补料,其组分按重量百分比计为:高铝矾土80%,白刚玉细粉13%,镁砂细粉5%、六偏磷酸钠0.5%、木质磺酸钙0.25%、木质磺酸钠0.25%、氧化铝溶胶干粉1%。
高铝矾土中Al2O3的质量百分数为75%,粒度3mm,白刚玉细粉中Al2O3的含量百分为90%,粒度为200目,镁砂细粉中MgO的质量百分数为92%,粒度小于180目,氧化铝溶胶干粉的制备方法:取一定量的氧化铝溶胶,加入去阳离子水稀释至Al2O3质量分数为1.0%,然后在130℃条件下烘干即得到氧化铝溶胶干粉。酸化拟薄水铝石的制备方法为:称取一定量的拟薄水铝石,加入去阳离子水打浆30min,再加入拟薄水铝石质量0.3倍的稀盐酸 2h,稀盐酸的浓度为4.0×10-4mol/L,缓慢升温至70℃并保温老化2h,最后130℃烘干即可得酸化拟薄水铝石。

实施例四:一种高强度铝镁质修补料,其组分按重量百分比计为:回收刚玉料70%、棕刚玉细粉15%、镁砂细粉10%、六偏磷酸钠0.2%、木质磺酸钙0.4%、木质磺酸钠0.4%、酸化拟薄水铝石4%。
回收刚玉料中Al2O3的质量百分数为90%,粒度3mm,棕刚玉细粉中Al2O3的含量百分数为90%,粒度为325目,镁砂细粉中MgO的质量百分数为92%,粒度小于180目,氧化铝溶胶干粉的制备方法:取一定量的氧化铝溶胶,加入去阳离子水稀释至Al2O3质量分数为1.5%,然后在140℃条件下烘干即得到氧化铝溶胶干粉。酸化拟薄水铝石的制备方法为:称取一定量的拟薄水铝石,加入去阳离子水打浆35min,再加入拟薄水铝石质量0.40倍的稀盐酸 1h,稀盐酸的浓度为3.0×10-4mol/L,缓慢升温至70℃并保温老化2h,最后140℃烘干即可得酸化拟薄水铝石。

1.一种高强度铝镁质修补料,其特征在于:包含组分按重量百分数计为:高铝质颗粒料70~80%,高铝质细粉10~15%,镁砂细粉 5~10%,铝基粘结剂 1~5%,外加剂 0.5~1.0%;
所述高铝质颗粒是回收刚玉料或高铝矾土,其Al2O3的质量百分数为75~90%,粒度1~3mm;
所述高铝质细粉是白刚玉细粉、棕刚玉细粉或板状刚玉细粉中的一种,其Al2O3的质量百分数为90~99%,粒度为200~325目;
所述镁砂细粉中MgO的质量百分数为92~96%,粒度小于180目;
所述铝基粘结剂为氧化铝溶胶干粉或酸化拟薄水铝石;
所述外加剂为六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、木质磺酸钙、木质磺酸钠等中的一种或几种混合物;
所述氧化铝溶胶干粉的制备方法为:取一定量的氧化铝溶胶,加入去阳离子水稀释至Al2O3质量分数为1.0~1.5%的溶液,然后在130~140℃条件下烘干得到氧化铝溶胶干粉;
所述酸化拟薄水铝石的制备方法为:称取一定量的拟薄水铝石,加入去阳离子水打浆25~35min,再加入拟薄水铝石质量0.25~0.40倍的稀盐酸反应1~2h,稀盐酸的浓度为3.0×10-4~4.0×10-4mol/L,缓慢升温至60~70℃并保温老化1~2h,最后130~140℃烘干即可得酸化拟薄水铝石。
2.如权利要求1所述的高强度铝镁质修补料的制备方法,其特征在于:首先按配比将外加剂和粘结剂混合,将高铝质颗粒料、高铝质细粉以及镁砂细粉加入至搅拌机混合均匀,然后加入外加剂和粘结剂的混合物并搅拌2~3min,所述搅拌机的转速为58~62r/min,即可得一种高强度铝镁质修补料。
