Abstract

一种抗钢渣渗透性较好的低成本中间包干式料及其制法,属于不定形耐火材料技术领域,其特征是,所述干式料由如下重量百分数的原料混合制成:粒径为3.2~1mm的烧结镁砂或电熔皮砂30~40%,粒径≤1mm的烧结镁砂或电熔皮砂30~45%,200目的烧结镁砂或电熔皮砂25~35%,粒径为1~0.12mm的石英砂0~5%,粒径≤0.12mm的石英砂0~8%,酚醛树脂0~3%,改性酚醛树脂2~5%,七水硫酸镁2~6%,硼酸0~0.6%;上述原料共同构成100%。与现有技术相比,本发明用于连铸中间包工作层内衬的镁质干式料具有生产成本低、抗钢渣渗透性好的的优点。

一种抗钢渣渗透性较好的低成本中间包干式料及其制法
技术领域
本发明涉及炼钢连铸中间包用抗钢渣渗透性较好的低成本中间包干式料及其制法,属于不定形耐火材料技术领域。
背景技术
中间包是炼钢连铸过程中一个重要的设备,连铸技术发展到今天,中间包的作用越来越受到钢厂的重视。随着连铸中间包冶金技术的发展,对中间包内衬耐火材料的要求越来越高。中间包内衬工作层也从绝热板、涂抹料等发展到目前广泛使用的干式料。干式料的优点:抗钢渣侵蚀性强,可大大延长工作层使用寿命。保温好,与永久层不易烧结,易与解体。施工方便,无需搅拌,减少作业时间和人工,降低劳动强度。可快速烘烤,缩短烘烤时间,提高生产效率。
中间包工作层耐火材料的使用寿命,很大程度上决定于中间包渣线部位耐火材料抗钢渣渗透性能,抗钢渣渗透能力越强耐火材料抗侵蚀能力就越强,使用寿命就越长,提高耐火材料抗钢渣渗透性是提高中间包使用寿命的一个重要途径。
提高耐火材料抗钢渣渗透性和抗侵蚀能力有许多方法,如使用好的高纯原料或添加一些高档原材料等,但这些都将增加生产成本。如何即满足钢厂使用要求又能使耐火材料生产成本不是太高,是所有耐火材料企业面临的永久课题。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种生产成本相对较低、抗钢渣渗透性较好的、用于连铸中间包工作层内衬的镁质干式料及其制法。
本发明具体采用的技术方案是:
一种抗钢渣渗透性较好的低成本中间包干式料,其特征是,所述干式料由如下重量百分数的原料制成:

优选的,所述干式料由如下重量百分数的原料制成:

其中,所述烧结镁砂包括80重烧镁砂、92重烧镁砂中的一种或其混合物。
其中,所述80重烧镁砂MgO含量不低于78%,采用粒径30mm以上大块料制备。
所述92重烧镁砂MgO含量不低于91.5%,采用粒径5~30mm块料制备。
本发明选用的烧结镁砂MgO含量高、杂质含量低,具有更好的抗钢渣浸蚀性。实际使用时,可根据钢厂的技术要求选择80重烧镁砂、92重烧镁砂或配合使用。
其中,所述电熔镁砂包括95电熔皮砂、92电熔皮砂中的一种或两种;
所述石英砂选用生石英、熔融石英砂废料、熔融石英皮砂中的一种。其中,熔融石英为生石英经电炉高温熔化后石英。熔融石英比生石英纯度更高,产品在使用时无相变更稳定、抗钢渣浸蚀性更好。但熔融石英成本比普通石英高,可根据不同钢厂对产品的具体要求来选择不同石英砂。
所述生石英中SiO2重量含量大于98.5%,熔融石英砂废料SiO2重量含量大于99%。
所述改性酚醛树脂,为有机硅改性酚醛树脂或硼改性酚醛树脂,其残碳量为16~25%。本发明使用改性酚醛树脂可有效降低对钢水的增碳量,有利于低碳钢的生产。
本发明中,80重烧镁砂、92重烧镁砂为烧结镁砂的商品牌号名,在市场中很容易获得。
所述干式料制法,包括如下步骤:
⑴将烧结镁砂或电熔皮砂加工成三种粒度规格:3.2~1mm、≤1mm和200目;
⑵将石英砂、酚醛树脂、改性酚醛树脂、七水硫酸镁、硼酸称量后加入混合机中混合20~30分钟,混好的料称为混合粉,备用;
⑶将镁砂和混合粉加入强制搅拌机混合5~10分钟,制成产品。
本发明的优点:
1)所用石英砂在高温下与MgO反应生成镁橄榄石,产生适量膨胀,可有效抵挡钢渣对耐火材料的渗透。同时,本发明石英砂与MgO反应时产生的低熔点物相少,提高了耐火材料抗钢渣侵蚀性。
2)本发明加入七水硫酸镁和改性酚醛树脂作为复合结合剂,利用七水硫酸镁在48~200℃之间分解产生的水,可提高树脂的烘干强度。而且七水硫酸镁高温分解后产生的MgO为微米级MgO,既促进与镁砂的反应又不会产生较多的液相和杂质,从而提高了耐火材料中温强度和抗钢渣侵蚀性。
3)所用的石英砂为一种废石英砂价格低廉,所用的改性树脂价格只有常用树脂的一半,降低了干式料生产成本。

2)所述干式料制备方法:
⑴将烧结镁砂加工成三种粒度规格:3.2~1mm、≤1mm和200目;
⑵将石英砂、酚醛树脂、改性酚醛树脂、七水硫酸镁、硼酸称量后加入混合机中混合20~30分钟,混好的料称为混合粉,备用;
⑶将镁砂和混合粉加入强制搅拌机混合5~10分钟,制成产品。
实施例1-2中,选择烧结镁砂,实施例3-5中选择电熔皮砂。

1.一种抗钢渣渗透性较好的低成本中间包干式料,其特征是,所述干式料由如下重量百分数的原料制成:
上述原料共同构成100%;
所述改性酚醛树脂,为有机硅改性酚醛树脂或硼改性酚醛树脂,所述改性酚醛树脂的残碳量为16~25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗钢渣渗透性较好的低成本中间包干式料,其特征是,所述干式料由如下重量百分数的原料制成:
上述原料共同构成100%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗钢渣渗透性较好的低成本中间包干式料,其特征是,所述烧结镁砂是80重烧镁砂、92重烧镁砂中的一种或其混合物;其中,所述80重烧镁砂MgO含量不低于78%,所述92重烧镁砂MgO含量不低于91.5%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗钢渣渗透性较好的低成本中间包干式料,其特征是,所述电熔镁砂包括95电熔皮砂、92电熔皮砂中的一种或两种。
5.权利要求1或2所述抗钢渣渗透性较好的低成本中间包干式料的制法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
⑴将烧结镁砂或电熔皮砂加工成三种粒度规格:3.2~1mm、≤1mm和200目;
⑵将石英砂、酚醛树脂、改性酚醛树脂、七水硫酸镁、硼酸称量后加入混合机中混合20~30分钟,混好的料称为混合粉,备用;
⑶将镁砂和混合粉加入强制搅拌机混合5~10分钟,制成产品。
