Abstract

本发明涉及一种充电桩用线缆收卷装置,包括充电桩立柱,所述充电桩立柱的前端面中部设有线缆缠绕圈,所述线缆缠绕圈的断面形状为中间凹、两侧翘起的弧型,线缆缠绕圈的下部前侧设有凹口,线缆缠绕圈的内侧面上均匀通过铰接的方式设有若干翘起式侧挡杆,所述翘起式侧挡杆均为弧形,翘起式侧挡杆的外端均翘起延伸至线缆缠绕圈前侧,且翘起式侧挡杆的径向长度均大于线缆缠绕圈的半径。本发明的线缆缠绕圈两侧翘起,容易把线缆容纳在其中的凹陷处,线缆缠绕圈的下部设置的凹口方便将充电枪放置在线缆缠绕圈内,不至于使充电枪越过线缆缠绕圈的前端面,从而给充电枪提供了更好的保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及日常生活用品技术领域,具体说是一种充电桩用线缆收卷装置。
背景技术
随着传统能源的日益枯竭,随着环境污染日益严重,人们急需清洁新能源。
电能是污染小,来源广的能源之一,广受人们欢迎。
汽车是人们生活出行不能或缺的工具之一,受能源和环境的变化影响,电动汽车日益广泛,电动汽车的使用过程中最大的问题就在于能源的供给,即充电过程,电动汽车在充电时需要充电枪,充电枪在释放后与车连接,不使用时将充电枪所使用的线缆缠绕收卷在充电桩上。
为了在更大范围内方便汽车的充电,人们需要将连接充电枪的线缆设置成可灵活收卷的。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种充电桩用线缆收卷装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种充电桩用线缆收卷装置,包括充电桩立柱,所述充电桩立柱的前端面中部设有线缆缠绕圈,所述线缆缠绕圈的断面形状为中间凹、两侧翘起的弧型,线缆缠绕圈的下部前侧设有凹口,线缆缠绕圈的内侧面上均匀通过铰接的方式设有若干翘起式侧挡杆,所述翘起式侧挡杆均为弧形,翘起式侧挡杆的外端均翘起延伸至线缆缠绕圈前侧,且翘起式侧挡杆的径向长度均大于线缆缠绕圈的半径。
所述线缆缠绕圈的内侧面后部对应于所述的翘起式侧挡杆均匀设有若干摩擦限位架,所述摩擦限位架分别跨在对应的翘起式侧挡杆内端,摩擦限位架均包括位于翘起式侧挡杆两侧的弧形摩擦柱和固定在所述弧形摩擦柱端部的限位杆;所述弧形摩擦柱与对应的翘起式侧挡杆的接触面上附设有一层橡胶垫。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的线缆缠绕圈两侧翘起,容易把线缆容纳在其中的凹陷处,线缆缠绕圈的下部设置的凹口方便将充电枪放置在线缆缠绕圈内,不至于使充电枪越过线缆缠绕圈的前端面,从而给充电枪提供了更好的保护。通过调节翘起式侧挡杆可灵活控制翘起式侧挡杆在线缆缠绕圈前侧的翘起高度,即调节了线缆缠绕圈对充电枪的线缆的支撑半径。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段和创作特征易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种充电桩用线缆收卷装置,包括充电桩立柱1,所述充电桩立柱1的前端面中部设有线缆缠绕圈2,所述线缆缠绕圈2的断面形状为中间凹、两侧翘起的弧型,线缆缠绕圈2的下部前侧设有凹口3,线缆缠绕圈2的内侧面上均匀通过铰接的方式设有若干翘起式侧挡杆4,所述翘起式侧挡杆4均为弧形,翘起式侧挡杆4的外端均翘起延伸至线缆缠绕圈2前侧,且翘起式侧挡杆4的径向长度均大于线缆缠绕圈2的半径。
所述线缆缠绕圈2的内侧面后部对应于所述的翘起式侧挡杆4均匀设有若干摩擦限位架5,所述摩擦限位架5分别跨在对应的翘起式侧挡杆4内端,摩擦限位架5均包括位于翘起式侧挡杆4两侧的弧形摩擦柱6和固定在所述弧形摩擦柱6端部的限位杆7;所述弧形摩擦柱6与对应的翘起式侧挡杆4的接触面上附设有一层橡胶垫。
使用时,将充电枪的线缆端部连接在充电桩下部的线缆连接口处,然后将充电枪的线缆绕过线缆缠绕圈2,从线缆缠绕圈2下部的凹口3处放在线缆缠绕圈2内。
需要充电时,将充电枪从线缆缠绕圈2内拿出,然后释放充电枪的线缆,直至线缆足够充电枪伸至电动汽车处。通过手动调节翘起式侧挡杆4的翘起角度,可灵活改变线缆缠绕圈2前侧的支撑线缆的翘起式侧挡杆4的支撑半径,适应不同厚度的线缆。

1.一种充电桩用线缆收卷装置,包括充电桩立柱,所述充电桩立柱的前端面中部设有线缆缠绕圈,其特征在于:所述线缆缠绕圈的断面形状为中间凹、两侧翘起的弧型,线缆缠绕圈的下部前侧设有凹口,线缆缠绕圈的内侧面上均匀通过铰接的方式设有若干翘起式侧挡杆,所述翘起式侧挡杆均为弧形,翘起式侧挡杆的外端均翘起延伸至线缆缠绕圈前侧,且翘起式侧挡杆的径向长度均大于线缆缠绕圈的半径;
所述线缆缠绕圈的内侧面后部对应于所述的翘起式侧挡杆均匀设有若干摩擦限位架,所述摩擦限位架分别跨在对应的翘起式侧挡杆内端,摩擦限位架均包括位于翘起式侧挡杆两侧的弧形摩擦柱和固定在所述弧形摩擦柱端部的限位杆;所述弧形摩擦柱与对应的翘起式侧挡杆的接触面上附设有一层橡胶垫。
