Specifically, the bottom of the branch groove 110 is an arc surface, and is adapted to the cigarette, and the radius thereof may be slightly larger than or equal to the radius of the cigarette. The length of the cigarette supporting groove 110 may be slightly longer than or equal to the length of one cigarette, and one cigarette may be placed in the groove. Of course, the length of the branch channel 110 may be slightly greater than or equal to the length of a plurality of cigarettes and may be configured to receive a group of cigarettes in end-to-end contact. The cigarette pushing head 120 is located at one end of the cigarette supporting groove 110, and a through hole 121 coaxial with the arc-shaped surface is formed in the cigarette pushing head 120. The cigarette feeding device 130 is provided at the other end of the cigarette holder groove 110, and is configured to move the cigarette along the axis of the cigarette holder groove 110, thereby inserting the filter of the cigarette into the mouthpiece. In use, a cigarette or a group of cigarettes with end-to-end contact is placed in the cigarette supporting groove 110, the end of the cigarette with the filter tip is positioned at one end of the cigarette pushing head 120 in the cigarette supporting groove 110, and the cigarette feeding device 130 pushes the cigarette to slide along the axis of the cigarette supporting groove 110 and enter the cigarette holder. In particular, since the cigarette pushing head 120 is configured to cooperate with the mouthpiece so that the through hole 121 and the mouthpiece satisfy a positioning relationship, the cigarette pushing head 120 can be accurately positioned with the mouthpiece so that the filter of the cigarette is mounted on a predetermined position.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the profile of the longitudinal section of the cigarette pushing head 120 is trapezoidal, and the cigarette pushing head 120 may also be chamfered, that is, the cigarette pushing head 120 has a conical surface, which can be matched with the conical surface at the mouth of the cigarette sucking mouth to realize positioning, so that the cigarette can be fed quickly and accurately. In some other embodiments of the present invention, the cigarette pushing head 120 may be a block extending and tapering outwardly from the end surface of the cigarette holder groove 110.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a cigarette feeding device in the push-type automatic cigarette inserting apparatus shown in fig. 1. The smoke feeding device 130 includes a cylindrical smoke pushing column 131, a pushing rod 132, and a third driving device 133. The push rod 132 is fixedly connected with the cigarette pushing column 131 or integrally formed. The third driving device 133 is used for driving the push rod to move, and a pneumatic driving device can be adopted.
In order to realize the automatic work of the push type automatic cigarette inserting equipment, the push type automatic cigarette inserting equipment further comprises a control system and a sensor 180 for detecting whether cigarettes exist in the cigarette branch groove. The control system is coupled to the sensor 180 and is configured to control the operation of the smoke delivery apparatus 130 based on signals sensed by the sensor 180. For example, when a cigarette is detected in the cigarette supporting groove 110, the third driving device 133 is controlled to drive the push rod 132 to move, so that the cigarette enters the smoking mouth; when the cigarette is fed, the sensor 180 senses that no cigarette exists, and controls the third driving device 133 to reversely act to reversely move the push rod 132 to return to the initial position, thereby completing one cycle. The sensor 180 is installed at a specific position, and the sensor 180 is installed at the bottom of the cigarette supporting groove 110 and is spaced from the cigarette pushing head 120 by a predetermined distance. For example, when the length of the cigarette holder groove 110 is slightly greater than the length of a cigarette, the sensor 180 may use infrared sensing, and when it is detected that an object is present on the upper portion thereof, the pushing of the cigarette is started until the object is not detected to be present, and the pushing of the cigarette is stopped. When the cigarette is not detected, the cigarette is considered to be installed in the mouthpiece. When the length of the cigarette supporting groove 110 is slightly greater than the length of a plurality of cigarettes, a plurality of sensors 180 can be arranged, the distance between two adjacent sensors 180 is the length of one cigarette, and the color of the cigarette can be sensed to determine whether a certain cigarette is installed. Of course, other programs may be used to control the delivery device 130, for example, when the presence of a cigarette is detected, the control system may operate the delivery device for a predetermined period of time to determine that a cigarette has been installed in the mouthpiece.
FIG. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a push-type automatic cigarette insertion device according to another embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a smoke discharge device in the push-type automatic cigarette inserting apparatus shown in FIG. 3; figure 5 is a cross-sectional view of the push-type automatic cigarette insertion device shown in figure 3. The push-type automatic cigarette inserting apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention further includes a cigarette placing device 170 configured to place a cigarette or a group of cigarettes in end-to-end contact into the cigarette supporting groove 110. For example, the placement of a cigarette or a group of cigarettes may be based on placing a cigarette or group of cigarettes into the holding tank 110 at predetermined time intervals, or may be based on the sensor 180 detecting the absence of a cigarette in the holding tank 110. Specifically, the smoke discharging device 170 includes: a cigarette hopper 171 configured to hold a plurality of cigarettes; a plurality of smoke discharge grooves 173 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 172; a roller 174 disposed laterally above the cylindrical body 173 and configured to cooperate with the cylindrical body 172 to position a cigarette or group of cigarettes in the cigarette hopper in end-to-end contact within the cigarette receiving slot 173; and a fourth driving means configured to rotate the cylinder 172 and the roller 174 so that the cigarette 176 enters the cigarette discharge slot 173 on the same side above the cylinder 172 and the roller 174, and so that the cigarette 176 falls down from the cigarette discharge slot 173 into the cigarette branch slot 110 on the same side below the cylinder 172 and the roller 174 by gravity. The fourth driving means may employ a stepping motor 177 and a gear set 178, and simultaneously rotate the cylindrical body 172 and the roller 174 by one stepping motor.
