本发明公开了一种适用于切除田螺尾部的铡刀。包括砧板和带木质刀柄的铡刀片,铡刀片的左侧设有平行排列的立板,立板沿长度方向设有均布的1-5个大小不一的圆通孔一,本发明的主要特点是:砧板的左部设有与立板平行排列的活动板,活动板的右端沿长度方向设有与圆通孔一对应的1-5个大小不一的梯形槽;活动板的前、后两端沿宽度方向分别设有圆通孔三,立板的前、后两端分别设有与圆通孔三对应的螺纹孔,螺杆插入圆通孔三内后,通过末端的螺纹与螺纹孔配合联接;活动板与立板之间的螺杆的外径上套设拉力弹簧。本发明采用上述结构后,即可轻松切除田螺尾部。

技术领域
本发明涉及餐饮刀具技术领域,尤其是一种适用于切除田螺尾部的铡刀。
背景技术
田螺泛指田螺科的软体动物,属于软体动物门腹足纲前鳃亚纲田螺科。由于味道鲜美、营养丰富,深受消费者喜爱。田螺在烹饪前,须切除尾部,以便于入味和吸食。但田螺的外壳十分坚硬,且尾部呈圆锥形,采用普通的钳子进行剪切,不仅非常费劲,工效也极低。
专利公报公开了类似铡刀的装置,将田螺尾部插入立板上大小不一的圆通孔内,通过铡刀片切除突出于圆通孔的田螺尾部。这些装置能明显提高工效。但由于在作业时需用手指用力捏住田螺头部,仍颇感费劲。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能轻松切除田螺尾部的铡刀。
本发明的技术方案是:设计制造一种适用于切除田螺尾部的铡刀,包括砧板和带木质刀柄的铡刀片,所述铡刀片的前端通过销轴与砧板上的U形基座铰接在一起,铡刀片的后端的右侧设有铡刀片限位板,所述铡刀片限位板采用强粘胶胶粘固定在砧板上的方形槽内,铡刀片的左侧设有平行排列的立板,所述立板沿长度方向设有均布的1-5个大小不一的圆通孔一,立板的前、后两端分别设有相通的圆凹槽和圆通孔二,所述圆凹槽的直径略大于圆通孔二的直径,通过拧紧圆凹槽和圆通孔二内的木螺钉,将立板固定在砧板上,本发明的主要特点是:所述砧板的左部设有与立板平行排列的活动板,所述活动板的右端沿长度方向设有与圆通孔一对应的1-5个大小不一的梯形槽,所述梯形槽的上底的宽度尺寸略大于下底的宽度尺寸,便于向下摁压并夹持田螺头部。
所述的活动板的前、后两端沿宽度方向分别设有圆通孔三,立板的前、后两端分别设有与圆通孔三对应的螺纹孔,螺杆插入圆通孔三内后,通过末端的螺纹与螺纹孔配合联接。
所述的活动板与立板之间的螺杆的外径上套设拉力弹簧,在拉力弹簧的弹力作用下,随着活动板向立板方向移动,能将田螺尾部推入并固定在立板上的圆通孔一内,便于通过铡刀片轻松切除突出于圆通孔一的田螺尾部。
梯形槽的上底的宽度尺寸略大于下底的宽度尺寸,便于向下摁压田螺头部,还便于取出切除尾部后的田螺。
本发明采用上述结构后,即可轻松切除田螺尾部。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例:如图1-4所示,设计制造一种适用于切除田螺尾部的铡刀,包括砧板(1)和带木质刀柄(11)的铡刀片(8),铡刀片(8)的前端通过销轴(5)与砧板(1)上的U形基座(6)铰接在一起,铡刀片(8)的后端的右侧设有铡刀片限位板(10),铡刀片限位板(10)采用强粘胶胶粘固定在砧板(1)上的方形槽(13)内,铡刀片(8)的左侧设有平行排列的立板(9),立板(9)沿长度方向设有均布的3个大小不一的圆通孔一(14),立板(9)的前、后两端分别设有相通的圆凹槽(15)和圆通孔二(16),圆凹槽(15)的直径略大于圆通孔二(16)的直径,通过拧紧圆凹槽(15)和圆通孔二(16)内的木螺钉(7),将立板(9)固定在砧板(1)上,本发明的主要特点是:砧板(1)的左部设有与立板(9)平行排列的活动板(2),活动板(2)的右端沿长度方向设有与圆通孔一(14)对应的3个大小不一的梯形槽(12),梯形槽(12)的上底的宽度尺寸略大于下底的宽度尺寸,便于向下摁压并夹持田螺头部。
活动板(2)的前、后两端沿宽度方向分别设有圆通孔三(18),立板(9)的前、后两端分别设有与圆通孔三(18)对应的螺纹孔(17),螺杆(4)插入圆通孔三(18)内后,通过末端的螺纹与螺纹孔(17)配合联接。
活动板(2)与立板(9)之间的螺杆(4)的外径上套设拉力弹簧(3),在拉力弹簧(3)的弹力作用下,随着活动板(2)向立板(9)方向移动,能将田螺尾部推入并固定在立板(9)上的圆通孔一(14)内,便于通过铡刀片(8)轻松切除突出于圆通孔一(14)的田螺尾部。
本发明的工作情况是:参照田螺个体的大小,将田螺尾部对准立板上的圆通孔一,将田螺头部对准活动板上的梯形槽,向下摁压并用手指轻轻压住田螺头部,然后用力摁压木质刀柄,即可快速切除突出于圆通孔一的田螺尾部。

1.适用于切除田螺尾部的铡刀,包括砧板(1)和带木质刀柄(11)的铡刀片(8),所述铡刀片(8)的前端通过销轴(5)与砧板(1)上的U形基座(6)铰接在一起,铡刀片(8)的后端的右侧设有铡刀片限位板(10),所述铡刀片限位板(10)采用强粘胶胶粘固定在砧板(1)上的方形槽(13)内,铡刀片(8)的左侧设有平行排列的立板(9),所述立板(9)沿长度方向设有均布的1-5个大小不一的圆通孔一(14),立板(9)的前、后两端分别设有相通的圆凹槽(15)和圆通孔二(16),所述圆凹槽(15)的直径略大于圆通孔二(16)的直径,通过拧紧圆凹槽(15)和圆通孔二(16)内的木螺钉(7),将立板(9)固定在砧板(1)上,其特征在于:所述砧板(1)的左部设有与立板(9)平行排列的活动板(2),所述活动板(2)的右端沿长度方向设有与圆通孔一(14)对应的1-5个大小不一的梯形槽(12),所述梯形槽(12)的上底的宽度尺寸略大于下底的宽度尺寸,便于向下摁压并夹持田螺头部;
所述的活动板(2)的前、后两端沿宽度方向分别设有圆通孔三(18),立板(9)的前、后两端分别设有与圆通孔三(18)对应的螺纹孔(17),螺杆(4)插入圆通孔三(18)内后,通过末端的螺纹与螺纹孔(17)配合联接;
