一种乳化机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳化装置,尤其涉及一种乳化机。
背景技术
目前,国内外精细化、建筑化工等领域将介质乳化的装置,主要包括乳化罐、乳化组件以及驱动电机。利用驱动电机带动乳化组件在乳化罐内搅拌介质,从而通过对介质进行剪切、分散、撞击,实现了对介质的乳化作用。
例如,现有专利号ZL201410113725.1的中国发明公开了《高效高剪切乳化机》,包括:电动机、双输出轴齿轮箱、中心搅拌桨、外搅拌桨、乳化罐,所述乳化罐为圆柱形结构,乳化罐顶部设有盖板,盖板中央上侧设有双输出轴齿轮箱,双输出轴齿轮箱顶端连接有电动机,双输出轴齿轮箱采用内外啮合的两级齿轮传动或行星齿轮传动,双输出轴齿轮箱内设有中心输入轴、外输出轴,中心乳化轴与外乳化轴下端穿过盖板伸入到乳化罐内部,中心乳化轴上安装有中心搅拌桨,外乳化轴上通过固定箍安装有外搅拌桨,中心乳化轴与外乳化轴下端安装在底部支架上。然而,该发明的乳化轴设置在乳化罐纵向设置,在乳化过程中,介质的运动以沿着乳化罐侧壁做同心旋转为主,物料运动轨迹单一,介质沿着乳化罐的内侧壁运动,介质对乳化罐的撞击力较小,没有发挥乳化罐对介质的乳化作用,造成搅拌效果差,另外,存在处于乳化罐的底部与侧壁交汇处的物料搅拌强度低,造成乳化罐不易清洗的死角出现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种乳化机,其能够充分发挥乳化罐在乳化过程中的作用,具有乳化效果好特点,同时能够较好地清洗粘黏在乳化罐死角处的介质。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种乳化机,包括乳化罐、设置在乳化罐外的驱动电机和置于乳化罐内乳化组件,其特征在于:所述驱动电机为中空电机,该驱动电机包括纵向布置的驱动轴,该驱动轴中空,乳化组件包括固定设置的承载轴、乳化轴以及弯曲的连接轴,承载轴穿设在驱动轴内,承载轴与驱动轴间隙配合,承载轴的下端穿出驱动轴外,驱动轴端部设有第一锥齿轮,乳化轴一端设有与该第一锥齿轮传动的第二锥齿轮,乳化轴的另一端设有搅拌叶片,承载轴的轴线与乳化轴的轴线相交一点,该搅拌叶片的外侧形状与乳化罐底壁与侧壁交汇处的内壁形状相适配,连接轴一端与承载轴的端部转动连接,连接轴的另一端固定连接于乳化轴上。
作为改进,所述乳化组件还包括一水平布置的导向轴,该导向轴的轴线穿过承载轴的轴线与乳化轴的轴线的相交点,导向轴的一端与乳化轴固定连接,在乳化罐的侧壁上周向设有一滑槽,导向轴的另一端滑动或者滚动设置在滑槽内,通过设置导向轴,提高了搅拌叶片在乳化过程中乳化轴的运动平稳性。
再改进,为了降低磨损和阻力,所述导向轴另一端的端部外壁轴向设有滚柱,导向轴在该滑槽内滚动连接。
再改进,为了提高搅拌叶片的强度和刚度,所述搅拌叶片上设有加强杆,该加强杆固定连接于乳化轴上。
再改进,为了进一步地提高乳化效果,所述乳化轴和所述连接轴上设有叶扇。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明的优点在于:本发明将驱动电机设计成中空结构,便于实现承载轴对乳化轴的承载作用,通过将乳化轴倾斜设置,将乳化轴指向乳化罐侧壁与底壁交汇处,乳化轴的轴线与承载轴的轴线相交,同时,利用一对锥齿轮啮合,使得乳化轴能够绕着承载轴旋转,一方面,使得搅拌叶片能够直接作用于位于乳化罐侧壁与底壁交汇处的介质,大大提高对位于乳化罐侧壁与底壁交汇处的介质进行乳化作用,同时,通过搅拌叶片的外侧形状与乳化罐底壁与侧壁交汇处的内壁形状相适配,使得其具有清洗乳化罐死角的功能;另一方面,倾斜设置的乳化轴和搅拌叶片,在乳化过程中,介质直接垂直撞向乳化罐的内壁,发挥了乳化罐内壁对介质的乳化作用,使得搅拌叶片对介质的搅拌混合更为剧烈,从而增强了乳化能力。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本实施中的乳化机,包括乳化罐1、驱动电机2和乳化组件5。
其中,驱动电机2设置在乳化罐1外,乳化组件5置于乳化罐1内。驱动电机2为中空电机,该驱动电机2包括纵向布置的驱动轴21,该驱动轴21中空,乳化组件5包括固定设置的承载轴56、乳化轴51以及弯曲的连接轴52,承载轴56穿设在驱动轴21内,承载轴56与驱动轴21间隙配合,承载轴56的下端穿出驱动轴21外,驱动轴21端部设有第一锥齿轮31,乳化轴56一端设有与该第一锥齿轮31传动的第二锥齿轮32,乳化轴51的另一端设有搅拌叶片7,承载轴56的轴线与乳化轴51的轴线相交一点,该搅拌叶片7的外侧形状与乳化罐1底壁与侧壁交汇处的内壁形状相适配,连接轴52一端与承载轴56的端部转动连接,具体地,承载轴56的端部开设有一通孔,在该通孔内设有轴承,该轴承与连接轴52配合,同时,该连接轴56的另一端固定连接于乳化轴51上,具体地,可以直接焊接在该乳化轴51上。
另外,乳化组件5还包括一水平布置的导向轴55,该导向轴55的轴线穿过承载轴56的轴线与乳化轴51的轴线的相交点,导向轴55的一端与乳化轴51固定连接,具体地,可以采用焊接的连接方式,在乳化罐1的侧壁上周向设有一滑槽11,导向轴55的另一端滑动或者滚动设置在滑槽11内,具体地,在本发明实施例中,所述导向轴55另一端的端部外壁轴向设有滚柱551,导向轴55在该滑槽11内滚动连接,通过设置导向轴55,提高了搅拌叶片53在乳化过程中乳化轴的运动平稳性。
此外,为了提高搅拌叶片53的强度和刚度,所述搅拌叶片53上设有加强杆531,该加强杆531固定连接于乳化轴51上,具体地,乳化轴51上设有轴套,加强杆531焊接于该轴套上。
最后,为了进一步地提高乳化效果,所述乳化轴51和所述连接轴52上设有叶扇54。
综上,本发明将驱动电机2设计成中空结构,便于实现承载轴56对乳化轴51的承载作用,通过将乳化轴51倾斜设置,将乳化轴51指向乳化罐1侧壁与底壁交汇处,乳化轴51的轴线与承载轴56的轴线相交,同时,利用一对锥齿轮啮合,使得乳化轴51能够绕着承载轴56旋转,一方面,使得搅拌叶片53能够直接作用于位于乳化罐1侧壁与底壁交汇处的介质,大大提高对位于乳化罐1侧壁与底壁交汇处的介质进行乳化作用,同时,通过搅拌叶片53的外侧形状与乳化罐1底壁与侧壁交汇处的内壁形状相适配,使得其具有清洗乳化罐1死角的功能;另一方面,倾斜设置的乳化轴51和搅拌叶片53,在乳化过程中,使得介质直接垂直撞向乳化罐1的内壁,发挥了乳化罐1内壁对介质的乳化作用,使得搅拌叶片53对介质的搅拌混合更为剧烈,从而进一步地增强了乳化能力。

1.一种乳化机,包括乳化罐、设置在乳化罐外的驱动电机和置于乳化罐内乳化组件,其特征在于:所述驱动电机为中空电机,该驱动电机包括纵向布置的驱动轴,该驱动轴中空,乳化组件包括固定设置的承载轴、乳化轴以及弯曲的连接轴,承载轴穿设在驱动轴内,承载轴与驱动轴间隙配合,承载轴的下端穿出驱动轴外,驱动轴端部设有第一锥齿轮,乳化轴一端设有与该第一锥齿轮传动的第二锥齿轮,乳化轴的另一端设有搅拌叶片,承载轴的轴线与乳化轴的轴线相交一点,该搅拌叶片的外侧形状与乳化罐底壁与侧壁交汇处的内壁形状相适配,连接轴一端与承载轴的端部转动连接,连接轴的另一端固定连接于乳化轴上;
所述乳化组件还包括一水平布置的导向轴,该导向轴的轴线穿过承载轴的轴线与乳化轴的轴线的相交点,导向轴的一端与乳化轴固定连接,在乳化罐的侧壁上周向设有一滑槽,导向轴的另一端滑动或者滚动设置在滑槽内;
所述导向轴另一端的端部外壁轴向设有滚柱,导向轴在该滑槽内滚动连接;
所述搅拌叶片上设有加强杆,该加强杆固定连接于乳化轴上。
