Abstract

<b>本发明公开了</b>一种电机定子卷铁心制备方法及其毛坯带料,在已加工好齿槽的带料的每一齿槽的轭部开设一段直向槽,该直向槽沟通齿槽的底部;在每一齿槽的轭部开设一段横向槽,该横向槽与直向槽相垂直且相接触。本发明提出在卷铁心的毛坯--齿形带料上的轭部区开设横向槽及相通直向槽,这样在齿形带卷曲变形时,变形区的宽度从原有的轭部宽A减小到横向槽与外侧之间的距离B,实质上起到降低轭径比的作用。

一种电机定子卷铁心制备方法及其毛坯带料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机定子卷铁心,特别是一种电机定子卷铁心制备方法及其毛坯带料。
背景技术
小型电机定子铁心卷叠加工已经是很成熟的技术了。由于在卷曲过程中,铁心片的轭部(见卷铁心片形成图)外侧受拉变薄、内侧受压变厚,并且随轭部宽A与铁心片外径D比值A/D(简称轭径比)的增大渐趋严重。当外侧受拉变形超过铁心片材料的抗拉极限时产生开裂,或尚未开裂、但因轭部内外侧局部厚度差值加大,成形的铁心片平整度降低,卷铁心叠装后叠压系数下降到允许值之下,电机性能变差。因此,现有的卷叠技术都局限在轭径比A/D小于5.5%的车用发电机和电动自行车外转式电动机的内定子铁心加工上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种适可适用轭径比A/D大于5.5%的电机定子卷铁心加工的一种电机定子卷铁心制备方法。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供一种电机定子卷铁心的毛坯带料。
一种电机定子卷铁心制备方法,其步骤在于:在已加工好齿槽的带料的每一齿槽的轭部开设一段直向槽,该直向槽沟通齿槽的底部;在每一齿槽的轭部开设一段横向槽,该横向槽与直向槽相垂直且相接触。
所述的直向槽是指垂直于带料长度方向的那一位置走向槽。
通过在已开好齿的带料上加工出横向槽与直向槽,这样在对齿形带料卷曲变形时,变形区的宽度从原有的轭部宽A减小到横向槽与外侧之间的距离B,实质上起到降低轭径比的作用。从而可实现大轭径比的铁心加工。
一种电机定子卷铁心的毛坯带料,包括有齿状的本体,在本体上设置有齿槽,其特征在于:在齿槽底部的本体上设置有直向槽,该直向槽垂直于本体的长度方向且直通齿槽底部,在齿槽底部的本体上还设置有横向槽,所述的横向槽沿着本体的长度方向延伸并与直向槽相垂直接触。
所述的直向槽位于齿槽的中轴线处。
所述的直向槽的槽形槽宽应该带料卷曲后槽缝封闭。
所述的横向槽以齿槽两侧为对称。
综上所述的,本发明相比现有技术如下优点:
本发明提出在卷铁心的毛坯--齿形带料上的轭部区开设横向槽及相通直向槽,这样在齿形带卷曲变形时,变形区的宽度从原有的轭部宽A减小到横向槽与外侧之间的距离B,实质上起到降低轭径比的作用。

一种电机定子卷铁心制备方法,其步骤在于:在已加工好齿槽的带料的每一齿槽的轭部开设一段直向槽,该直向槽沟通齿槽的底部;在每一齿槽的轭部开设一段横向槽,该横向槽与直向槽相垂直且相接触。
本实施例未述部分与现有技术相同。
实施例2
一种电机定子卷铁心的毛坯带料的,包括有齿状的本体,在本体上设置有齿槽,在齿槽底部的本体上设置有直向槽,该直向槽垂直于本体的长度方向且直通齿槽底部,在齿槽底部的本体上还设置有横向槽,所述的横向槽沿着本体的长度方向延伸并与直向槽相垂直接触。所述的横向槽以齿槽两侧为对称。所述的直向槽位于齿槽的中轴线处。
本实施例未述部分与实施例1相同。

1.一种电机定子卷铁心制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下,在已加工好齿槽的带料的每一齿槽的轭部开设一段直向槽,该直向槽沟通齿槽的底部;在每一齿槽的轭部开设一段横向槽,该横向槽与直向槽相垂直且相接触。
2.一种电机定子卷铁心的毛坯带料,包括有齿状的本体,在本体上设置有齿槽,其特征在于:在齿槽底部的本体上设置有直向槽,该直向槽垂直于本体的长度方向且直通齿槽底部,在齿槽底部的本体上还设置有横向槽,所述的横向槽沿着本体的长度方向延伸并与直向槽相垂直接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电机定子卷铁心的毛坯带料,其特征在于:所述的直向槽位于齿槽的中轴线处。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电机定子卷铁心的毛坯带料,其特征在于:所述的直向槽的槽形及槽宽在带料卷曲后槽缝封闭。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电机定子卷铁心的毛坯带料,其特征在于:所述的横向槽以齿槽两侧为对称。
